I was one of the last ones there along with two other older ladies, they seemed like regulars. As soon as the two other ladies left, the woman who worked there just turned off all the lights without a word! I was in middle folding my clothes and was packing to leave. I wasn't sure if they had simply locked up for the night with me still there! I had to go looking for the woman who worked there. When I asked if she could at least turn on a couple lights for a few minutes, so that I could at least see. The response I got was no. It's simple customer service to give customers a fair warning before turning off the lights! Oh, some of my clothes fell to the floor in the dark. I had to take them elsewhere to rewash them.

I had to scrape change just to make this 1 load happen & now I have no idea what to do. I would never do someone this way.

Yet when you look inside the machines you see green and black mold growing and smell mildew... I should have taken that as a sign. Extremely overpriced. Total cost to wash sheets, pillowcases and a comforter: $22. Money that has now gone down the drain with no apology and no refund... I had to wash them all over again further away at a relative's house but the urine smell would not come out so I ended up having to throw my expensive sheets away.
