We're new to Colorado and this is (by far) the best place we tried. The quality and portion sizes make it worth the money. We were given so much food, it barely fit in the to-go box. We ordered the chicken katsu curry, spam musubi, and sweet potato fries. The fries were perfectly crispy. The curry came with rice, steamed broccoli, and macaroni salad, which was creamy. The curry is the perfect order if you're a gym goer looking to eat more protein. I've had spam musubi at other places before but this is the only place where the musubi didn't fall apart when you picked it up. It's absolutely worth coming to a local spot over a franchise or chain restaurant. We also ordered some drinks: coconut slush and taro milk tea. Against my better judgement after walking in and seeing how dirty the kitchen and dining room was, we ordered food anyway. I ordered a curry dish and besides being cold it tasted nothing like curry and had a strange flavor like it was cooked a week ago. No veggies either in the curry, just three or four sad little broccoli florets on the side. All in all very disappointing having to pay $37 for two meals that would have been better just heating up a frozen dinner. What a great find! This tiny shop has amazing ramen bowls! I honestly thought it was just for boba and smoothies drinks, but their food it great too. Ramen bowls are huge and very flavorful. The place was pretty busy with people just coming in for boba/smoothies but there was also a lot of take out traffic. The seating was pretty limited, due to Covid restrictions and the fact the place is kinda small, but the food, service and drinks are definitely worth the trip. read more

My spouse and I got take-out from Boba Cafe over the weekend and we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long to try it. The food is high quality, the drinks are fun and we can't wait to try more of their menu. It can get a little pricey but we felt it was worth the money. I got a miso udon noodle bowl and they made it special for me without the pork pieces and put tofu in it instead (note: their broth is not vegetarian; I just have texture issues with pork). I appreciated that they package the broth and other things separately so stuff doesn't get soggy. I also got a Thai Milk Tea boba drink and I'd never had boba before but it was SO GOOD! I was afraid I wouldn't like it because I don't like tapioca pudding but it's much different than the pudding and I actually did eat (and accidentally swallow whole, oops) most of the boba pearls. My spouse got one of their fried shrimp dishes and he actually ate the spring roll and all of the veggies because the spring roll was crispy on the outside and not soggy on the inside and there were several sauces (which I didn't get pictures of) that he found fun to dip the veggies in. this place is pretty average compared to the ramen I've had. I am not from Colorado (traveling), but I wanted a ramen fix. Went here and waited about 15 minutes for our ramen. The broth was flavorful but was average, the pork was salty. The veggies complimented the ramen nicely. The only reason why I am giving this 3 stars instead of five is because it was average not super amazing but average. However I did a bunch of people come in and out that had ordered boba. 3.5 stars Everything was decent, but not outstanding. The boba tea was good, but not as good as the best boba in Ft. Collins or Denver. If I was in the area and had a craving for boba, this would hit the spot. The bobas were a little overcooked, so they were a little mushy. The Chicken Katsu entree had a lot of chicken and was very crispy. My quibbles with the dish are these: a) the chicken was bland and needed the tonkatsu sauce for flavor (luckily, the sauce was on point) and b) it came with rice, raw veggies, Ranch dressing, and an egg roll on the side (?!). Hawaiian BBQ restaurants in Hawai'i always serve a scoop of rice and a scoop of Mac Salad. Since this is supposed to be a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant, it should have rice and Macaroni Salad. Yummy!! Finally authentic Ramen in NoCo. Had the green tea mango tea with boba, egg rolls (which were more like spring rolls, which I prefer anyways) and the Miso Ramen which I asked for spicy. Boba tea was great! Downside was it didn't seem like the had any "regular" drinks/soft drinks. I don't always want to spend $4 on a drink. Egg rolls which ended up like spring rolls were great. I was expecting 1 or 2 but 6 came so that was a nice surprise! It also meant I ordered too much food. They were fresh and crispy. The sauce that came with them was a little weird, not like anything I've had before. I would prefer something more traditional. Seemed ketchup-y leaning towards sweet & spicy sauce. Ramen was great. Normally I love this place but I just went and got my usual boba drink and there are literal pieces of plastic in it. Price is in the $10-12 range which is decent and portion could be a little more but okay. The overall menu looks pretty simple in general, but pretty tasty.
