Service was awful today. ordered 6 cookies all 6 looked worse than the displays(missing toppings zero effort in presentation). When I walk back inside Emerson and Abby were terrible (the ones that made my cookies). They made eye contact with me and didn't give me the time of day to acknowledge me or whatever my concerns may be. And instead of realizing the mistake they had made they proceeded to laugh and joke right in front of me after I just got bait and switched. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone read more

I've never had a good experience at this location. It seems like everyone who works at the Johnstown location is cranky or snotty. By time I get the cookies, which seems to take longer than you would expect to put cookies in a box... I'm not even in the mood to eat a cookie. One time, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie... the guy that took my order seemed annoyed that I called it a chocolate chip cookie because it called something different... so he corrected me in kind of a snooty way, the. Crumbl is fine -- definitely hit or miss. Some weeks the flavors are amazing and super fresh, and other times they're way too sweet or just kind of meh. Fun to try, but not always worth the hype. read more

Tried this week newbie for the first time omg!! What a delight!!! I ordered online, a single box, I know!! But do you see the size of this sweet box of cake ??? Who doesn't love warm cookies? These cookies are soft, thick, and delicious. Served warm they are the perfect treat. I was disappointed that one of the cookies I had ordered and paid for was not available when I arrived to pick up. I had ordered a box of four cookies online for curbside pickup: chocolate chunk, peanut butter, chocolate caramel, and sugar cookie. When I arrived a few minutes later to pick up my order I was told that they didn't have any chocolate chunk cookies available for my order. Service is terrible. I had to stand there for 10 minutes waiting on somebody to even acknowledge that I was there while they were talking and joking amongst themselves didn't see any kind of manager on duty, but they definitely need some management. read more

Service was fast & staff seemed friendly . Now for the cookies, the size of these cookies are massive & they have a nice appearance but these cookies are sorely lacking in the flavor department . All 4 flavors we tried tasted mostly of flour with a dab of flavor on top. They have a half baked consistency with the cinnamon toast one being more like a flat muffin. Why did the cookie go to the hospital? Cause he felt crumby! Crumble cookie will only send you to heaven because their cookies are so delicious! The inside was very adorable and the staff was also welcoming. They don't have a huge selection of cookies, but they are on rotation. So, if you find a cookie you like, I would suggest to get a few! I have instantly become obsessed with their Nutella cookie and their Dirt cookie. The Nutella is just as you would expect, gooey, warm, and rich. The dirt cookie is simply fun! It's a simple idea that works really well. Offer four new cookie flavors every week and always offer chocolate chip and a sugar cookie version along with ice cream, add a drive through so you feel safe and socially distanced and you have Crumbl. The surprise was that the cookies are delicious and substantially heavy (use two hands when carrying) and the long pink box and the cute little single cookie box speak to the weird part of me that loves cute boxes. These cookies are big and we always cut into six pieces to share, but they are the perfect sweetness and haven't been too sweet even though they usually have lots of icing. On Sundays, when their flavors change, we find ourselves checking social media to see what yummy goodness they have dreamed up. read more

Sugar rush! These cookies are a tasty treat! We got the box of four to try a variety. We were hoping the smaller version were available but found out those are for catering so we got the larger cookies. My favorite was the ginger cookies with cream cheese frosting! My husband's favorite was the Butterfinger. Then we were excited (my waist line not so much) to find out they switch up their cookies. Stopped by here after eating a burger at nearby restaurant. Ordered one of the 4 packs. Ordering is really easy, walk in, use the touch screen to place your order, pay and wait for them to call your name. We had 1 x  Coconut Lime 1 x Birthday Cake (Patriotic) 1 x Hazelnut Mudslide 1 x Milk Chocolate Chip Coconut lime had good flavor, not too much icing, melted in your mouth. Birthday cake was what you would hope for although my daughter couldn't finish as she said a bit too much icing. The hazelnut mudslide was nice and chocolateee for those of us that enjoy hazelnut and chocolate. The chocolate chip was soft and scrumptious. I have to start by stating that I am not a fan of these specialty cookie places. In regard to Crumbl, they did nothing to change my mind. Cookies are ok, but did not "wow" me or my kids...in fact we threw most of them away. It's hard for me to pay these crazy prices and get an "ok" cookie. Might be ok for a "treat" on occasion, but I don't plan on wasting my money here any time soon. The fact that I have 3 kids and they weren't excited with the assortment of cookies says even more. read more
