I've had amazing experiences here every time I've needed to come in. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very thorough. During my last visit for a TB test, through a different medical institution, I experienced a brief fainting spell due to anxiety. I let Wellness Mart know ahead of time, and the Concord team was incredibly understanding, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. Their compassion, professionalism, and accommodations made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I went at 4 PM to do my drug test my physical and math test. I couldn't use the bathroom and they close at five and I still hadn't use the bathroom after drinking water. They said I had to use the bathroom within three hours, but there was no three hours And they offered to stay 10 minutes while they were cleaning up and I still didn't use the bathroom and they put it as a refusal to my employer when I didn't refuse because I never got my three hours. I will never go here again. They did not hold up their end of the bargain and if they knew I came at four and I wasn't gonna be able to do my urine test they should've said come back another day instead of letting me do itvery unprofessional. read more

I went here a couple of times - for a TB test and physical exam and drug test for work. Each time I have come here for their services, I had no complaints. The nurses that helped were good. Their instructions and explanations were simple and easy to follow. They answered any questions I had. They greet everyone that entered through the door with a smile. I didn't receive any attitude or felt uncomfortable with the staff. Transactions went well. It's a small clinic. You check-in with their iPAD (located on your right side when you enter the door) and wait until they call you. They did not have actual chairs to sit, but there's these stacked white cube-like structures against the walls that you sit on. Office / clinic seems tidy. Would I come back if I ever need any of their services they offer? Definitely yes. The only thing that was kind of weird, in my opinion, is the building's elevator. read more

I needed a TB skin test for a health clearance to volunteer at my daughter's school, and I am so happy I found this place. Easy parking, an elevator ride to the second floor, checked-in on their iPad, showed my ID to the receptionist, paid, and immediately went into a room to get the test. I was in-and-out of there within less than 10 minutes. I wish more medical offices worked that efficiently. Do not expect a pretentious Bellagio-like building and fancy waiting room like the JMH network places. This is more of an old hat kind of vibe with nice, personable staff. Went to WellnessMart (Concord, CA) over 4 weeks ago for fingerprinting as a sub teacher. There were complications reading my prints from the beginning. The machine was not accepting 90% of the efforts. The technician said "that's okay - we have enough good ones. This should be fine." Trusting their process, I paid my $79 and awaited the results. Last week I received a letter from my prospective employer informing me that the DOJ had refused my fingerprints. I was instructed to return to the original location and get them redone, but why would I go back to a facility with machines that didn't work for me the first time? I've been unemployed since last May and another month had just passed when I could have been working. Regardless, I returned to the Concord location and showed them the notification I received from my employer. I was told that unless I had the actual refusal letter from the DOJ, they would have to charge me $79 for new prints and would not give me a refund. They blamed the delay on the DOJ processing time, and said that I could go to another one of their locations for free with different a fingerprint machine, which I opted to do, even though it was 30 miles away. When I called to make an appointment at that location (Pleasant Hill, CA) I was refused, and told that I must return to the Concord facility for assistance. One month later, no fingerprints. No job. Yesterday I went to J&J Livescan in Pleasant Hill, CA. Had to spend an additional $81 for the prints, but they went through without error and were approved by the DOJ this morning. 24 hour service. Giving WellnessMart one star because their staff was pleasant enough, even when I was furious. Buyers beware. read more

I would rate this a perfect 10. The place is very clean, no lines and most of all the staff karime ( sorry if I mispelled the name) and Maureen were awesome! They were very nice, very patient and helpful. I went there for a mask fit test and Maureen guided me, she was the best, all smiling theoughout the time, patiently explaining to me the steps.. wow, it was really quick maybe just 5-10 min!!!! (Concord location) Had an appointment at 9am (their opening hour) - instructions on the email confirmation state to arrive 15 mins prior to appointment. I arrive 15 minutes before and hear people talking so knock on the door. No answer. I wait 5 minutes and knock again. Veronica I think her name was (not sure but wears glasses) answers with an attitude and say "we open at 9" points to the sign and begin to close the door in my face. I apologize and say sorry your email said to arrive early. (How I'm suppose to know? I'm following your directions provided). Then she again says "we open at 9" and then shuts the door. Person at the desk was nicer and tried to accommodate. But honestly just an unnecessary way to begin an encounter. A "sorry about that, we just need another minute to set up" would have been totally fine and I would have happily waited. Unprofessional and just mean girl energy. Will not recommend this location to my healthcare team. read more

To be honest the most efficient and fast experience ever. I wish I got the lovely lady's name that helped me the whole time. She was so nice and professional and put me at ease since I was nervous. She wore glasses and had beautiful curly hair! Hopefully that helps narrow it down. I would definitely come here again! read more
