they make you wait over 10 minutes for an americano when you walk into the store so they can clear the line of cars that keep driving in before they start your order. it's incredibly loud & the employees just tell you they're busy. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

I had such a pleasant encounter Tuesday morning at this location. I wasn't able to make my usual coffee at home because I was running a little late so I stopped by. This happened to be the closest coffee drive thru to me. At the drive thru, a handsome young man who took my order (in person) told me he hoped the rest of my day was great! When I got to the window, the barista asked me if I had this order before and encouraged me to try the concoction before I left, in case I didn't like it she could make me a different drink. I really appreciated the friendliness and hospitality I received from these two! I got a small pumpkin caramel cold brew for $5. And some tip. I think this price is really steep. But eh! The service was great. read more

Being that it was our first time at Dutch Bros we really appreciated the staff member that took our order. He was very patience and told us about Dutch bros as well as customized our order to our liking. Then when we got to the video to pay, the staff member there was very pleasant and even gave us some words of encouragement. Upon drinking our custom frappe, we were blown away by the flavors of the coffee and chocolate/vanilla mixture. I finished half of mine before I left the parking lot. Lol Just an overall pleasant experience and would definitely go again! Wish they had one in L.A.! read more

I go to Dutch Bros just about everyday! Today I had a hard start to my morning but of course the crew at Dutch Bros are always so energetic and nice. The staff here are all the best!! 5 stars every time I go there. read more

It's OK for being in a rush and not having a closer choice, but not fond of their coffee or their drive-through service.

Wow! This place is super fun! My son and I walked up (we were lame and didn't realize it is drive thru only - totally our bad). But it was so nice to walk up. There is an outdoor counter and seating and it was a gorgeous morning. The counter service was amazing. She was super helpful and took the time to give us suggestions and show us the many different flavors. She even confirmed my crazy drink order had a name! "Flying Eagle" is a mix of vanilla and caramel syrups. Only complaints about this place were: the music (way too loud and crazy for an early Saturday morning) and the temperature of my coffee (I asked for extra hot and it was like warm). The sweet server gave us extra stamps so we will surely be back soon!!! Thanks for a great experience!! read more

I usually have a really good experience at this location. But this morning the coffee they gave me the cup was covered in expresso. Then on top of that I went to drink it and realized that the pumpkin flavoring I asked for was missing. Only to lift up the double cup and find it in there. Definitely disappointing they would think it is okay to serve this.... read more

Dutch Bros is amazing for so many reasons. 1. Their coffee is fantastic! So many tasty drinks and they will basically make you anything. My husband always asks them to make him a surprise and they always crush it. 2. Every time we are there, they recognize us and our pup! They always ask about him and take care of us ALL of us. 3. They are energetic and fun, no matter the time of day. 5 am, 8 pm, they are always rocking! read more

This is our go to place when we leave Colorado on our way back home. Service is exceptional, every employee I've come across in every Dutch Bros we've gone to are very nice, and very enthusiastic. Drinks are yummy! I recently discovered the sweater weather Chai (hot) drink, and I loved it. It's my favorite as far as a hot drink! read more

Very efficient, great customer service. Everyone here is so friendly. We don't have a Dutch Bros in my hometown so I try to get it whenever one is near. Workers have great recommendations on drinks and they are all delicious read more

I've never had Dutch Bros before and we were on our way home to Cheyenne from Aurora and we had to get it! A very friendly employee helped recommend some drinks to us and we surprisingly really liked it. I normally don't get white chocolate in anything and he suggested the Dream Weaver (white chocolate, hazelnut) for me. We don't remember what my husband got but it was like a hot chocolate milk drink (possibly the Cookie?). Amazing service and it wasn't too busy around 8pm. read more

First time to Dutch Bros and the service was incredible! I ordered two drinks and the first was free because it was my first order. The whole staff was excited for me to try their drinks. Even offered to remake it if I did not like the end result. Moved through a busy drive through in less than 10 minutes. Got a lavender and vanilla green tea. Very delicious. Can't wait to try more. read more

Service wasn't the issue but I don't get sone of their flavors... why have a bunch of different flavors if youre just going to add coffee to it.... I get its a coffee place but what if I dont want coffee added to something thats supposed to taste like a fucking cookie? .... I give up on this place, this location AND Greeley's location both add coffee whether they ask or not. Waste of 9 fucking dollars that I'm never getting back! read more

I don't see an option for the Windsor location, but I've got to brag on those guys for a moment. I know the location there in Windsor has recently opened, but let me tell you, no matter how busy, those folks there are the kindest and most patient around! Not sure what to get? They'll happily make suggestions or craft you up something delicious! Have a dog? Try the puppaccino - your four legged pal will be begging for more! Have a picky kiddo? They know just the right treat for tiny taste buds! And hands down, they are the nicest folks around! Keep up the good work Dutch Bros staff, you all are awesome! read more

I have a mixed opinion on this establishment. My best friend gets scheduled to work 70 hours a week and I never get to cuddle with him anymore. He's being taking advantage of and it hurts to see. Dutch Bros is very close to the main office for where I work and I occasionally drop over for a drink. I have mixed feelings on their coffee options, but the service at this location is outstanding!! I am a black coffee kind of guy on the vast majority of days. At Dutch Bros you don't have that as an option and that makes me sad. You can get an Americano, but let's be honest...that's not the same as a fresh brewed cup of coffee. I am confused by a "coffee" shop that doesn't have black coffee as an option, but maybe that's an old fashioned idea?? This is the ONLY reason I don't feel right about giving a 5 star review. In any case, they have some great options for those who like a little coffee flavor in their sugar drink and there are certainly times when I am in the mood for that. When I am, I am very happy with a drink from Dutch Bros. Their blended frozen drinks are terrific! They are creamy, flavorful, and consistent. The young people who work inside this little drive-thru shop are so great at customer service. I have walked up for a drink and I have used the drive-thru on several occasions. I have never come for a visit when I wasn't greeted with a smile and they always engage in conversation as well. I end up joking and chatting with the person at the window every time and I leave feeling good about my visit. Final note: this is not the place to go for working or meeting up with someone. This is a drive up or walk up type of coffee place and they do that well. read more

My fiancé and I just moved here from Virginia. We are definitely not coffee snobs, but enjoy a cup from time to time. We were usually Dunkin fans, but saw this place always crowded with cars when we drove past. So we decided to try it out and it's awesome! Not only do they have a great selection of coffees and drinks, but the customer service is second to none. It's the Chic-Fil-A of coffee!! Everyone that works there is super friendly and cheerful. This is our new go to for coffee. You should definitely check them out if you haven't already! read more

Their coffee is delicious but the service is SO slow that it just ruined it. Over 45 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line for a coffee and you can't leave the line even if you want to. Absolutely ridiculous. I can get quicker and better service at a number of other coffee shops. read more

Down goes another business to the conformity of corporate America which I along with many others was hoping would not happen. The people of northern Colorado have seen a lot of new dutch bros stands pop up very quickly and now the customers are suffering because of this. Since I first started hearing about dutch bros 8 years ago you did not often hear about how great their drinks were but instead how great of an experience they had. With this rapid growth not only is the quality of product going down a little bit but the experience has gone down a lot! The "Broistas" are losing the culture very quickly which is sad. Another disappointing thing is the roll out of the app which is going to quickly lessen the human interaction and takes away the small business feel that things like the stamp card provided along with the ability for a "brosita" to take of a customer like they were once capable of. read more

This place couldn't have more friendly people. I love their coffee and teas and if you go and have no idea what you want they will always suggest you one. I loved Dutch Bro's. I may have had an addiction. I was a very loyal customer. key word: WAS. tonight i had the worst customer service experience of my life and it damaged me forever. connor was helping us and he was the rudest i've ever heard another human being speak. i don't even have words. after verbally attacking me for a request i made, my friend began to cry because of how uncomfortable the situation was. after all this, he continued to condescendingly call us "love". this only exacerbated our frustration and irritation. i won't be returning to this location, which is unfortunate because it is the closest one to my house. but i will not give any money directly toward connor's paycheck. thank you. read more
