I see Human Beans all over the place and just recently stopped in for my first experience. I ordered a hot chai and although it wasn't the best I've had, it was pretty good. The service was probably my favorite part! The girls working were the sweetest and had great attitudes. The year was 2006: I had just moved to Colorado and was introduced to The Human Bean's location in Aurora. I remember very little aside from the chocolate covered espresso bean that was placed on the lid of my drink. That location has since closed... Fast forward to last week, 2020: I was en route to my company's La Salle office and decided that I should stop in and grab a little something caffeinated and warm to start my workday. Enter: The Human Bean! Whoa! I can't say enough about how incredibly friendly my barista was. She asked if I'd been in before and I stated that I had been to another location about 10 years ago. She was almost more excited than I was about my return. I asked about two of their signature drinks and she gave me a great description. I was finally able to narrow down my taste to the Spanish Rose - white chocolate latte with Mexi mocha and raspberry. Yum! I know the combo sounds ridiculously sweet, but it honestly wasn't! It was perfectly balanced and just what I needed to bring on the workday. When she brought me my beverage she also proceeded to give me a punch card for my drink and a coupon for the next time I visit. Clearly I need to stop by more than once every decade! Haha! Visiting my family in Colorado and decided to stop here to get some coffee. The first time around we got 4 drinks 2 frappes 1 iced and 1 hot. The hot chocolate Mac breve was good. But omg the other ones were super super sweeet. Like super sweet we couldn't drink it we had to Throw it out. We decided to go back the next day to give it another try and order another chocolate Mac and a hot vanilla drink and again It was way too sweet like it was pure sugar. Will not be going back here again. I do love their coffee beans and the only reason I'm giving it one star. read more

Four baristas in there today, all of which were sweet and frantically working to get the line down. I usually stop in once or twice a month and I have never had a bad experience there. They are always extremely friendly and make the coffee perfect without fail. Again excellent customer service. read more

Got the spiced cookie chai and the peanut butter cookie. Both were very delicious and good coffee. Only complaint is that the line is very slow, we sat there for 20-30 minutes with three cars in front of us. read more

Absolutely best coffee!! Customer service is always outstanding. We have been going for 7 years and have never had any issues. When the line is long no matter if it's raining, snowing, 90MPH winds, sunshine or bitter cold the girls run out and take orders to hurry the line through. We love all the bean girls at this location but Avery, Ashley, Alexis and Myranda are our favorites. All the girls are always so nice and greet everyone with a smile. Jane and Stephanie that used to work regularly at this location were outstanding as well. My husband never knows what he wants and the girls always make him something new each time and he always loves it. Iced snowy with salted caramal is amazing and the huckleberry red bull smoothies are good too. read more

Hands down the best coffee in northern Colorado. Always served with a smile too. I only wish they had a non-drive through location.
