I loved it! More like what you'd expect, but also delicious, was the Classic Chicken And Waffles with Maple Syrup. For fun/dessert, we enjoyed a flight of 477 spirits - Coconut Rum, Maple Barrel, Orange Barrel, and Cinnamon Barrel. The last 3 have a bourbon base and a pleasant burn going down. Orange and Cinnamon were delicious, and we even discussed purchasing bottles of them (but left that for another time). On top of all that goodness, the employees were great. Came very highly recommended and with good reason. The first official Johnstown restaurant I visited, plus, I'm totally a coffee and crepe girly. I love the old building, has charm and is staffed by friendly people. I am always greeted by someone right away when I walk in, and they always patiently wait and never make me feel rushed as I peruse the fairly well stocked menu with fun names for different coffees and crepes. I love supporting our new (to us) town, and will say, this is the only shop I've seen with town specific merchandise. (Well, besides Buc-ee's) and have purchased a couple Johnstown mugs and magnets. I'm more of a sweet crepe lover, with Baby One More Time and Breakfast at Tiffany's being my favorite as well a variety of coffees, but the breakfast sandwiches are always a hit, and when my parents visit, my Dad likes trying different savory ones. I also loved the point system, got me a free 1lbs bag of coffee, to enjoy and remember Colorado Coffee in Connecticut.
