We were a little pressed for time but thought this would be a fun unique place to grab lunch. It was fun and unique but there was no lunch. We arrived at 1:15 and they post that they close at 2:30 but they had run out of food. The server didn't seem too concerned about it though. She was friendly while telling me that they didn't want to bake anything since they were closing soon. I'll probably give it another try because it's just a quirky place. But not when I'm very hungry. Or I'll just bring my own food just in case.

Wasn't able to try the cafe since they close at 2 but the gallery was open so it was nice to check it out. the place is run down bathrooms were pretty gross. Dead bugs all around and stained toilets quite gross. Not much to do here except just see the gallery which is really small. No one was friendly. We weren't greeted by any of the staff. This place is in the middle of nowhere so to speak. It was hot, so run down, and poorly maintained. It was "mehh" the building was cool to look at but that's it not really worth it

My favorite place ever, went on a college trip here for a week and had so much fun. Very refreshing to get away from the city and be somewhere so natural. Definitely want to visit again :)

Artistic displays abound in the cafe

Convenient farm to table style cafe in the heart of Arcosanti. The food selection was minimal, but the flavor and freshness of the dish we ordered made up for it. A great place to end or begin your arcology adventure.

The black bean burger here is hands down the best veggie burger i've had in the country! Good food, with a great view!

Sorry for the lack of photos on this one…read more We stopped here for lunch and a bathroom break driving through from phoenix to flagstaff. Samantha was so fun to talk to, very polite and welcoming! When we walked in, the space is open with plenty of tables inside and an outside patio. They have local artwork and pieces for sale on shelves and on the wall, which I have to add was super cute!! We ordered the Greek omelette with avocado, diced potato's, with a cup of fruit to split. Omelette was very largely portioned and the taste was delightful. Everything was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. They have a large selection of hot sauces you can top your meal with. They have an icecream shop attached, we didn't get anything but I'm sure it would have been the perfect treat for the hot summer day. They give a veteran discount too!! We will return every time we are passing through. We recommend to try it at least once, it's worth the stop.

What sparked this review, was going this past week for brunch... Casey was our server and I wanted to try something new. She suggested Mediterranean Eggs Benedict. Said it was her favorite on the menu. Sure! I tried it. Oh my!!! It was absolutely delicious!!! My mouth was watering from the first bite, every bit of it was cooked just right. To me anyways considering I never had any eggs Benedict before. Wow!! I was so impressed I had to tip the cook too! Not sure I talked as I devoured it. LoL I think I've found my new favorite breakfast plate. You've set the standard for this dish for me. Thanks to you all! Always enjoy supporting local businesses in BCC.

Traveling back to Arizona, we knew we had to return, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The filet mignon is simply out of this world--served sizzling in a cast iron skillet with clarified butter, it's incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's the kind of dish you think about long after the meal is over. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff consistently go above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. And Michael, the manager, is exceptional--so accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel taken care of. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of quality and consistency twice, let alone make you want to keep coming back. Without a doubt, one of the greatest dining experiences in the USA. We'll absolutely be back again.

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

You'd never really notice this place unless you looked on Yelp or Maps, but it is definitely worth the stop. My mom and I split the Build your Own breakfast burrito which was fantastic. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful- and we loved the house made hot sauce. The Bloody Mary drinks are fantastic too. My dad ordered the biscuits and gravy and an omelet which he said were amazing. This place freshly squeezes fruits for juice which was a surprising touch. Seriously- get the orange juice. It was phenomenal. All in all, this is a small, quaint brunch place with a lot of soul. We will definitely be coming back at some point in our trip to try the cinnamon rolls!

For entrees, we got the eggs benedict with homefries (classic) and a reuben sandwich with salad. The bennies were delightfully plump, with perfectly poached eggs, smothered in rich hollandaise on an english muffin that just held up. The hash browns are very well griddled, with excellent contrast between the top and middle layers. Some hot sauce goes a long way to cut through the richness of that meal. Reuben sandwich was massive and I really appreciate them stacking the meat. Salad was fresh enough and balanced things well. Too stuffed for dessert but will say pie sounded good.
