This locally based ice-cream company does not use artificial flavors. You feel like you're eating real food instead of chemicals. They use ingredients from Colorado companies. I love how their ice cream has huge chunks of the ingredients in it like big chunks of chocolate and cookies. They have fun flavors like The Big Lebowski, S'mores and Raspberry Oreo. The people that work there are so friendly and attentive! There are places to sit both inside and outside. The Longmont location is located right across from Roosevelt park. So, if you're so inclined you can take a walk in the park while eating ice cream. There is free street parking.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager came out visibly angry and told us, "Alright, keep it down, we can't hear the people ordering on the drive thru." The tone and approach were rude, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. There are respectful ways to speak to customers, especially families with children, and this was not one of them. We left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service and management professionalism clearly need improvement at this location.
