The tone and approach were rude, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. There are respectful ways to speak to customers, especially families with children, and this was not one of them. We left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service and management professionalism clearly need improvement at this location.

Son ordered a burger and I ordered fries. Ate almost all onion rings and one was raw and still had powder on the inside. Fries were good, son's burger was good, but we can get burgers anywhere. I did bring the onion ring issue to the waitresses attention just so she could let the kitchen know. When she brought the bill, they had taken the onion rings off.
