Ordering was a breeze ahead in their app (much easier than crossing the street to pull into their driveway). The staff are reliably fun and friendly. This location is super special - they have a cute cafe lounge inside! I will definitely be back to hunker down for some work/studying. I've reduced the score by one star to account for their app which lets you order "to drive up window" while they require you to actually park on the street and pick it up inside.

If I wanted something different they would have to charge me for whatever I would order. Such poor customer service. The person I spoke to could not have cared less about my experience! I have had cold brew coffee many times. I've even made cold brew. This was not good cold brew! Likely it was over-extracted/wrong grind, etc. Taste your product people and give your customers some consideration - that makes or breaks a business!!!

The second you walk in, it feels warm, cozy, and inviting. It's become my go-to spot to read, work, meet friends, or just exist with a really good London Fog. At this point, it's less of a coffee shop and more of a sanctuary. Even my service animal, Mr. Boo, gets excited when we pull up. The drinks are consistently amazing, and the staff somehow manages to make everyone feel like a regular. Now let's talk about the chocolate muffin. I'm not a muffin person. Never have been. Yet somehow this muffin has me questioning my entire identity. How do they make the top perfectly crunchy while the inside stays so fluffy? I don't know. I don't need answers. I just need another muffin. And the cinnamon rolls? They're the size of a small planet and every bit as life-changing. If loving them is wrong, I don't want to be right. You can't tell me they don't have a place to wash a few mugs! Choosing not to offer reusable mugs is costing more than just extra paper cups; it's costing loyal customers like me.
