I recently purchased two bikes for my boys from Archer's Bikes, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and guided me towards making a good decision which I greatly appreciated. The night before I purchased two bikes at their online store and they had them assembled before lunch the next day. When I went to pick them up, one of the bikes wasn't a perfect fit for my growing boy and having already made the sale, the staff suggested a better (and less costly) option. That's real karma right there. I was able to find both a mountain bike and a BMX bike for my boys from their wide selection of high-quality bikes. The staff took the time to understand my needs and concerns, and helped me to make an informed decision. Their level of expertise and customer service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this bike store to anyone looking for a great selection of bikes and outstanding service. Great service! I brought my electric bike in yesterday with an unknown problem. The young lady that wrote up my service order was very professional and friendly as well as sympathetic to my needs. I asked if it i could possibly get it fixed that day. She told me they could run a diagnostic and let me know what the problem was and call me back. A couple of hours later Scott called and informed me i would need a new controller and it would be around $150. Minutes later he called back to tell me he found the source of the problem and could fix it for $50. I broke the kickstand on the way to the shop and the front disc brakes never worked properly he fixed all of them and had my bike ready by 5:20 that day all at a cost of less than the cost of replacing the controller. After dealing with another bike shop in the area and being charged for incorrect information because of a wrong diagnosis of a dead charger. I spent a month trying different chargers to figure out what was wrong with my electric bike. I called Ancher's Bikes and talked to Trevor who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested I bring my bike into the shop. I brought my bike to him, he did a quick test of my battery and charger to find both fine. Then within second the technician found a loose wire that totally rectified my problem. They charged me a very minimal fee for this service. I ride an older (classic) road bike that is hard to find parts for sometimes. It would be fairly easy for a shop to dishonestly steer me toward some expensive solutions to replacement and/or maintenance needs. Randy is great to deal with and has always been willing to help me find the best and most affordable solutions to keep me on the road. I trust their experience and more importantly, their honesty. They also usually have repairs done faster than we anticipated. I'll continue to use Archer's, as well as recommend them to anyone I can. read more

I had an excellent experience at Archer's Bikes in Prescott Valley. I currently own an e-bike but I wanted to look at bikes to use for gravel and dirt riding and camping trips. I wanted a reasonably priced bike so my grandsons and friends could use it to ride with me. Great family owned business. I went in to have repairs done for my bike and walked out with a new one for my son. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. My bike repairs were very reasonable and my sons bike is perfect for his needs at a great price. I got all of the necessities I needed. Staff is great. I highly recommend checking them out. The guys at Archer's were super helpful, they helped me along as I was trying to restore an older Raleigh. They gave me tips, referred me for powder coating, all around they provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. Brought my bike in for a fitting, the fixed me up with some quality used parts and a new seat to get me up and riding comfortable. Very friendly service from top to bottom, and had my bike ready by the time my daughter finished test riding hers.
