The parking situation is so…read morebad that I've even seen employees scrambling to find a parking space and risking being late for work. Patients already have enough stress dealing with appointments, treatments, and long wait times without having to circle the parking lot looking for a spot. The valet service is not much of a solution either. My experience with valet was disappointing, and it did not improve the situation. Both the front and back parking areas are consistently overcrowded and poorly managed. Kaiser is a major healthcare provider, and its facilities should have adequate parking for both patients and employees. The current situation is frustrating, inconvenient, and unfair to everyone who uses the facility. This is an issue that deserves immediate attention and improvement.

We have to follow up in a month because even though I mentioned he had Autism, they only booked him with her and for 30min but he needs an additional person and an 1hr visit. That part is a little upsetting but on a positive note, it gives us some time to try to prepare him better. The quality of care Erica gave was amazing. Thank you for showing my little one patience.

Going through cancer treatment is incredibly difficult, but the team here made all the difference. Every nurse we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They didn't just treat her--they cared about her as a person and supported our whole family through such a hard time. The doctors were outstanding as well. A very special thank you to her oncologist, Dr. Kenni. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, reassuring, and truly compassionate. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we always felt informed and supported. The level of care we experienced here was exceptional. We are so grateful to everyone at Loma Linda for the compassion and dedication they showed during such an important time in our lives.

Due to complications -- my baby measuring in the 1st percentile -- I was advised that all imaging and high-risk care would be handled through Dr. Brar's office. From early on, I was repeatedly told they were convinced the issue had to be genetic. We went through more in-depth NIPT testing, and everything came back normal, yet that assumption never seemed to shift or be further investigated. Starting in January 2026, I was seen weekly at Dr. Brar's office. During this time, I rarely saw Dr. Sadjadi and trusted that between both offices, my care was being properly managed. Looking back, that trust feels incredibly misplaced. Despite being seen every single week for a high-risk pregnancy, not once was my blood pressure checked. I was later diagnosed with preeclampsia, with blood pressure reaching 158/102 -- a serious and dangerous condition that should have been caught much earlier with routine monitoring. Instead, it was missed entirely. This ultimately led to an emergency induction and the devastating loss of my baby at 26 weeks. There are no words to fully describe the pain of that loss. What makes it even harder is knowing that something as basic and standard as checking blood pressure -- a fundamental part of prenatal care, especially in high-risk cases -- was completely overlooked during consistent, weekly visits. Follow up with Sadjadi regarding this care left me feeling dismissed and unheard - she would simply tell me "oh honey don't stress" and never addressed my concerns. I feel deeply let down by both Dr. Brar's office and Dr. Sadjadi at Optum. The lack of attention, oversight, and accountability during such a critical time in my life is something I will carry with me forever. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their care to others.
