The guy behind the counter told me I was disrespectful towards him because I was on the phone. Well I had to remind him that we live in America and a woman can walk into a gas station and talk on my phone anytime they feel like it. Who in the heck owns this gas station because in a minute Chevron is about to have some serious publicity issues if they don't get rid of these owners. He then told me that if I didn't need anything else, we should leave. I explained that I was still browsing and that the kids were finishing the ice cream we had just purchased, but he repeated that we needed to leave. Rather than argue, we decided to leave. What disappointed me most was the lack of basic customer service and hospitality. The store was not busy, and we were paying customers who simply needed a few extra minutes. A more courteous and professional approach would have gone a long way. I understand businesses have policies, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.

The line wasn't too bad, I waited about 15 minutes since I waited on the farthest line to the left. The process was easy to follow and pump gas. I was impressed by the prices of gas here. Too bad it's a bit out of my way to come here every time I need gas. But I'll have to try and do this every month I'm here. You do need a membership card to pump here and they don't offer diesel fuel.

I understand that there is a policy they have to follow, but it didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification, Marquese repeatedly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there's a policy," without offering any real explanation. I made it clear that I understood there was a policy, but I didn't understand why it existed. The employees then suggested I might be trying to pick up the same order at two different locations at the same time, which didn't make sense because the order only listed one address--this location. They said that unless I confirmed the order through the app, they couldn't release it, even though I had the correct name and the unique code. The issue was that the order was placed on my wife's phone under her name, and I only had screenshots. This has never been a problem anywhere else--we've placed many mobile orders before, and typically only a name or code is required. They told me the only way I could get the order was if my wife came in herself. That wasn't possible and was a major inconvenience. Since they wouldn't release the order, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Overall, it was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this location.

This is one of the few gas stations in Rancho Cucamonga where you can redeem your Ralphs fuel points. (There is another Shell station on Baseline + Milliken, and a Ralphs gas station on Baseline + Haven.) The process is simple: 1) When you are at the gas pump, the screen prompts you to put in your Ralphs Rewards Number. You punch in the number or swipe your Ralphs card. 2)Then, you choose your form of payment and type of gas. 3) Finally, you pump your gas. Could it be any easier?! Redeeming our Rewards points saved us $0.20 per gallon on this visit. When that little gas light appears on the dashboard again, we'll be coming back to fill 'er up!
