They had amazing pastries that were fresh and delicious! Coffee was good and had yummy seasonal flavors. They also had a seasonal blackberry matcha that was good but I prefer matcha a little stronger as this just tasted more like blackberry milk. But still a yummy treat! Love the area in Jessup to walk around and lots of shaded seating. Definitely will be coming back!

Gingerbread power cookie. SO good! GF & DF

I love Bindle. It's one of the best coffee shops in town. The atmosphere at the Jessup Farm location is so cute and cozy. The empanadas and burritos are so good, but even the baked goods are delicious. Bindles coffee is really good quality. They are known for their matcha! The staff is kind and great at making coffee.

love love love Bindle! Their pastries are so good! Reminds me of British bakeries. Great Coffee! Overall solid customer service! Space is small but the vibes are great! Def one of my top 10 coffee shops in the States!

The inside.

I loved the location and barn-like feel of this coffee shop. It also smelled amazing as you enter. The servers were nice and accommodating. We had an Americano, latte, chocolate chunk cookie, and a chicken sausage burrito and it all was very tasty.

Now when I walked in , the atmosphere just hit the service by Ian was impeccable, food and drinks were delicious, and the design of the coffee was just exquisite the cherry on top

Chorizo Breakfast Burrito

Stopped by here on a whim after searching Yelp for the highest rated coffee shops in Fort Collins and realizing this one was right down the street from a couple plant nurseries we were in town to visit. The line was out the door pretty early on a Saturday morning but the wait was worth it. I purchased some beans and asked for them to be ground and was offered a free small drip coffee with my purchase of the beans/grounds. They added a splash of oat milk and a drizzle of honey for no additional charge and it was hands down the best drip coffee I've had in a while. The maple knot was amazing. Buttery chewy perfection with delicious sweet maple glaze. And they had hands down the best chorizo breakfast burrito I've had from a coffee shop. I will absolutely be back to try some more pastries and coffee options the next time I'm up this way.

Bacon egg and cheese on a delicious English muffin that tastes homemade
Leanna K.

Great coffee and absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich! I got the bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. It was 10/10! The muffin was so soft and moist and the cheesy was perfectly melted and gooey, bacon was thick and they have cholula packets too! Only con is I wish there was more inside seating or at least please get some more umbrellas for the outside seating as there's only 2 and they're always taken and it's hard to sit outside an rad or get any work done with the sun beating down. Add that and it will be perfect! Will absolutely be back!

7. Iced vanilla latte - was so good!! Def recommend Cortado - tweaked super strong but nice

Parking for Jessup Farm

This is Bindle Jessup Farm coffee shop. There is also restaurant around the corner. What I like about this one is "a high caffeine content " & the scenery outside seating. There is a fire pit that it seems to be used in the winter. Biking, Running trials are closed by. This is very local spot that if you don't feel welcoming, it's not on you. People ain't come up and start talking in Colorado, this is not New York or Los Angeles. I love Colorado because you can bring your dog to coffee bar or restaurant, no one complained! Dogs friendly, kids friendly and don't forget to check out the chickens / coop at the Jessup restaurant around the corner. The sunrise in Colorado & sip the coffee at Bindle, this is so hype. I know We need that interconnectedness to move forward in a new way of post-pandemic. Off Internet, go the nature and smile at the strangers. Every good deed is a charity, even smiling !

Hot cocoa, decaf bourbon caramel espresso, apple pie croissant pastry.

I found this cute little coffee shop with all organic and natural ingredients. The pastries all looked divine and they actually had decaf espresso. The breakfast burritos were so tasty! I do wish they offered a vegan option, but my daughter loved the vegetarian choice. The barista was nice and helpful. My one wish is that they offered some type of fruity herbal tea. Overall, I can't wait to go back.

This place is dope. Service is impeccable. I'll take a place like this over Starbucks ANYtime....

Vanilla latte, pastry, and cinnamon roll

I came here a couple days in a row it was so good! The outdoor seating near the landscaping makes such a peaceful vibe. Indoors has a very cozy vibe. The vanilla latte, cinnamon roll, and scone are delicious.

Givin' em' a try.

They open a little late for it to be a regular place for me (8am). There is a small parking lot out front and the shop is open and spacious. The music was playing softly and the atmosphere was pleasant. If I was there to work, it would be a great place for it. We both ordered a cup of black coffee, which was amazing! It was a Guatemala blend, and they rotate different types often. The coffee wasn't cheap ($3 for 12oz black coffee), but it was well worth it! They have an option for pour over coffees if that's your thing. They recently started serving breakfast burritos from Consuelos, and we both got one of those as well. They were served on a plate with silverware and a napkin. I watched the barista make drinks for some of the other customers and she made each one with great care. The service was great and I don't have anything but great things to say about this coffee spot. I would definitely come back again!

The bar almost resembles something you might find in a small European hotel, which may suggest they are aiming for a slightly upscale tone, though it never feels pretentious. The seating is varied, with small tables and retro chairs that seem intentionally chosen rather than bought in bulk. The spacing is better than most coffee shops, which makes it easy to settle in without feeling crowded. The back area opens up even more, and the soft drapery adds a touch of personality that appears to hint at events or just a bit of flair. The staff continues to be the standout for me. Everyone I spoke with was kind in a way that felt natural, and they knew the menu well enough to help me navigate dairy free options. I usually order the avocado toast on focaccia because it is consistently fresh. The bread looks oversized at first but is airy and soft, and the avocado and radish topping feels simple in the best way. The matcha made with water has also become a go to since it tastes smooth and well-bodied without that chalky, thin finish some places have. My partner and I visited during their Dia de Los Muertos weekend and tried a few themed items. Everything was good, and they were quick to suggest dairy free choices. Prices seem fair, even with the general bump everywhere lately. The only thing I wish they had more of is outlets. It is still a nice place to work for a couple of hours, but coming with a charged laptop helps. The overall vibe is calm with just enough energy to keep the space from feeling sleepy. It works well for coffee dates, casual catch ups, or solo work, especially for anyone who prefers a relaxed atmosphere without too much chaos.

I ordered a hot tea blend and it was yummy and just the right temperature on a cold day. I appreciate when baristas offer a "for here" mug right away rather than the disposable variety. We sat around the corner, just behind the baristas' work area. They have a small display of items to purchase from local artisans and such, which added charm and a cozy feel to the space. Our table doubled as a chess, backgammon, and checkers board and set and there were other board games stored, I imagine, for customers to use. Bike-in on the adjacent bike trails and get a bit of a discount on your purchase and reduce extra time spent on parking your car. They have four parking spots just behind the building. Hot tip: bundle up for a stroll during the winter months and grab free parking on Remington.
