There were 2 other disgruntled customers who had a similar experience in the time I was there. When I did get my order one of the drinks was a medium instead of a large and the girl at the counter made me feel like an inconvenience even though I was the only one left after the rush. I understand being busy but there needs to be a better system for the order in which drinks are made and turning the music down might help your employees focus. It does not help to order ahead at this location, in fact it would be faster to drive across town to the other location most likely. That's what I'll be doing.
