Super cute spot with great coffee. This place was so busy & understandably so. Lots of single tables and chairs and a great place to get some work done. Tried a 1/2 sweet PSL which was delicious. They have really cute branding which i'm a sucker for.

Really good vibes, the baristas were super friendly. I loved my matcha latte. A great place for a meeting or catch up with friends.

Gorgeous day in Fort Collins. Decided a little caffeine would be good. We thought Lima Roasters looked interesting. The interior is clean and has a bright but quiet vibe. Many appeared to be studying. Cute display of their coffee beans. Menu wasn't vast but it had the key items- coffee drinks. If you're looking for some concoction with a splash of coffee this isn't the place for ya. LOL We enjoyed our drinks. I tried a seasonal one, the shaken brown sugar cold brew. Nice balance and smooth. The lattes looked pretty and my companions said they wete pretty good Worth trying-

Taste is subjective, so it's hard to pin down exactly what makes Lima stand out as one of my favorite coffee shops in town, but I'll give it a try. Maybe it's the fact that they're a local roaster, and their coffee beans are always fresh, ground, and brewed to perfection at the peak of their flavor. Every cup feels like it's made with a real love for the craft, and I can taste the difference every time. The staff and baristas at Lima are another big reason I keep coming back. They're always warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. Whether I'm in the mood to stick to my usual or try something new, they're always ready with a thoughtful suggestion or recommendation. It's that personalized touch that sets Lima apart from the larger, more impersonal national coffee chains. And while the location on College Ave. can sometimes get a bit crowded with students from CSU, it's only a testament to just how good the coffee is. It's a place where the buzz of conversation and the clink of cups only add to the energy--making it an ideal spot to study, meet up with friends, or just enjoy a quiet moment with a perfectly brewed cup. Lima isn't just another coffee shop; it's a place where you can truly savor the experience of great coffee, from the beans to the people who serve it.

Thoroughly enjoyed Lima Coffee Roasters as an afternoon caffeine stop. The staff were so nice and recommended I try a seasonal drink (which I loved). Just felt like a high-class coffee shop. Maybe not the warmest and homiest feeling with many seats taken by working professionals in headphones, but they make some damn good espresso, so def check 'em out!

I believe that this coffee shop truly tries to make the best coffee & matcha drinks it knows how to.... However ...,they have a long way to go when it comes to Matcha drinks. Matcha lattes should not be light in color or all milk. They use a powder could be tweaked to be brighter green in color or even darker. I would reexamine the matcha powder source they are using and maybe go with another company.

Stopped here on my way to work and was not disappointed! This place has a great selection of cozy seating and their coffee tastes great too! Will be stopping back!

Ordered two matchas--one with lavender and the other with blueberry--plus an ube latte. All three were excellent, and I'd highly recommend them. The downtown FoCo location has a super chill vibe--perfect for relaxing, playing some Scrabble, diving into a book, or catching up with friends. Honestly, even the skunk we spotted outside seemed like he was just there to vibe.

Came here while visiting Fort Collins during the holidays. When you walk in it's super cozy-- right side has lots of seating and the left side has coffee tchotchkes & knickknacks + the ordering counter. I was kindly greeted by a gal at the counter who took my coffee order and was also the barista. They did have some special holiday drinks which all looked tasty but, I went with my traditional order of an oat milk latte. It was super tasty and truly loved the flavor of the beans. Very welcoming experience & great coffee, highly recommend!

So good! We visited Lima Coffee Roasters on a Sunday morning and found it pretty busy. The interior was sunny with colorful, modern decor - fun wallpaper, neon signage, plants, etc. My sister and I both ordered off the seasonal menu. I got the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and she chose the Iced Horchata Latte. Both drinks were fantastic, and I loved that the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew wasn't too sweet. We also got a bunch of bakery items - the Apricot Almond Croissant, Chicken Empanada, and Brazilian Cheese Bread. The Chicken Empanada was my favorite of the three - so flavorful, I definitely could've eaten more than one. The Apricot Almond Croissant was delicious, and Brazilian Cheese Bread was also good, although the least memorable of the bunch. Overall, great for coffee and a light breakfast!

Great service. Good burritos. A bustling establishment on graduation weekend but the staff worked tirelessly to get drinks and food out.

The bar almost resembles something you might find in a small European hotel, which may suggest they are aiming for a slightly upscale tone, though it never feels pretentious. The seating is varied, with small tables and retro chairs that seem intentionally chosen rather than bought in bulk. The spacing is better than most coffee shops, which makes it easy to settle in without feeling crowded. The back area opens up even more, and the soft drapery adds a touch of personality that appears to hint at events or just a bit of flair. The staff continues to be the standout for me. Everyone I spoke with was kind in a way that felt natural, and they knew the menu well enough to help me navigate dairy free options. I usually order the avocado toast on focaccia because it is consistently fresh. The bread looks oversized at first but is airy and soft, and the avocado and radish topping feels simple in the best way. The matcha made with water has also become a go to since it tastes smooth and well-bodied without that chalky, thin finish some places have. My partner and I visited during their Dia de Los Muertos weekend and tried a few themed items. Everything was good, and they were quick to suggest dairy free choices. Prices seem fair, even with the general bump everywhere lately. The only thing I wish they had more of is outlets. It is still a nice place to work for a couple of hours, but coming with a charged laptop helps. The overall vibe is calm with just enough energy to keep the space from feeling sleepy. It works well for coffee dates, casual catch ups, or solo work, especially for anyone who prefers a relaxed atmosphere without too much chaos.

Very cool artsy psychedelic vibe, with lots of comfortable seating in a few different rooms. The barista who took my order seemed friendly, and they called my name loudly enough when my drink was ready that I could hear it from the next room. I had a piece of strawberry bread and an iced spiced chai, both really good! The strawberry bread had this fresh, rustic homemade taste to it that I loved, and it was a huge slice. The chai was appropriately strong - the spicy chai is made with soy milk, but the tea was rich enough that I didn't really pick up on the soy flavour. I could tell it was proper chai and not something made from a packaged concentrate. I wish I lived in Fort Collins so I could come here all the time!
