Then, it took them 3 months to call me back after the countless VMs I left and attempts to reach out. I am ready to request at least a partial refund so I can get what I paid for here, elsewhere. Since I clearly can't get it done here. However, it's impossible to get a call back from anyone. Ever! Nobody ever answers the phone, and nobody returns phone calls.... so I don't know if that's even going to be possible without walking in there and confronting them face to face. Which I might just have to do. This place is so unbelievably unprofessional! I'm so disappointed that I wasted SO much of my money here. Aveda salons are supposed to be high class and super professional. This one is NOT! I dont know how can they even call themselves a business while not taking care of the business side of things in an even semi decent manner. I've been totally ghosted, and for what reason?? They dont want to own up to their mistake because they got my money or what? Not a community business I want to support, and I will advise others against it as well. Seriously! Who does this to their customers? Especially if they want to keep their business!?? I own a business myself and mine would be bankrupt if I ran it even close to this way. The owner really needs to step up, read all of these terrible reviews, take them to heart by making things right, and start making some dang changes already! Or does she just not care, and therefore shouldn't own a salon in the first place?

However, trusting in and often relying upon word…read moreof mouth recommendations, I felt it more beneficial than not to tell potential new clients of my experiences with DONNA AT ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS SALON in Fort Collins, CO. She does not LISTEN to clients!!! NEGATIVE-Bad color experience with DONNA'S error. Further, and far more impressionable, was the disappointing and unprofessional manner she choose to fix HER mistake. Of point, I made clear at the appointment, my dissatisfaction and dislike of how dark my hair had turned out. After she agreed for me to come back in to the salon so she could "see what she could do," she processed my original ask and unapologetically proceeded to CHARGE ME again for HER mistake!!!!! However, this time, "just for the color." Negative - - - AGAIN!!!! This time a HAIRCUT. I really wanted to work towards establishing a permanent stylist/client relationship. That's why I scheduled another appointment with her. OMG! Donna completely botched the haircut so badly that the style I desired was now unachievable. She butchered my hair! Absolute worst haircut of my life!!!!! It will literally be YEARS before my hair grows out enough to support the style I wanted. Just after she made her first cuts, she and I both know the huge mistake she had made. She declared, "I'm an idiot!" I presented with medium length, non-layered, healthy hair. My request, pictures in hand, was a MID LENGTH ANGLED BOB!!!! Initially very achievable! That idea is now years.....away..... Very nice person! BUT...Caution, caution, caution if your appearance, especially your hair, is of any importance to you, Donna is NOT your stylist. I'm now spending a fortune on hair growth supplements, shampoos, conditioners, and doctors to expedite growth. BEWARE

I was not ready to relive the emotions again. How dare you ! I was going to keep other details out , but why don't I share them. The day of my wedding which was that weekend , I was getting bombarded with phone calls because apparently they lost my credit card information . They were desperate to get a payment. Payment I couldn't make the day this all happened because the power went out. My husband had to take the calls and explain to you we were on a plane trying to get to our wedding destination. Hours from getting married, all you could do is call non stop to collect a payment. It's not my fault everything was handled so poorly on your end. I was nothing but nice and kind to everyone at the salon. Money was never the issue. It's clear to me now you portray to be a high end salon when in reality your actions show that you have no clue how to treat your customers nor are trained to handle this kind of situation. I feel for your employees. Why don't you invest in a course for your management/ owner . You truly need it. I'm done with your nonsense and not taking responsibility for all your mistakes . Hope you follow my advice.
