Told me to go to the emergency room! So now I have to wait hours to be seen when I have already been seen at STATMED for this injury Sitting in the ER and the nurses here said LEGALLY you're not supposed to tell me you can not see me and refuse me getting treatment! I've already been to you before so why did you need the workers comp people there when you have my information from last month and you have us fill out the paperwork anyways! Before I could even finish explaining, the person who answered cut me off and said, "that's an ER visit," in a very dismissive tone. I tried to clarify that I had already been to the ER and needed follow-up care, but instead of listening, I was met with rudeness and ultimately hung up on after expressing my frustration. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing--especially for a place people rely on for medical help. Basic communication and respect should be the BARE MINIMUM . I never feel the need to leave reviews but I don't want others to have my experience. Seek elsewhere

They gave me an appointment for 10:40 the next day. ...but the Stat is walk-in and the appointment was useless! It was dishonest of them to give me such an appointment. I would have just gone in earlier if they didn't give me a FAKE appointment. Finally the next day after waiting an hour. and then another hour in the exam room. I was given a prescription that was supposed to have been sent in electronically, ...but it wasn't ready when I went o the pharmacy. Often electronic prescriptions go through immediately. If this one was going to be delayed they should have told me.

They had art painting classes to reduce stress for the elders and it's was beautiful to see how they infect with our Latinx Community so well. The care is always good. We are pleased by the overall quality of care that our daughter received here. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner who saw our little one were friendly and excellent with our daughter. The nurse practitioner was knowledgable on the various illnesses currently going around and prescribed the appropriate medication for her. Overall, we are thankful that there are walk-in care options when primary care physicians do not have any availability for that given week. However, walk in care unfortunately does not see all types of patient complaints. If you have a sick child, this is definitely a viable option though.

So thank you to the staff here. But if I had come in any later I doubt I would have gotten in. I had to fast for my blood testing and also this weird breath test thing I had to do. I didn't wake up and not drink even a drop of water or brush my teeth for nothing. So yes I am very thankful they let me in. Blood tests are fast. The breath test took some waiting of certain amounts of time pre and post drinking of a special drink you have to drink. Its was really easy and streamed lined and I was out very fast. I have to come back for further follow up testing and yes, I made an appointment.
