I figured I might as well try it out and I'm glad I did! First, every car bay I tried while going there has strong suction, which is something I really appreciate. Second, it's obvious that people are constantly switching out the dirty microfiber cloths for clean ones. Both really good things to look out for at a car wash! The thing I appreciated the most, above all else, was how easy it was to cancel my subscription. All I did was tell the guys I wanted to cancel when I went in for a wash. It was canceled by the time the car started to go through. No upselling, no resistance, no nothing. Just a, "yes ma'am let me help you with that right away." It feels like that is so rare these days. Also, to be clear, I canceled because I don't go to the car wash enough to drop $40/month on the title wave monthly plan. However, I think if you do go to the car wash regularly, it's worth it! Personally, I will be returning every time I do need a wash... I love this place!

The next day I took it back and asked for a refund or for them to wash jt again and they told me my car was dirty for so long that it's permanently like that and it won't come off.. and it's "water marks" how can it be "water marks" when it hasn't even rained and if I left the car wash with water marks they should have dried them off before giving my car back to me. Anyways long story short they didn't refund me and they said it was my fault and basically my car won't ever be clean unless I get a new paint job which I find hard to believe so take this is as you will and go there at ur own risk. However, I've had several major issues here, and the biggest issue by far is that on numerous occasions, I have paid for one time washes or a temporary subscription that I canceled, only to have repeat withdrawals from my account. I have even gone in person to politely resolve this, and the issues keep returning. I've had to report this so many times to my bank, it's become a joke at this point. I have heard this from other people who have used this service as well. I have also had times where I was not told how to adjust my car and put it into neutral, leading to some dangerous circumstances, for my car and others were almost damaged in the washer. And I've had times where I've paid a good amount of money to get my car cleaned, only to have the machine rush my car through faster than usual and leave consistently worse results each time. Additionally, they have massively raised their prices within the last few years, far more than should be normal for an establishment like this. And the vacuums have not been fixed/had maintenance done on them in a while; unfortunately, I don't bother using them anymore, since they are limited in number and availability, and they have about the same amount of strength as a cheap portable hand dryer. I wish that I could promote this place more, but I simply can't and it has been a legitimate pain on my bank account, costing me hundreds of extra dollars that I did not approve. I hope that they can resolve these issues for myself and many other customers who would otherwise be happy to pay for service this year and what is admittedly a very convenient physical location.

I have a 2022 Toyota CHR that hadn't been waxed since I bought it last summer, aside from a car wash. The couple that showed up to clean my car was fast and very thorough. I am very happy with the work that they did. My car looks terrific, and I noticed people looking at it when I drove by! The wax details is very, very nice! When I went to the location to use the free wash, I spoke with the manager, Mikey. Unfortunately, she refused to honor the free car wash that I had received through their promotion. What made the experience even worse was that instead of trying to resolve the issue or help me, I was asked to leave and was taken out of the car wash. I followed the instructions Superstar Car Wash provided, received the free wash offer, and expected them to honor it. If there was an issue with the promotion, I would have appreciated the manager taking the time to explain it and find a solution rather than simply refusing the offer and removing me from the car wash. Very poor customer service and management. I expected much better from Superstar Car Wash.
