Wonderful, across the board…read more I went into Heights + Kenchi as the storefront has stood out to me a number of times. It has that rustic, utilitarian air to it that just kind of invites you inside. You can tell right upon entering that this is a place that caters to its customers and is filled with insightful tailors. I'm pretty picky about who touches my clothes, but I felt very reassured in the hands of Gus. I had brought in a pair of wide fitting trousers that needed an alteration. I wanted them to be restructured from below the thigh, to taper quite significantly. Now, this job isn't necessarily difficult, but it can be time-consuming. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted done to my trousers; I even brought in a reference pair. Gus was pretty straight forward with the pricing, and detailing what the job/execution would be like. The trousers needed to be taken in from both sides of each pair of seams per leg. He assured me that it would be done with the utmost quality and said there would be about a 7 day max turnaround time, which seemed fairly reasonable to me. I happily left the store and within 2 or 3 days had heard back from Gus who informed me that the job had been completed. To my surprise (at such incredible turnaround speed), I stopped by the storefront that same afternoon to retrieve my trousers. I was very happy as he showed me the work in detail, even the excess fabric that he had removed during the job. Upon returning home I was nearly speechless as I tried them on. The seams were beautifully resewed and the structure and flow of the trousers had not been lost during this delicate restructuring. The overall fit and result was exactly what I had wanted. I am very impressed and now I know that I will be a continuous customer. Every person needs a tailor, but they need one that must be detail oriented, honest, efficient, and worth the cost. Heights + Kenchi is worth the visit and their results speak for themselves.

I'm so glad I found Wazim Custom Tailor. Sam was so professional and took extremely precise measurements. He was able to let out the top and the skirt and you couldn't even tell they were altered -- the outfit looks like it was made custom for me. He even redid some of the beading so as not to compromise the integrity of the piece. I was so impressed with his attention to detail and his skill. It's going to work beautifully. Highly recommend this tailor!

I've never hugged a tailor before. Until I met Angel at Tony's Tailor. So look... I'll be honest…read morethat I didn't have a good experience with Tony when he owned the place, but Tony's retired. Angel, the new owner, is a magician with suits, and he's very reasonably priced for basic tailoring like waists and pant legs. I've invested in really nice business suits over the years, but I recently lost about 30 pounds. As a custom tailor, Angel was able to take apart my suits and make them look they were custom made for my new body: * Pants waist * Remove pants pleats (amazing!!!) * Reduce shoulder width (amazing!!!) * Jacket chest and mid-section * Adjusting jacket sleeve length for perfect shirt sleeve peek-out I originally thought such extensive alterations wouldn't be worth the money and I would have to buy all new clothes, but I was surprised by Angel's estimate. He was able to advise which suits were worth saving, and the alterations ended up costing a quarter to the third of the cost of a new suit. Plus, these suits look better than ever on me. He also took care of all my chinos, jeans and slacks for much less than all the other tailors in town. Some of the reviews here are misleading because they include several from when Tony was the owner. Say hello to the new tailor. Not like the old tailor.

The whole process was very straightforward and easy. Kevin and his wife came over to pick up the suit. They helped measure and made recommendations on what would be done. My pants were only half inch too big on the waist so Kevin recommended I save my money and just wear a belt since everything else was perfect on the pants. Pricing was transparent and agreed to. Afterwards, they took the suit to be tailored. The tailored suit was delivered back to my house a week later. My sleeves were shortened, and back was also brought in. The work was flawless and the suit fit me perfectly. Thank you for the incredible service!
