I have had it with the entitlement of the employees at the 8th Avenue location in Greeley to take it upon themselves to automatically add a tip or in a unique twist of events this morning I was given the option of only one three or $5 tipping not zero custom or even asking me to fill out the tip area of the tablet like they normally do. It's absurd to assume that the theft that goes on pretty consistently at this location by automatically adding a tip wasn't enough, but giving me an option of $1 $3 or $5 tip makes me not want to go to this location altogether moving forward. They're willing to take my money whenever it's a stolen tip but they weren't willing to take my $100 bill when they had already made the drinks on another visit previous to this... This location sucks and it's enough for me to just swear off this coffee joint altogether. read more

Horrible service. I go to this location quite often as my mom lives nearby but have never had an experience like I did yesterday. I placed an online order for two drinks and waited over 40 minutes! Yet, during that time they served at least 4 other people who had walked up and orderd at the window. There were 2 other disgruntled customers who had a similar experience in the time I was there. When I did get my order one of the drinks was a medium instead of a large and the girl at the counter made me feel like an inconvenience even though I was the only one left after the rush. I understand being busy but there needs to be a better system for the order in which drinks are made and turning the music down might help your employees focus. It does not help to order ahead at this location, in fact it would be faster to drive across town to the other location most likely. That's what I'll be doing. read more

I've been a Dutch customer for YEARS. But this location made me rethink. I waited over 20-mins for my coffee (simple order) going to the walk up window. People that were multiple cars behind me were served before me. When I asked how much longer, I saw the employee walk over to his coworker and mock me. WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE! Terrible customer service. Went through drive thru to get 2 coffees blended about half an hour before close and was denied blended coffee because they already sent the blender back and it was clean so they weren't going to dirty it again. Time before this they over charged me for 5 drinks when I had only ordered 3 and had no idea which was what to get me my correct drinks. Honestly this location needs better workers. read more

i go here a lot. i went this morning and ordered my drink without ice like i normally do. i get to the window and she hands me my 9 dollar drink 3/4 of the way filled. i asked her why and she said just because you dont get ice doesn't mean we have to fill it all the way. she then made me pay 5 more dollars to fill it the rest of the way. she told me they had to open another can to finish filling it and that costs them money. I PAYED 14 DOLLARS FOR A DRINK! i really hope someone does something about this. customer service is normally amazing there but today was a fail. i will not be returning. read more

This place is fantastic. Visit the location 5-7 times per week and have tried a number of drinks. From the picture perfect Trifecta to the palm beach Green tea there really isn't a bad choice and every drink tastes amazing. Past the coffee, the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is jumping. Finally, even if the line is long, it moves super fast and haven't had a drink messed up yet. First time to Dutch Bros was awesome! I got a vanilla latte and americano. The line looked long but went fast. The blonde girl who cashed me out was sooo friendly. Starbucks is the go-to place for most people for coffee because they're freakin' everywhere. While I do like their coffee, I prefer to support more local establishments and I'm thrilled that I have a place like Dutch Brothers where I live. I can't wait for the new location to open on 8th Avenue; it's much closer to home than the original! Dutch Brothers is fantastic coffee. Great flavor, great drinks, reasonable prices compared to others and employees that are friendlier and chattier than most places I've been. Love Dutch Brothers. Dutch bro's is ALWAYS a yummy choice! Their menus are very creative and a bit more out there, but I appreciate I can always request a traditional latte or cup of coffee if I want. They always have SUPER friendly baristas who are excited to have you. One of the best perks, is if the line is longer than a few cars, they jump out and come take your order personally by coming up to each car. They have payment options ready and take your punch card, always willing to offer another one if you're forgetful like me or if you want to combine. They have great deals which are publicized in their community texts. Plus, the stickers are cool! Prices are a bit more than I'd like, but so it goes. :) read more

I've only been to one Dutch Bros location before which was in Denver and assumed I would be getting the same great service and same great satisfactory again. I should've looked at a menu before I went (because I couldn't remember what everything was called) because they didn't have a menu I could look at anywhere... I explained the best I could on what I wanted (such as the type of consistency) and it seemed like the dude knew what I was talking about until I drive up to get my drinks. Apparently they thought I meant something else so I suppose it was overall not that great of communication. I pull up and he almost hands me the complete opposite of what I meant to order so I correct him and give him details on what I meant so then he was able to guess "bended"? and I said yes. So then all they did was blend the ice that was already in it and both drinks tasted exactly the same even though they were both supposed to be different... I ordered a white chocolate/macadamia and a regular coffee flavor and they tasted exactly the same... so guess they don't know how to follow directions. I mean to me the service would've been completely excellent if they would've just started over because they don't take long to make even when you can have a long line. So that was $6 not happily spent and expectations not satisfied. I won't be going to this location again. read more

On occasion Dutch brothers coffee drinks are really delicious. But the last few times I've been there, drinks are not made right at all. Half the time I ask for hot and they make me an iced one or vice versa. The coffee to milk or syrup ratio isn't right. I keep going to give it another chance. Today I got a frozen drink and it just tastes like syrup and ice. Everyone is nice but the quality of drinks is not consistent at all. Very disappointing when you spend $5 on a drink that isn't even drinkable. Sorry don't think I'll be back read more

I love this place! After going to Starbucks for years and always complaining about the customer service, my friend took me here. I will never go back! The whole environments up beat and customer oriented! The drinks are always right and on the very rare occasion they are not, they gladly fix them. My family will never return to Dutch Bros Coffee due to their radical and nonsensical new changes they are implementing. First off, when my hard-earned cash is not good enough for a business, and I am no longer given the choice on whether or not to use cash or a credit card, I do not shop there. Dutch Bros does not accept cash (and using "Covid" as the reason is medically unsound). Secondly, they are doing away with straws and the bubble lids, and are now using new flat lids with "holes" with which to drink. OMG! So, like a child, I get to drink out of a sippy cup. Really? It looks like Dutch Bros found a sneaky way to save money by eliminating straws and whip cream. And if it is all about 'saving the environment,' which is probably the propaganda they are pushing, there are paper straws to consider! Not only do I happen to love a lot of whip cream on my ice and blended drinks (especially when I am paying so much for coffee), but I also happen to find straws as a necessity for me when I am driving. Drinking without a straw, and having to put that cup close up to my face to drink while driving, can obstruct my vision and become a safety hazard. As well, I want to be able to stir my blended coffee drinks, because flavors, milk, and ice can start to separate in the cup. When a coffee business stops considering the needs of the customer, and makes a customer small and uncomfortable, it is time to move on to another coffee shop. read more
