I had an 8:40am appointment, I arrived early... they were more than 20 minutes behind... when I was finally seen, they told me that because it was 9:04am the test would be rejected. I scheduled my appointment with plenty of time and I was on time. I can understand them running a few minutes behind but I've learned they typically run 20-40 minutes behind because they're so poorly managed. Whoever is in charge of the current policies and procedures here should be replaced ASAP. Not only was 1 of my tests unable to be performed because they were behind but when I got my results for my other tests, they completely missed the MAIN test that I went in for. Unacceptable.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
