Not kind people. Simple as that. Drove 25 min to pick up wedding pictures to be told (not nicely) that we can't get them because they look like a photographer took them. Even though I went earlier this week to get photos and had no issue & got our engagement photos with no issue. It would be different if they were kind but they're not kind or consistent. read more

The only reason I am giving this Walgreens one star is because of the pharmacy. They are horribly unreliable and show lack of concern when they fail to communicate with their customers that either they are out of medication or they have randomly transferred their medications to other stores. I have never seen such incompetence in general processes, which is an indication of their quality of medicine handling. My advice is to go anywhere else as it will be cheaper and handled by professionals with some level of competence! The other customer service people in the store are nice and helpful. read more

The store is like any other Walgreens out there; however, the staff makes this my go-to corner store. Check out staff is always friendly and even try to crack jokes to get their customers to smile. Once, in the drive-through pharmacy, the clerk dripped my driver's license into the mechanism that extends from the building to pass items through the building's wall (like a bank teller's drawer). Instantly they had three employees on the task of digging it out. They sent another employee out to informed the backed-up pharmacy drive-through line as to what was happening and redirected them inside. They labored relentlessly for about twenty minutes before taking my phone number and promising to give me a call as soon as they recovered my license. Sure enough, as soon as I get home (a 3 min drive) my phone rings and they inform me that my license has been found. I drive right back and the presented me with a $20 gift card to apologize for inconveniencing me. They took a stressful situation and rocked it! Thanks! read more

Unfortunately I have to give this store one star due to the pharmacy. They have very little understanding and compassion towards customers. After my experience picking up a prescription today I will no longer use this store or pharmacy. I was shocked by how a pharmacy tech was abrasive, rude and unknowledgeable and further more how she so easily belittled me and refused to give me my child's life saving prescriptions. I was very disappointed that I was being treated this way but more so that the pharmacist sat and watched and did nothing when the tech was clearly in the wrong. I unfortunately had to contact my daughters Dr office to have them call over and speak to the pharmacist so I could get the prescriptions that we have been receiving for 8 years. If you are picking up monthly RXs for yourself, spouse, parent or child I highly recommend using a more understanding and compassionate pharmacy. No one should leave a pharmacy in tears and no person should be denied a life saving prescription at a pharmacy techs discretion. read more
