I usually use the drop-off service, and the turnaround time is quick, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that it's getting more popular, so it's not the hidden gem it used to be. I also like that they have a rewards system and a laundry card that works with cash, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and even EBT now--super convenient. The hours are flexible too, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule.
