Once I got to the doctor's though, I realized that I didn't book a lab appointment. I did NOT want to wait an hour or two to get fasting labs done. I cheated and went on Google and there was a highly rated quest Quest Diagnostics in Colton. Rather than my usual wait, I decided to take chance. There was only one person in the waiting area once I arrived. The inside was pretty clean. I entered my information and luckily, there was no one else. Within five minutes, I was called back! A nice gentleman by the name of Kevin took care of me. I didn't even feel the needle poke and he joked and said he could "pinch me." He informed me that there are usually two lab techs there and wait times are usually less than an hour. This Quest was a quick and efficient process. I will definitely be coming here for future labs.

The care is unprofessional, the staff hide in the back and you can hearing them talking and laughing the entire time while not taking any of the patients. We had an appointment in the morning and showed up 30 minutes ahead of time for another appointment that we had for the hospital. The appointed time for lab draws went past the scheduled check in time and we waited 14 more minutes; to no one calling us back. We ended up having to leave to make it to the hospital appointment, and Quest never messaged us back until an hour after the scheduled appointment saying to go back now. Unacceptable. No respect for appointment times and lazy incompetent staff hiding from work because there's a "tablet" in the front. Waited well over 45 minutes on standby because of the staff, to no appointments in the room. The "scheduled appointment" didn't go well at this location so we ended up finishing the Hospital appointment and coming into the waiting room to see if they would take us now. We get put in the "standby" list even though we had an appointment today and were waiting in the empty waiting room to no staff once more for prolonged time and no other patients but the staff clearly conversing in the back. The phlebotomists were actively trying to avoid the people coming in and would spend less than a second to call out for people who checked in and clearly left because of the lack of time management the staff have. This place is an absolute joke. Take any and all business elsewhere. This is not somewhere to go to for HEALTHCARE services. After my yearly annual physical, I usually go here for my blood work done. It's a quite simple process; you go up to the kiosk and answer a few questions. This time, there was someone to help you answer questions, but it wasn't like I didn't know how to answer them. I guess other people needed assistance but it's nice to see that they have people there to help. After checking in, they call your name in the order that you checked in. I warned her that I don't like to watch because I would faint if I saw the needle or blood. I had a lovely lady draw my blood.
