Owner stopped the work he was doing and patched my tire within a promised 15-20 minute timeframe. As others have noted, he was pleasant, professional, and efficient. And the cost was reasonable. This experience substantially decreased the stress of an unexpected flat tire ~20 miles from home...thank you!!! read more

Called for a quote on an alignment, which honestly was a fair price, but during and after the work was done, I realized how it was a better deal than I thought, simply because Harry explained to me, in detail, the process of the work he was doing, and took time to answer my dumb questions, all the while handling the steady flow of customers coming in...and he does get busy. After my car was done, he took the time to run through my results, and gave me a printout of the new specs (my front-end geometry was way off, and I knew this beforehand, having done the suspension myself, and FINALLY getting it in for the alignment), and gave me some valuable information on my car of items to address in the future. I would without a doubt, recommend Harry at Arcadia Tire for top quality service, he is a true professional! read more

On my drive into work this morning, I heard a strange clicking noise coming from the wheel area of my car. Turns out, big ol' nail wedged in my tire. Of course! Right when I'm supposed to head out of town. I yelp'd it and found Arcadia Tire. Drove my car in and in less than half an hour the gentleman (I think his name is Harry or Henry) patched the tire and had me on my way -- for $25! I'll be coming back when I need my tires replaced! read more

Very nice and accommodating. I called this morning and they do not sell used tires. Hoping to get out of a bind but regardless the gentleman greeted me over the phone with a friendly good morning. Again, these guys told me they DO NOT SELL USED TIRES. read more

This has been my go to place whenever my car has had problems, needed a tune up, or for the typical every 3 month oil change. It's kind of hard these days to find a good, trustworthy mechanic that you know will do their best to fix your car and not make sure you have to come back every now and then to get it fixed. Mike and Harry here at Arcadia Tires are the most trustworthy mechanics I know and I've been coming to them for years. You tell them what you need, leave your car along with your phone number, and within a reasonable time they call you to let you know exactly what's wrong, what parts you may need, where they will order the parts from (they never buy resale parts, always from the manufacturer) and then give you a very reasonable price. I would without a doubt recommend Arcadia Tire to anyone looking to build a long relationship with a good mechanic. read more

I had gone to a shop prior to get my tires installed. These guys were unprofessional and couldnt even balance my tires right. Harry fixed this quickly and got me back on the road feel comfortable. I def found my new tire shop. read more

By far the best auto repair shop in Arcadia and all of Souther California. Owner Mike is so honest that even if you think your car needs major or minor repairs, he'll let you know if it does not need anything at all of much less than you thought. The place is called "Tire" but they do just about any kind of big or small repair and service on just about any kind of car. And the shop is remarkably clean and orderly all the time. You'll never find a more efficient and reliable repair shop -- you'll be so happy. you'll soon be encouraging all your friends and family to take their cars there. read more

Always helpful and honest. Thought I had a screw in my tire and upon closer inspection it was a rock that looked like a screw head, he just pried it out and told me it's just a rock and I was good to go. Thanks! read more

I highly recommend this place. Many family members bring their cars here and had recommended it to me. I recently got a large bolt in my tire so I stopped by here on my lunch break and Harry had it patched in about 15 minutes. read more

Had a slow leak on one of my tires so I checked out the local tire shops and Found Arcadia Tires. Great reviews so I took my car in to have the tire fixed. Harry and Esteban went to work, found a nail, showed it to me and started the repair. Very professional people, checked the air pressure on all my tires before backing it off the rack. Harry even backed my car out and positioned it so I could easily move onto Duarte Avenue. I live in Arcadia and like to support the local businesses. Thanks Arcadia Tires. Wayne read more

Have been coming here since 2016 and it's been great service! They've always accommodated me on same-day appointments. I came here with my old car and now with my new one and they explain everything they do to my car and the price breakdown so I know exactly whats going on. read more

I was just about to head home to NorCal until my engine light turned on to check my tire pressure. I almost overlooked this, but luckily I didn't. I made a stop here and was immediately helped by Samy. He checked my tire pressures and noticed there was a nail in one of my tires. A 2 inch nail was detached and patched right away and he so kindly did this without charge. So glad I came here! A flat on the 5 wouldn't be the biz. THANKS FRIENDS!!! read more

Why would I drive my BMW from Culver City to Arcadia to get my suspension, alignment and tires? Because Mike, Harry , Alberto, Esteban and Eduardo are the best. They helped me out in configuring the car the way I want it. I buy used cars to save money but I want a new car ride. When the safety of you and your passengers means everything, distance is not any issue. They do services and repairs but they do not compromise. read more

Harry is seriously the kindest and most hard working mechanic. I've gone through so many mechanics before and I always felt like I had to bring a male figure to delegate. (A common practice I was taught by my parents from a young age in order to avoid being swindled) but Harry has a genuine care for his customers. Whenever I come in, with my dad or not, he always asks how my dad is doing and listens patiently to what I think is wrong with my car. Whenever I get work done on my car, whether it's by Harry or not, it's always done so diligently and in a swift manor. Oil changes rarely take longer than 15 minutes. Highly recommend! read more

Today was my first trip to Arcadia Tire, but it will not be my last. I have had a leak in my tire for about a month but in the last few days, it had gotten worse. I went to five of the big tire stores (which I really hate) and they told me I would have to leave it all day or come back tomorrow. At Arcadia Tire I was taken care of right away, and they are fast, knowledgeable, and fair! I will be back, and highly suggest you try them out! read more

I've been to several car repair places for the damaged front side of my car but they couldn't fix it. Luckily, I've been to here and they were super helpful and fast. Thanks to Harry, my car looks and works so much better than before. I totally recommend them, they are the best!! read more

I was traveling to Whittier when a warning light came on for my tires and found Arcadia tire on yelp. I got there and the tech looked at my tires, checked all for and found that they were all low. The tech filled them up and then cleared the warning light. Fast and friendly service. Didn't charge me either. Thanks Arcadia tire for the help. read more

I have been coming to Arcadia Tires for years. My mom referred me and I have had excellent service here. Mike and Harry are reliable and honest. They stand behind all their work, only use manufacture genuine parts and are eager to help serve you in any way possible. They have been in business twenty nine years. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced, especially having had very bad experiences(dishonesty) with other mechanics. This is a business you can trust. Silvana read more

Good and honest service! I came in to get a tire patched since I had a tire that was low on air and they noticed that I didn't need a patch after all and inflated all my tires for free! Their shop is clean and they're open longer hours than most other tire shops. Will be back for my future tire needs! read more

Someone else said this about Harry and I agree, there is no mechanic I trust more. An absolute expert, dependable, incredibly honest and a gem. Arcadia Tire is the best! read more

I want to start by saying that I have had experience with these guys in the past that was satisfactory. I was introduced to this place by my grandpa maybe 10 years ago since then, I have brought my cars here to get the tires changed because it was close to my home and the price was reasonable. I never put much stock into the customer service aspect of this place because it is just a tire shop and it's a pretty straight forward experience. Over the years, I have probably had about 10 sets of tires changed at Arcadia Tire on various family cars and I think I even chatted with the owner one time about cars and watches. Recently I ran over a staple and my tire was pretty flat. I drove to Arcadia Tire on my way home from lunch because I thought it would be an easy repair. I spoke with Harry and he checked out my tire and said there was a staple. I asked how much to fix it and he said 30 bucks. I knew America's Tire in Pasadena would patch it for free and various places downtown charge about 10 bucks but I must have sounded surprised because when I said 30 bucks?? Harry asked me "why? you can get it cheaper elsewhere?" I still intended to pay some amount because I understand that I am receiving a service and I fully expect to pay for services rendered but I was just surprised about the 30 dollars to patch a tire, but I responded that America's Tire does it for free. In a condescending way Harry just responded "Go to America's Tire then" and immediately started walking back into the garage. I was pretty surprised he would give me such a lousy attitude at that point and then he said that he needs special machinery to remove the staple and that if not done right could ruin my tires and cost me $300. I was willing to pay, but I asked if he would come down on the price and he flatly said no and turned his back on me and walked back into the garage. I was pretty disappointed because I thought about how over the years I probably spent close to $10k on various vehicles replacing all the tires (The same vehicle I brought in today I had them replace the tires last year which cost $1200) and that they would be so unreasonable and rude to me now. I don't really expect them to remember who I am because tire customers aren't really a frequent return customer but I still felt like I should be treated with some modicum of customer service. Anyways I drove to America's Tire in Pasadena and the guy over the counter gave me a huge smile and asked how he can help. I told him about the staple in my tire and asked him how much it would cost. He made the number zero with his hand and 45 minutes later my car was ready to go. I offered to give the guy a $20 as a tip and he refused and said just don't forget us when you need new tires. From now on, I am going to America's Tire for my tire needs even though it is out of the way. I suggest you all do the same. They know how to treat you like a real customer. I always was more supportive of local stores over chain stores because of that personal aspect, but not in the case of Arcadia Tire. I believe my experience today has shown their true colors. read more

This place is crazy expensive.. $25 for a tire patch because they see a company name on the side of my truck.. This is insane.. I live in Pomona where the most I have paid is $8 and yes for a patch not a plug.. If you must go here or if money comes easy... If not shop around.. Also slow on service.. read more

Came into Arcadia tire at 10am hoping to get an alignment. One of the people working there (I assume to be the owner) greeted me by saying what they cannot do in an alignment and told me to come back the following Monday because they have too much work with 3 other cars in front of me needing alignments. I was surprised that they just refused my business. Don't come here unless you want to get disappointed. read more

The service was ok. Came on a Friday to take a nail out of my tire and there were a few people there before me. Looks like they work quick. The shop looked clean. Almost brand new actually. The main complaint I have is that they charged $25 to patch a tire. $25!!! That's insane. I've been to dozens of tire shops that charge less than $10. I was so disappointed that the prices weren't posted or I wasn't informed. The tire patch took about 20 minutes and it was all labor which means they charge $75 per hour on their labor charges. That's ridiculously high and can be compared to a Mercedes or Lexus dealership. Super expensive. Never again. read more

I just had a flat from a nail repaired at Arcadia Tire. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Earlier, I was referred to Pep Boys and they said it would take at least and hour. Just Tires couldn't tell me how long my wait would be and wanted $35. I paid approx $20. I know a reviewer said America's Tires does it for free, but I have never had short waits at any of their locations. They sometimes won't even get to your car for an hour or two, so if your time is valuable, then you will respect that Arcadia Tire can get you in and out for the price of a lunch. This was my first visit there, but the place was super clean and they had a nice selection of tires and other reviews say they are honest with their repairs, so I'll be referring my local tire and repair business to Arcadia Tire. read more

My day seemed like it would start off terribly today when I got a flat on my way to work....Lucky for me I was right next to Arcadia Tire. They treated me so well that they honestly turned my mood around! All the other reviews are right, they could have easily told me I needed to replace my tire, and I would have gladly done so, but they were honest and repaired my tire for $20!!!! While I was waiting for them to repair my tire, another worker checked all my other tires, filled them with air and they made sure I was out of there in no time. I RARELY WRITE REVIEWS, BUT THIS PLACE DESERVED ONE... 5 STARS! read more

Professional tire guys and that's all they do. My rear tire had a nail and staple causing low tire pressure...duhh. So I went in after work and in 15 mins, they remove my tire, patched the inner puncture, and put the tire back on. All for $25, not bad! I recommend them when you need your tires replaced too! They have lots of tires in stock. read more
