Overcrowded and no seating if you order food. I love this idea of bringing arcades back. I stood for an hour before I was able to find an open table. Staff is busy managing the front and unable to clean of dirty dishes from tables. I might give the place a try during the daytime. I think it's best to go when it's adults only. read more

This is a great place to spend an evening with grown up friends or time with your kids during the day. The selection of machines is great and growing so anyone will be able to find something they love to play. There's a nice selection of drinks and food too. Even if you weren't/aren't much of a gamer, they are all free-play (after the reasonable cover charge) so you can try all of the arcade machines and several consoles without running out of quarters. If you did spend time at an arcade, you'll know there is a passion for what's going on here. read more

Super fun date night! They have tons of games, lots of the classics, and even pinball! My husband enjoyed playing all the games he had played as a kid. We stayed much longer than we had planned because they even offer delicious food and wine, with super friendly service. You cannot beat the location either - right on McKinney Square next to the parking garage. We will definitely be back. read more

Great place! I went on a Sunday evening and it was very clean, the arcade games were in really good shape. The food was good and there is plenty of room to sit and eat. The staff was courteous and attentive. There is so much to do that everyone can enjoy themselves. Too many kids, too much alcohol. Why do insurgents think bars are a good place to take their kids? Open an arcade for kids, or open a bar for adults with a few arcade games. These kids will be drinking for the rest of their lives, just like their parents. read more

Had a great time here with my 2 kids (9 & 7). The arcade has the right mix of old school arcade games for the parents and enough loungers & consoles to keep the kids interested with newer games. This is long overdue. I was visiting friends in July and we had a great afternoon at Arcade 92. I have to say the games are a highlight, however without the great service, this day would not have been the same. Olive, the bartender I encountered first who was so patient as I tried a few beers while making a final decision, and the bar manager Julia, were some of the best I have encountered in the service industry in a very long time. Truly a blast! Went there with the fiancé and little brother, played all sorts of games from all generations. It's a place where you can take absolutely anyone and they'll find something they'd love to play. Everything is completely free, just pay once at the door and play till you feel the carpal tunnel running through you. Truly an amazing location and I look forward to re visiting (four stars only due to some of the machines don't work, but that's only a few like one or two and I played pretty much everything they had.) read more

My wife and I went here on a last minute date night and had a blast! Lots of fun arcade games. Their prices are very fair for the amount of entertainment you get. They'll even order you food from Foxiis next door and bring it to you. We had the cheeseburger and fries from Foxiis and it was very good. Also, they have a great selection of beers on tap. I had an amazing experience at Arcade92! We got the Private Family Group, this was 79.99 for four people and it includes 2 private hours in the arcade, a free beverage for everyone (even alcohol), and two appetizers. For the appetizers we got the mozzarella sticks and chips with queso which was so good! If you wanted to bring more than four people it is twenty dollars per additional person, which in my opinion is not bad! We were able to play all the games we wanted without waiting on other people, so if you wanted to play for a while you totally could. Now if you were wondering what is was like being there during this time I felt completely safe, the owner was there and he had a mask on the entire time and it was so so clean, also the door was locked so no one else but us could be in there. When we were leaving the manager was spraying down each machine with alcohol and wiping it down. My overall experience was a 10/10 and would 100% recommend this to anyone! It was so worth the money and I hope to do this again soon! read more

Love this place, tons of games to play that I havnt seen in a long time. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I came in for a friends bachelor party. I came here with my wife and two children last Saturday and loved it! The service was great and the arcade was much cleaner than any of the other ones I've been too. I loved the food as well! The nachos were great and came out quickly. All of the machines worked which is rare for a retro arcade like this. I will be coming back again soon! read more

Not recommended for a kids party!! It is not set up to host a kids party! Getting drinks was a nightmare, pizza was more than the $5 as advertised so there was additional cost, no way to regulate additional people being added to your tab (siblings), ran out of straws, only 2 pizzas could be made at a time, which doesn't work for a larger party, I handled the bussing myself, but thankfully the kids had fun. It would be fine for a group of 4 people, maybe, but not a larger group! read more

Meh. It's OK. Not all the games work well. The food is OK. The service is slow. Took 35 minutes to get our sandwich. We had a 21st birthday there and they refused to give us plates or forks. Took 2 people asking just to get a knife and napkins. Made a huge mess. Go to Free play in Richardson, they are cheaper and the food is better. read more

Great place for us 80s kids to play retro video and pinball games. And you can leave the quarters at home. Fixed price all you can play all day. Some of the games weren't working but that's how it was when we were kids too lol. We had a large group and they got backed up on the food orders. But at least we got to play while we waited so that helped. Cannot wait to go back! read more

I get how the buisness needs customers, and maybe this is generally how Mckinney is. We've been exploring arcades around north texas and this wasn't too great. Not a lot of social distancing and a lot of folks just not wearing masks the entire time. I guess this is what most texans have been waiting for since the recent lifting of the mask mandate. The feel I get is that the buisness and the employess don't take it all very seriously or maybe it's just a pain if they did, they were wearing masks though which is good. Not a lot (or any) of signs that enforce cleanliness/distancing. Had some dirty machines and really wished I had some paper towels and spray to clean it off before and after use. But there was a lot of hand sanitizer. I guess if you're that kind of person who doesn't mind taking their family out while not wearing masks around a bunch of people, this would be your jam. We'll be sticking with Free Play where they give a bit more of a hoot. read more

Pretty good place. Nice that the NE corner of the metroplex as a barcade now. Decent selection of mostly retro arcades. Majority is 90's, then 80's, and a handful of newer games (KQ and some newer pinball). Also has a huge section of console stations with fancy comfy chairs. Games appeared to be respectably maintained, but I did encounter some issues, mostly with pinball. You do have to have some tolerance for such things when dealing with retro games, especially pinball. I did inform one of the staff members, and they documented the issues I found, but wasn't able to immediately address. Draft beer selection was small, but they had quality craft beers, mostly local. Lots of bottled options too. I wish they had a printed out beer list with specs and prices. I didn't get any food, but I was snooping at the food that other people got, and it looked good, visually. They are right next to a free parking garage, so that'll be nice if you go there during the day in the summer. Staff was polite and friendly. Price was a little higher than the competition though. One admission and 3 beers was $40 after tax/tip. Overall, great place if you're in the area. read more
