Came in a couple of days ago for fingerprints. The process was super simple. Scheduled the appt and paid online. Plenty of parking in their parking lot. Staff was very attentive and seemed knowledgeable. I waited a few minutes once I arrived then I was taken to the back to do my prints. The process was super simple. I was in and out in about 10 min total. I noticed they also have a few other services like covid testing and drug testing etc according to their signs. Very rude at the door. Had an appointment for a blood draw but they made me wait with everyone who wanted covid testing. Phlebotomist did a terrible job at drawing blood and also had almost no customer service skills. Apparently only have one phlebotomist on staff at a lab. If you guys are not prepared to do covid testing with CDC guidelines for distancing then don't offer the test. Making money is not as important as people's health. read more

Appointments mean nothing. I made an appointment yesterday for today and registered online to get my QR code. Arrived early for appointment and had to wait in line to get another form to complete the same information I entered online and was sent to the back of a long line for everyone, with and without appointments. read more

Be careful if you are going there to get a covid test for international travel to get the results in 30 minutes. Expect a delay of hours. My wife did the test as she is traveling and they promise the results are up to 30 minutes. You pay $125 for getting results in that time and we got the results after 2 hours. Technically the lab can't charge you all the money if they don't delivery the results in 30 minutes. We called them and they say that there is a lot of appointments for covid and they are delayed that we need to wait. So if you are in rush, plan it very carefully read more

Very professional but still have a gentle way with clients of all ages. We have circumstances in our family where getting Covid tests every 2 to 4 weeks is necessary. We chosen ARC Point labs to help us out. The have a cOVID-19 test that gives them the results within 15 minutes. Do not go here. I came for a hair follicle test and I had to get 2 separate tests done. It was court ordered and it was my 3rd test however the prior lab took hair from all over my head. The guy who started on my hair (who was very nice) took a good amount off but the manager kept coming over to tell him to cut more. She finally took over and basically cut all the hair off the back of my head In one giant cut. I now am basically bald on the back of my head. I called several other labs and sent pictures to see their opinion and they all said it was way too much hair. and when I called the owner to let her know she denied her taking the hair from all one spot and said she didn't take too much. This place might be fine for other tests but don't let them touch your hair unless you want to be bald read more

Horrible customer service. My husband was just trying to get some information real quick over the phone just because he prefers to speak to someone. Woman just didn't bother to answer the simple question. Just said ima an awful tone " all pricing is on the website " we didn't ask if it's on the website. How hard can it be to say 145. Oh and by the way she tried to charge us $400 for a flipping Covid test!!!!! Most places offer them for free!!!!! Just be kind. The staff at arc point are highly professional, competent, incredibly helpful and absolutely friendly. I went in for a cholesterol test, and the process was easy and so fast!... the lady at the front desk... I didn't get her name, was very friendly!... and highly efficient. I was out before I even registered that I was even there!... in fact, just writing this review is honestly taking longer and is more painstaking than my experience at arc point. Having to come to such a place to get screened for your health is not anything the average person looks forward to doing, and it's just another thing to fit in amidst an already demanding list of things to do... we all know that... but so do the people at arc... This morning it was quite busy and a man was being hostile towards the staff and arguing with them about their testing, however the staff was extremely patient and attended to all of their customers needs in a timely manner so I have no idea why he was complaining. Full disclosure: My friend, Jingqing, is the new owner of this lab. The lab isn't that big, but they do everything -- DNA, drug and alcohol, and even clinical tests. Service is efficient and friendly! As someone with gluten-sensitivity, the food and allergy tests are perfect for me. They're useful for understanding my health condition. I went in on a Thursday for a drug test for pre employment. I walked in to check in, there was 2 people at the desk, and right away they sent me outside to wait since we could not wait in the lobby due to covid. I waited outside for about 5 minutes and about 4 other people showed up in line behind me. And it was very obvious that the 2 people at the front desk were having a very chatty funny conversation. It wasn't until someone from the office came outside to throw the trash out that she had to tell the front desk that there's a line outside and people are waiting. So then suddenly a guy comes outside and points the temperature gun at me to check my temperature, mind you I didn't even know he worked there due to his unprofessional appearance which was baggy pants and a black polo and I didn't even see a company logo. In the back of my mind I thought OK well he must work here. And as I went up to the front desk I noticed that you wouldn't even be able to tell who worked there since everyone was dressed casual, too casual. So a different guy at the front desk asks me to fill out some paperwork and had asked me a few questions which was hard to understand, since I was distracted by his casual appearance and was speaking to me unprofessional. He then told me to follow him in the back where I would leave my personal belongings in order for me to use the restroom to pee in the cup. But right before we got to the back room he was distracted and had "small talk" with his co-worker (same person who took the trash out) which involved some cuss words. Now I'm not one to be against using cuss words but it was the fact that he was being unprofessional about it at the wrong time. He then instructed me to leave my personal belongings in the cubby where he would lock them up and then casually told me where the bathroom was and told me some other small instructions. So I did my business and grabbed my paperwork and left. But this place was definitely unprofessional. One for not checking in with patients right away waiting outside, meanwhile the workers are just having a conversation of giggles. 2nd the lack of professionalism demeanor, as in not cussing in front of me and 3rd it didn't even seem that there was a dress code since everyone was wearing a jacket with a brand label and the guy who greeted me who wore baggy pants who took my temperature. I wouldn't even be able to tell if he was part of the staff to be honest since I noticed his baggy pants right away. Just very unprofessional overall. read more

This lab was on the list from my doctor to have some blood work done. I would not recommend this lab. They were very unprofessional. The girls at the front desk look unenthused & not professional & said they don't do many blood draws. The man with braids that came out who would be the person doing it smelled like cigarettes and wasn't professional either. I handed them the kit with my check & he acted like he wasn't sure what to do with it so I left. Went to another lab in WC on the list & was great. She drew my blood, was dressed professionally in scrubs & said she knew what to do to mail off the kit and off I went. They were even $5 less for the draw. read more

Small, friendly, clean, owner-operated practice. The lab manager, Geralyn, has been here for 8+ years, and she is very knowledgeable. I didn't know they actually do clinical testing, like Quest and LabCorp. I wanted to do a personal fatigue test and my doctor wouldn't order it because it's not for diagnostic purpose, and additionally, it would cost me more to pay if I go through my doctor. ARCpoint actually offers the entire list of clinical tests that Quest provides and the price is a lot more reasonable. I scheduled a blood draw, and they were ready for me when I walked into my appointment, without any wait. The results came back in a few days, and were easy to interpret. A medical doctor had already reviewed the results. Staff were nice, and helpful to answer questions as well. Definitely a good place to use for personal testing! read more

I called the lab yesterday asking about the COVID test, they gave me the info and I drove myself to get my daughter tested, only thing they forgot to say was that they were out of tests. Next day I got there @830, time they open and they forgot AGAIN to tell me that tests only start @9. I waited, got tested by Jodi AMAZING professional. But Zack, was the opposite, from the minute I got there he was unpleasant not only to me but to other customers, he's definitely in the wrong line of work or having a bad day (but I think he's just like that). I called to get the results and again he wasn't nice at all, not patient no empathy, things you would expect from anyone in customer service. So Jodi 10, Zack 0!!! I usually don't write reviews but ARCpoint Labs folks are awesome. I have a small business and have been using them for several years for almost everything, like background checks, preemployment drug screening for my contractors. I also did a personal ancestry test through them. For drug tests, I just send the folks in and I get the results in 1 to 2 days in my box. I don't even have to call to explain - they know everything. And for background screening, I email Geralyn and I get results in 15 minutes. I tried using these online sites before for background screening but either it takes forever or doesn't have all the databases I'm looking for, and the fees are much higher if I want to do a somewhat more comprehensive screening. Anyway, really great folks. And you can actually talk to them on a call, which is definitely a plus. read more

I had to go to ARCpoint for my per-employment drug test and it was actually really great. I know weird right getting a drug test done was great lol but it really was. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. There was no wait time which was a big plus! The lady explained everything to me and even answered some questions that I had. The whole place was very clean which was an even bigger plus because the last place I went was really really gross. Also, there is no appointments needed you can walk in whenever!
