    Chocolate raspberry torte

This is such a cute spot with delicious pastries and drinks. There's indoor and outdoor seating with WiFi available. Service was wonderful. It was my first time visiting and they were patient while I decided what I wanted to try and checked in with me when I was leaving to ask what I thought. They have a great selection of pastries including carrot cake, cupcakes, tartlets, and more. It's a little pricey, but great if you're in the mood to treat yourself! I had the raspberry chocolate torte and a drip coffee with creamer. The total was about $18 not including tip. The raspberry chocolate torte was flavorful, decadent, and perfectly sweet (not overly sweet). I'll definitely be back to try other pastries!

Super cozy bakery with a lovely variety of baked treats and beverages. We got the biscuit, the chocolate cake and the orange cranberry cake. But everything looked amazing! The biscuit and the chocolate cake were 10/10. So tasty!! A hot beverage and 3 treats were $38 but it's great to support local businesses who are great at what they do.

Awesome bakery! Both sweet and savory treats. Even treats for your dog. Inside and outside seating. I will definitely be coming here often. Cash and credit cards accepted.

Found this great neighborhood bakery bar that has a great selection of gf treats! Staff were super welcoming, food and coffee/chai were delicious as well. We'll definitely be coming back. Such a cute and comfortable set up as well. There was even a person remote working at the bar since the atmosphere was so pleasant. By far the best chai latte I have had in Colorado, it was nice and spicy and not watered down like most. Spouse said their matcha latte was the best he has ever had. They were so good we failed to try each other's drinks! The gf biscuits and gravy was tasty and a great portion. We also purchased a bake good to go and they kindly kept it in the cooler for us until we left!

    Samoa Cheesecake, 1985 and Sangiovese

I've only had the chance to get to this cute little spot twice so far, but I see many more in my future! Most recently, I was craving a glass of red (mid-day on a Tuesday, of course) and something for my sweet tooth, so my husband and I ventured in for a lazy afternoon. We were greeted by the friendly masked bartender/barista and grabbed our boozy drinks, perused the glass case that was full of small, elegant desserts, then snagged a table in the corner. The house red is a Sangiovese (one of my faves), and on the cheaper side compared to their other wine offerings. We dug into the Samoa Cheesecake we got (pricey, but worth it considering how rich and decadent it was - we ended up taking half home) and relaxed in the quiet atmosphere. I saw that they used to have a savory menu, and I'd love to see them bring that back since sweets are a once-in-a-while craving for me, but when that craving hits, I'll be trying another of their delicious caked or macarons paired with another glass of wine!

In search of some early morning sweetness, I found this gem tucked into a corner of the shopping plaza - it did not disappoint! I tried one of the white chocolate Entremet a massive sugar cookie and a beautiful doughy pretzel that looked too good to leave in the display case. The Entremet was perfectly delicate, packed with flavor and just the right consistency. I would tell you about the cookie but it was eaten by my companion before I got to try it- so I am thinking it was pretty good. The pretzel I saved for later, and even warmed up at home it was still wonderful, carb-tastic perfection. Was it pricey? Of course, it's Fort Collins and it's Colorado - was it worth it? DEFINITELY!

Pastries are all delicious. There are the normal pastries and fancy sweets. Some GF choices. Latte was quite good. Hot. In a nice big ceramic cup. Service was very friendly. Ambiance was ok. I liked sitting at the counter. They were playing old Bob Ross shows, a very relaxing choice. I would definitely have them make a cake for a party. Lots of reasons to go and to return.

This place is a total vibe! I was looking for somewhere cozy to go read and have some pastries and Retreat delivered. I got a slice of Tiramisu to go and my husband said it was one of the best he's ever had. I had a couple of key lime pie bites and a banana cream bite and they were amazing! Also had a mimosa and a turkey pesto sandwich while I hung out at the bar for a while reading my book. The service was fabulous as well! Will definitely be back!

Great place to meet a friend for a catch up! We like the friendly staff and all the choices for desserts and drinks. It's hard to choose which beautiful treat you want first. They have a good wine and beer selection along with coffees and tea.

Very cool artsy psychedelic vibe, with lots of comfortable seating in a few different rooms. The barista who took my order seemed friendly, and they called my name loudly enough when my drink was ready that I could hear it from the next room. I had a piece of strawberry bread and an iced spiced chai, both really good! The strawberry bread had this fresh, rustic homemade taste to it that I loved, and it was a huge slice. The chai was appropriately strong - the spicy chai is made with soy milk, but the tea was rich enough that I didn't really pick up on the soy flavour. I could tell it was proper chai and not something made from a packaged concentrate. I wish I lived in Fort Collins so I could come here all the time!

Every cookie we tried at Mary's Mountain Cookies was just as good or better than any other place I've been. These aren't your super-thick, pudgy, crumble-style cookies -- they're closer to a normal thickness, but about six inches in diameter. The selection is really good. It's not just your standard chocolate chip and sugar cookies -- they had all sorts of combinations, including cookie sandwiches with filling. In fact, we enjoyed them so much the first day that we went back the next day for more. They also have day-old cookies on discount, cookies in the freezer, and it looks like they do birthday cookies as well. Peanut butter dipped in dark chocolate -- fine. My wife really liked it -- it's one of her favorite cookies. I thought the peanut butter taste could've been a little stronger. The cookie was moist and not bland, it just could've been a touch better. Turtle cookie -- one of my top 20 cookies of all time. This is actually why I went back the next day -- to get another one. It hit every mark: the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of crunch, the right amount of gooeyness. One of those cookies where you go, "yep, that is a good cookie" -- and it leaves you wanting more. It's right on the main strip, so parking might be iffy if you're in Old Town Fort Collins -- but if you're walking around that area and looking for a sweet treat, 100% recommend this place. Would recommend, and would return.
