My company recently started using Exam Professionals to perform our DOT physicals and I had reservations about the change. To my great surprise my visit was exceptional, from beginning to end everything was smooth sailing. The staff was very friendly and the Physician Assistant was super nice and very pleasant. I really enjoyed my visit, which is a rarity. I had my book in had because I was prepared to be there for hours. My appointment was at 3 and I was done at 3:45. I also like the fact that they enforced mask wearing, if you don't have one with you they sale them for $1. *side note I used Waze to get here and it told me to turn on Hunts Lane and led me to the back of the parking lot, to the hall of records and told me I was there! Horrriable customer care, location had me waiting for over an hour for test just to tell me they could not see me after all due to having my child with me when the front desk girls clearly are not paying attention and did not advise me about no children policy. Had to wait over an hour was called in by a nurse to have her tell me I had to come back yet they told me I could not make an appointment and had to come back again as a walk in. I will reporting this clinic to my employer and look for an alternative clinic that knows the policys and knows what they are doing. read more

For drug/urine tests, you must arrive before 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:40pm, seeing that they're open for urine tests until 5:00pm. I tried to phone in for an appointment and the employee didn't say anything about needing to be here at 4:15pm, or 4:30pm at the latest, but no appointment is needed. Their website nor common map tools say anything about not offering services up until a different time not noted in their hours. They have their reasons for this, but that still doesn't make up for my wasted time today. I'll choose another company for this service. I escalated as well to no avail. read more

Clean, efficient office. None of the staff I encountered were the least bit rude. I called before visiting to ask for a time to have my DOT Physical. I showed-up a few minutes before that time, in order to fill out paperwork (which, to my surprise, was not that much). I was greeted as I entered, and the desk receptionists were friendly. Five minutes after completing my paperwork, I was called back into the examination suite. The testing process was smooth and thorough. The total length of my visit was less than one hour. I would certainly recommend this facility to other Commercial drivers. read more

I came here for my screening test and it was very easy and I was in and out pretty quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly

DO NOT GO to this place for a DOT physical. They SCAM you out of your 110 dollar physical charge over and over again(95 posted but they charge 110) and make you pay twice. I passed the physical but they said i needed a sleep apnea test but it could only take an overnight study even though kaiser offers a take home test. The test at any Drs office takes months to book. When you take your results back they say you have to pay again because 45 days has passed. They are not up front with the clients and they do not tell you its and endless cycle or repaying for a physical you already passed. On top of that i called other DOT physical businesses and they said the take home test is fine because its calibrated by professionals. If this place was upfront with me i would understand, but making you pay over and over again is ridiculous read more

My recruiter scheduled me to go here for testing. There was no appointment necessary so I went as soon as I had a break. I was impressed immediately when I walked in: open and bright waiting area, professional and friendly staff, clear instructions at every step, and all the spaces/areas were clean and tidy. I didn't have to wait very long and was treated with respect by competent and professional staff. I've been to several different sites over the years, and could tell you wild stories about some facilities! THESE FOLKS, though, are the best. If as an employee or administrator you have a choice, go to Exam Professionals. read more

I needed a TB skin test to start grad school and found this place! They were so quick it was amazing! They have all the necessary precautions in place to help slow the spread of Covid-19. Additionally, the price for the test was quite reasonable! My favorite aspect was that I could just walk in, so it made everything so flexible. Highly recommend!! read more

No stars. I had given this place a good review last year. However, today I come back to give an even more accurate and important review for this DOT Exam Professionals that outweighs my previous review. I emailed Joel last week to ask if they can fill out my TB questionnaire paperwork because my work was requiring just this form because my last TB shot was done only a year ago. Joel proceeded to inform me that his provider said that they could only fill out my TB questionnaire if I get another TB shot first. I was alarmed to hear this because in the past, at other clinics, they have been fine with filling out the questionnaire without needing me to take another TB shot AND I knew that the TB shot is usually good for a couple of years. Joel informed me that the TB Shot is only good for one year and that it has been like this for years. I noticed he responded to me without any care. He didn't take me serious when I told him that he was mistaken and just shrugged my concerns off. I went to another clinic to ask the same questions I asked Joel and their answers were very different. The other clinic told me that it all depends on what the employer wants. So in my case, my employer was fine with just the questionnaire because my TB shot was done only a year ago. Finally, I decided to go to another clinic to get this TB questionnaire completed. I am very upset to think that DOT Exam Professionals thinks they can get away with giving wrong information to the public. It is not a joke to tell people they HAVE TO take TB shot when, in fact, it is not needed. Makes me think that all DOT Exam Professionals care about is making money by forcing people to take the TB shot before they can provide a simple TB questionnaire. My hope is that the people who read this review get a second opinion at other clinics before believing anything DOT Exam Professionals tells you because it will most likely save you money and unnecessary medical procedures for your body. It is obvious to me that the people who manage DOT Exam Professionals are less than professional indeed. read more

They were clean, professional, efficient, and take COVID precautions very seriously (they take your temperature and filled out forms if you have any symptoms or have you been in contact with anyone that was covid positive). 10/10 Recommend! read more

Was sent to this location for a pre-employment drug test for a new job and this place made the process absolutely painless. This was a VERY different experience than the last time I had to do an employment drug test at another clinic. The other clinic I had gone to the last time was super slow (it took over 2 hours just to be seen) and the bathroom was dirty. The Exam Professionals clinic is very clean, the staff is super nice, and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. If you have a choice of where you need to go for a drug test, you should definitely go to this clinic. Highly recommend them! read more

Pretty good place to get your drug test and everything done for work it's all by appointment so it's not crowded at all .

I am not sure how you review a Medical exam facility but I was welcomed with warm welcoming staff and the building was very clean pretty much like a Doctors office. All so parking was nice and near by. read more

I've been to this testing location 3 times already. It is by far the best place I've gone for a drug screen. My job requires random drug testing and luckily I get to come here. This place is never packed! It's always kept clean and cold bottle water is offered. I've never been there more than 20 mins. They literally take you in as soon as you're ready unlike other clinics that are dirty, rude and over packed. The staff is super friendly, especially Susana. read more

This place is great! I went there for a dot physical and drug screen and I got in and out with very little wait. They provide free water if you need it; and not from tap! It's actually bottled water and its cold! The office is clean and comfortable and it smells good. It's not like the other places I've been to with rude staff and long waits. The staff here seemed happy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a physical or drug screen without the hassle! read more
