Where to even start? Smoothies were pretty good, which I hope so, since they're almost $10. I watched an interaction between the owner, Sabrina, and one of her young student employees, which made me more than uncomfortable. She is more than rude, certainly disrespectful, was demeaning her employee in so many ways. You could tell the employee was on the verge of tears. Several minutes before, I watched that SAME employee being the hardest working member of the staff: cleaning the fridge, restocking ingredients, and keeping a clean environment. This will be changed pending how it's handled. The food is great. No complaints. My online ordering experience has been crap. I've had 3 orders delivered with missing items and today was the last straw. They forgot all granola for 3 bowls. Missed a whole juice drink and a shot from my order. This is the THIRD time in a year. To add to that the driver showed his app to confirm it. The store called to tell me and ask if I could pick it up. Of course not. I paid an extra 15$ just to have it delivered. So unless the gift card includes tip, driver fee and the missing items that's not how you take care of a returning customer. I was told we will give you a gift card for the items. Okay. Well now I have to drive in. The point was not to. Included is my friends gift card where their app took the gift card but the order didn't go through on a 70$ order. 70$. GONE! Then they change their app about every 6 months and if you don't recall the exact email or phone number you lose your points. I've lost my points 3 times now since they changed their app and just did it again. Soooo. I'm done with Nektar online ordering. Since they are across town, I likely won't order from them at all after my last gift card pickup. What's worse is today it was my daughter's birthday. So I'm livid. Please correct your mistakes by paying for the trip and tip fee. That way it is actually making up for your mistake. If you can manage this I will be happy to change the review. read more

I LOVE nekter! it is the best smoothie place in fort collins/loveland area! 1. If you download the app, you can get one free smoothie for downloading it. Also! If you download the app, it makes it so so easy to pre-order! If you pre-order than you can just get in the pick up line. So you can be in and out super fast. Oh also! If you use the app then you can earn points and get free smoothies after spending so many dollars. 2. The staff is always friendly. I have been in so much that most of them recognize me....... 3. I love everything i have had off their menu. I have also done some create your own juices and smoothies. Everything is so so good! 4. They have homemade cashew milk in their smoothies! Love it! 5. Their bowls are all really great! Every bowl i have tried has been fantastic. They do have gluten free granola, if you are in that camp and need that too. Prices are fair and competitive. I called in a pickup order en route for my daughter as she gave me her ingredient wishlist but I didn't know which bowl would be best to work with. The area where the shop is located is easy to get to and clearly marked. My order was ready when I arrived 10-minutes after calling it in and they had it in the fridge keeping it fresh. We got the berry banana bowl and added almond butter, etc to it. You can see all the add-ons very easily when placing the order online or through the app. read more

Well I'm a little late to the party, but I hope I'm not too late. Not entirely sure why this place hadn't come up on my searches for smoothie bowls in the past but today it did. I have an addiction and it's to açaí bowls. I also love healthy juices & smoothies so I know that this will be my go to spot. There are only a few places in foco to choose from for this type of healthy deliciousness. Rush bowls next to my house is average, they add lots of sugar and skimp on the toppings... which are the best part! Ohana is good but on the other side of foco. So when I saw a picture of nekters immunity bowl topped with chia pudding and fruits galore I beelined it in the rain. They sadly were out of chia pudding on this day so I got the super fruit bowl instead. This is hands down the BEST smoothie bowl in foco. They topped it with 4 different fresh fruits, chia, hemp, granola, bee pollen cocao nibs, gogi berries, and honey. Guess what guys it was only $10.50. If you know you know. This would have easily been $17 other places. I also loaded up on juices, we tried the greenies, packed with dark greens and slightly sweet with apple. The toxin flush which is sweet bright and spicy made with ginger & parsley, the beet juice which is mild but very potent. Watch out for beets they can be very cleansing for someone who hasn't had them juiced before. We also got the berry banana smoothie super yummy, just a few ingredients so it's simple and healthy! So go here now, they have something for everyone and they are all soooooo tasty and healthy!!!! read more

I visited this location on 10/11 at 12:00, the store wasn't busy. There were 3 customers waiting for their order and I noticed the employees were completing some online orders. I waited 20 minutes for my order which seems very excessive. The wait would have seemed much shorter if the staff gave me some forewarning or checked in with me to explain. Further, when I did receive my smoothie (health nut), it was as if they put walnut shells through the blender. Hard objects were mixed throughout the smoothie. read more

Is obsolete here. I had read the previous comments and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they disappointed. I asked for a shot of ginger and because they were lazy to make it fresh they told me to get the pre-made bottle. Had I wanted that then I would have chosen that but I didn't. Okay their açai bowls slap! You get such a big portion with lots of toppings. I usually go to rush bowls but you have to pay extra for toppings and their smoothies have more processed sugars I believe. So Nekter is now going to be my go to smoothie bowl shop! I stopped by Nekter Juice Bar today and ordered their protein smoothie bowl because I was craving something with lots of fruits that was also healthy and filling. The smoothie bowl that I received was made with so much love and care. The bowl tasted amazing with tons of sliced bananas, strawberries and blueberries. The peanut butter added a nuttyness to the bowl and made it a meal when combined with the granola layer. The 45 grams of protein in that smoothie bowl definitely held me over until dinner time and I recommend everyone to try this item if they want something more than a smoothie (nektar also makes those too). Very friendly and attentive staff! My gripe is mainly with the cost and portion. I should have learned my lesson by now with some of these places. A smoothie bowl that is filled up to 1/3 of the bowl/cup for almost $11 with a protein shot. Someone should start a smoothie joint that has nothing to do with Açaí or Dragon Fruit... that would be the first step to dropping the cost. Blueberries basically have the same nutritional value as Açaí for half or more the cost. Bottom line, I just need to keep making smoothie bowls at home. read more
