Had Pad Thai noodles which were just like they should. Service was great - super-friendly and prompt.

Most customers gave great feedback. Unfortunately, from what I saw in their kitchen, I have to give 1 star. We sat on the patio and I looked over the kitchen's window. One of the waiters put the unused rice from the customers back into the rice warmer (rice cooker). Rice is not expensive, compares to the price on the menu. Service was very slow. read more

Bad service, rude staff. Non accommodating restaurant, where the management will not make changes as per customer's request !

I don't usually eat Thai or Asian food but this one was really good ! I got lo mein noodles and like it

The pork pho was delicious but a little bit on the sweet side. If you love pork, you'll be excited there were at least 10 thick slices but it was a little overboard for me. Loved it overall! read more

Best Thai restaurant in Moab !! Food very delicious and service is good :) I love noodle Tom yum , Pad Thai , and sweet and sour and Thai iced tea ! read more

Arches was highly recommended by a former Moab resident and the experience didn't disappoint. Even on a busy Saturday the staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. We had the tom kah soup with tofu and spicy basil chicken. Serving size was generous and sharing those two satisfied two hungry adults. They were much larger than the usual Thai offerings. The soup was flavourful, though the tofu seemed a bit overcooked. The spicy basil dish was ordered as medium spicy and was appropriately hot. If I return to Moab I will certainly return here. read more

I'm not sure how long this place has been here but I think I ate here with my brother and two friends in the early 2000's. My knowledge and expectations of good Thai food have changed significantly since then. This visit, my wife and I were warmly greeted and seated almost immediately. The restaurant was about 3/4 full (16 fully loaded tables) and you could imagine that the two wait staff had their hands full. That said, we didn't experience any service delays whatsoever. Whoever wrote the review just prior to mine tonight must be a troll or a plant from other Moab establishment not enjoying such a full crowd on an off-season Saturday night. He's an asshat. Anyway, our waitress had our order in to the kitchen in under 6 minutes. Our meals came out shortly after (as did other tables, the kitchen staff was rocking) and we weren't disappointed. My wife had ordered the Beef Pho and I the Pineapple Curry with Beef. Both dishes were large enough to be shared with another. My Curry was fantastic. I ordered it "Spicy and Hot" (3rd out of there 1-4 scale) but it wasn't spicy enough, so they responded with two extra spice jars for me. Much better! My wife's Pho was Pho-tastic (her words). Lots of tender Beef, flavorful broth, fresh Thai Basil, Cilantro, Bean Sprouts, Lime, and a side of hot chili sauce. Overall a very good experience, we'll be back! read more

I had an excellent dining experience at Arches Thai. The service was kind and the food was delicious. I had the fried rice and was very pleased! The ingredients tasted fresh and I didn't feel bloated or sluggish after my meal. It was a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend! read more

My husband and I tried the Pad Thai and green curry with tofu after a day of hiking at Arches, and both were excellent! It was busy and seemed a little understaffed so we had to wait awhile all around, but the waitstaff were hustling and doing their best to accommodate the crowd. Literally one of the best Thai restaurants we've been to outside of Thailand, but if you go for dinner or at a busier time, make sure you're not already starving like we were! read more

Delicious food! I've been here a few times and everything I've tried has been very tasty. The Penang curry and the basil rice have been my favorites. Service can sometimes be a little slow. Spice levels are right on. Love the spice caddy they bring out if you ask for it as well. read more

10/28/2020: "tried" going here for dinner that day and decided to turn away and take our business elsewhere. We walked in and wait to be seated for a good 10-15 minutes while their waiter/waitresses walked back and forth. No host or hostess and I even made eye contact with their staff and nothing. Maybe my mistake on not initiating the question if we would be seated but we weren't the only people their that haven't been seated or put down on a wait list. read more

Fantastic gem in the desert. My children learned to love new foods here. What a great change of pace for Moab's slim pickings.

Super delish! We got the drunken noodles, garden rolls, and tom yum friend rice. The tables inside and outside are reasonably spaced and it wasn't too crowded when we went on a Saturday evening. read more

I've arrived at 2:55 the waitress made me wait 10 minutes and then told me, we are stop servicing at 3:00 in a very disagreeable way. Well if that's your level of service, happy not to have been seated read more

This is a nice change of pace to burgers, pizza and mexican here in Moab. The food is fantastic, but keep in mind this is a resort town and Arches Thai is a little pricey, but worth it for a good Thai meal. The Green Curry is fantastic! I wish they didn't close during the slow season this year. Last year they were open. Just be aware they may be closed in the off-season. read more

Nam tok beef salad is really good, but do not get spicy level 4, too too hot. Curry puff is good as well for appetizer. All food good. Really glad i found this when i we were in Moab. read more

Absolutely GREAT tasting Thai food with A LOT of variety and authenticity. Gave options on spices and add-ons. Customer service was fast and flexible with COVID restrictions. Super patient as well since I had two little hungry kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Thai restaurant that is off the main drag and if you're not into the typical bar/American style food (e.g. burgers, hot dogs, pizza). read more

Great food. Nice atmosphere. There owner runs the floor and the kitchen and makes sure everything is running smoothly.

Delicious curry puff, green and pumpkin curry with tofu! They don't play on the spice though so keep it at 0-1 if you don't like spicy! As it should be- too many Thai places shy away from spice, but not here. Level 2 for me and 3 for the hubs was PERFECT. Will visit again on our next trip to Moab!! read more

One of the best Thai restaurants I've ever eaten at. Wide selection of food, very well made. The food relies on spices and ingredients rather than salt and sugar. Not cheap, but great pricing for the quality and quantity. Ambience is very nice as well. A little nicer than casual, but not classy or overdone either. Has a kids menu. read more

Decided to give this place another try. The wait was long and the hostess was so rude that we turned around and left. Will be going to Singha (the other Thai place in town) from now on. read more

Amazing Pad Thai. Hands down the best I've ever had. The Mussumen Curry my wife had was also amazing. Highly recommend.

This place is the real Thai deal. The food was prepared very well with fresh ingredients and was very healthy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Thanks also to hostess for running out after we left a pair of glasses. read more

Visited this place during our long summer trip to Utah, Arizona and Colorado. Had a long waiting time but the wait was worth it. Food was delicious. read more

Amazing food! Very busy so make sure you count in the hour wait time. But very worth it

Can't recommend this place. Food was pretty bland for Thai food. It was plated attractively and the restraunt is clean and decorated nicely. the prices weren't exorbitant as far as the menu went, but the food really lacked flavor and therefore I felt it wasn't worth the asking price. I won't be seeking this place out again on my next trip through Moab. read more

Love Thai? Go here. I'm not a huge Thai fan, but my wife is and she dragged me kicking and screaming into this place. It was a delightful quaint place with easy parking and I was immediately impressed when I walked through the door. Usually these places have weird interiors that make me uncomfortable. This place was classy and the decor of the local variety (Moab scenes on the wall etc...). We were greeted and our drinks were brought out to us right away. The food order went in and the waitress suggested I try a couple of things to which, I agreed. When the food arrived, I was impressed with the portions and the presentation - very nice looking and plentiful. I was a little hesitant but dug in to the suggestions I agreed to. I was again impressed by the accuracy of the waitress' knowledge of what I would like from her menu. The food was great and we even stayed for dessert - which was amazeballs! I'll be hitting this place up for all my Thai food craving and taking all my friends who appreciate Thai food. Best Thai place in Moab (my wife has forced me to try them all)!!! read more

Service was fast, food was excellent. Very nice, clean restaurant. I highly recommend Arches Thai

Definitely a must when coming to Moab! Delicious food that competes with some of the best Thai food we have had. The staff is so nice and made our night great. You won't regret it. read more

Food was fantastic tasting and beautifully presented. Service was great and nice atmosphere. Lots of fresh Veggies, bright and yummy.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour and a half and still didn't get out food. Four other tables were seated 15 minutes after and all had food and dessert and got their check. The waitress the proceeded to blame us for the delay. Will not be stopping back at this establishment. What kind of place allows a waitress to disrespect a paying customer. read more

Horrible horrible business practice. How do you not answer the phone? Called over 40 times and no one picked up. We drive all the way down for you to tell us it's over an hour wait for takeout? Wow! Never again! read more

Got a bunch of takeout from here and everything was good even the next day. Took off a star for the really long wait time. We had to wait at pickup even after we were given an hour to pickup. read more

I would barely call this is a Thai restaurant. I asked if they had coconut milk and they said no....,

Amazing pineapple chicken fried rice staff very helpful good customer services The eggrolls were perfect and the tia chicken was good to

Thai green curry is my favorite food. I eat it at least once a week. I'm sure I've had it over a thousand times. The Thai green curry here is probably the best I have ever had. You have to get it. read more

Found on yelp, I tried ordering delivery but the phone was busy. So we drove to make a take out order. The restaurant was open and the outside patio was open. I was told my order would take 30 minutes. We walked the Main Street shops and headed back to the restaurant. Our order wasn't ready. We waited an additional 40 minutes for our order to be completed. We ordered gyoza which was good, crab Rangoon's which were good as well, the egg rolls were good, the chicken pd Thai was not what I'm used to...so it didn't hit my favorite pad Thai not enough cilantro and bean sprouts, the pineapple fried rices was good- it had raisins, curry flavoring, beef broccoli was great I preferred over the pad Thai, the lo mein was ramen noodles and wasn't memorable. I don't know if the food was made early and was sitting while we were waiting and that impacted the overall flavoring. I was not blown away and I was really looking forward to good Thai food. We were given free sodas for the lengthy wait. read more

Generous portions, fairly quick service truly in the middle of nowhere. I visited the location on 30th Dec 2017 on a trip after visiting the Arches, craving for some hot food. I was not disappointed at all. The staff isn't the most friendly or communicative bur they are attentive. They also added a 20% tip to the bill without any input from us. This wasn't too bad as the food was reasonably priced for the most part. I ordered the crab cream cheese rangoons, the yellow curry chicken, pad thai and iced coffee. It is definitely a nice variation from all the American food available in the area and they are willing to vary spice levels to taste. Would be happy to return for the food. read more

This was the perfect place to eat after visiting arches national park. My girlfriend got pho & I got the pad see ew at a level 3 spicy, I should have gotten it at a level 2 because it was too hot, but it didn't take away from the flavor, but was really good. Perfect thing for after a day in the park. I paired it with a Thai iced tea and that really helped to tame the spice read more
