Hands down the best coffee in the Fort Collins/Windsor area! They even give you chocolate covered coffee beans!! On the kids chocolate steamer they put a super fresh candy corn on top for Halloween! Me and my wife are not big drive through coffee people but we saw the great reviews so we thought it would be worth a shot. The service is by far the best I've ever received at a coffee shop let alone a drive through. The weather was amazing so they walk right up to your window and take your order. The barista was up-beat and super friendly and took our order by memory. I got an Americano and my wife ordered her latte with coconut and oat milk. The Americano was so so, I would say maybe a little on the mild side since I love coffee flavor. My wife said her coffee was great. The service was so good that we came back a couple days later and this time I caught the name of our barista. We ordered a variety of drinks: black coffee, cold brew, snowy latte, iced latte, regular latte and a granita frozen espresso low carb with half and half. Now I find myself wishing frozen espresso granitas could be found everywhere! If you're running low on caffeine, need your morning fix (like me!) or just looking for a pick me up this place will not disappoint. Oh how I love this coffee! The sopapilla is my favorite but I've never had a coffee that I didn't like from here. Service is always exceptional and super friendly even first thing in the am when the rest of the world is grumpy while waiting fir their coffee fix. The breakfast burritos are also very good! At the beginning of January, I visited Northern CO on a business trip and whilst there I wanted to make it a point to visit the best local spots. The Human Bean was on my list to visit as one of the coffee spots. We went through the drive-thru and checked out their vast menu. Ultimately I decided to try one of their new drinks, Tuscan Sunset. My co-worker had mentioned that they had tried it before and that it was delicious. After reading the menu I was sold. The Tuscan Sunset is not just a fancy name but also a yummy drink. It is a White Chocolate Latte with Caramel and Tiramisu flavors. You can get it iced or hot and since it's quite brisk in January I opted for the hot option. The ribbons of flavor intertwined perfectly with the espresso and the creaminess of the milk to make a perfectly flavored and balanced latte. the staff was especially friendly and the service was prompt and efficient through the drive-thru. They also give you a chocolate-covered espresso bean which I thought was a nice touch. I'm excited to visit CO again and try more menu items from the Human Bean. read more

The Human Bean is my favorite small coffee chain in NoCo. I was so excited that they finally came to Crossroads so I don't have to drive to Greeley or Ft. Collins to get my fix. They have a wide variety of both coffee and non-coffee drinks to suit everyone's tastes. I love the Kahlua Madness and Sugar Mama (both are great hot, iced, or as a granita). Kiddos enjoy the frozen hot chocolate and smoothies. Service is always amazing and these girls are constantly going above and beyond. Don't forget the chocolate covered espresso bean on top! The barista was super friendly and knew the menu well as she answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Service was pretty fast considering these drive up coffee spots can sometimes run long when you order at the same window where you pickup. But the most important part was the coffee was delicious! I got the Nutty & Nice which is a chai tea and it was hot, sweet but not too sweet, and super flavorful! They also had a good amount of food options for a drive up spot. Just Wow..... is all i have to say.. we were ordering things directly off the menu and the girl kept say "we don't carry that" then we would ask what they had, she would verbally tell us what they had, we ordered what she said they carried, LITERALLY kept coming back laughing saying they were out of it or didn't carry it, when again she had already said they carried the breakfast burrito we were asking for! Honestly, terrible service and completely unprofessional and they apparently did not have any food in stock! I NEVER write reviews but this was so bad, that i had too!!! read more
