Best donuts in Loveland. Maybe the best donuts for a good while. Raspberry twist, chocolate turtle, and chocolate frosted are our favorites but you really can't go wrong. Even their more experimental donuts pay off most of the time. We love Donut Haus! read more

Donuts - yay, they're classic and fresh. i got a different donut from my usual chocolate round, blueberry cake- maple bar- and was underwhelmed. Pig in a blanket - not consistently available and that's sad. Even if you're THE early bird, if they didn't make any that morning, they aren't going to have it that day. Customer service - still friendly, not always personable, which i can understand cause they're busy as heck Ambiance - tidy read more

Years ago Donut Haus used to be our family's special occasion treat and we looked forward to that as much as the special occassion itself. However the last 2 times we got donuts and rolls they were almost inedible. Tried one more time today and it was even worse. Tough dough, heavy donuts, greasy and stale. I've gotten better donuts off day old grocery store shelves. And the prices have increased almost double. We will never go back again. Sad that the new owners are not the masters at donuts and pastries that the old ones were. Now it's just a mediocre coffee shop with donuts that are dry, greasy, and taste like you got them at a cheap gas station. Guess its time to get out my German grandmothers recipes as she knew how to make a light, airy, donut fried in the perfect temp grease to brown it but not soak it in oils and taught me well. I stopped doing the work myself when donut Haus was like having Gram's best without the work, but again, after 3 very disappointing tries, we know Donut Haus original quality is no longer there. Sad end of a former great place. read more

You might wait in line but the family service is nice. Donuts are expensive no matter where you go, so the $3/per shouldn't shock you. They have a nice mix of big donuts unlike the chains. Wish they did a bakers dozen. And wish they put bacon on the maple donuts. I've suggested it several times. read more

My husband's apple fritter was great but my cake donut with chocolate frosting and nuts wasn't. On first inspection, it seemed smaller, felt and tasted old, and once bitten into, didn't appear to be done. It had areas where there were holes and undone clumps. Not happy with new owner's recipe for it! Hopefully the baker was just having a bad day. read more

If you're in Loveland this is your donut stop. Excellent donuts that are fresh, fresh, fresh that melt in your mouth. Super yummy! This is the only place I go and everyone that has tried them raves about them! read more

Today my old fashion donuts and long John's tasted several days old! The chocolate icing was so sparse it was like someone said "oh no we forgot to order chocolate icing" oh well just stretch what we have! Chincey for a small $2 donut!!! Should have gone next door to King Soopers! read more

My son took me here last week and I've been in the area for 3 years and never knew it was here. So for me it's a little hidden gem The donuts were absolutely off the chart in assortment and flavor. And truly good coffee ( I needed to ask what kind it was). The lady behind the counter made us feel so welcome and was so patient and kind as there was so much to choose from. So fresh, so tasty and such a welcoming atmosphere. Good thing it's not right around the corner from where I live However I will make it a point that when I'm in the area to stop in and indulge. I highly recommend it for a morning pick me up! read more

The donuts and pastries are excellent! I can't go there very often because they are quite pricey. They bake everything fresh and you can see the process from the cashier's area... read more

Yummy as always.......... Definitely doesn't help with my weight watching. Everything in there is tasty read more

If you are going to treat yourself to a cheat meal and give in to a donut craving, this is the place to go! The donuts here are unique, fresh and absolutely delicious! Service is always welcoming and friendly. It's a small, busy shop. Definitely better than Dunkin's or any crappy franchise place like that. Check out their menu board, when you first walk in because they usually have excellent seasonal flavor recommendations. read more

Two years ago for my birthday a boyfriend of mine surprised me with a donut cake from here. It was the cutest and best donut I've ever had. Ever since then all I do for any celebration is one of their donut cakes! Just make sure you give them a 24 hour notice but they can whip this little delicious beauty up in no time! Is fluffy, airy, you can do cherry flavored pink frosting or just pink colored vanilla frosting (if you like the classic look like I do). read more

Mary Ann is the absolute sweetest and we can't wait to try everything in the case. My boyfriend and I have been on the lookout for a good donut shop, which we thought could be this one. When we got our box, we ate just about all of them...until I realized there was a centipede on top of my donut (that was disguised as a sprinkle), ew!! I just wanted to let everyone know, because I would want to know before choosing this place to get a donut! :( read more

We wanted donuts and walked into duck donuts and walked out. Found Donut Haus Bakery and tried real traditional donuts and then found that they had a fritter with maple and thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Wow!!! It was amazing!!! We will be back to get that again!!! read more

Surprise! It's a really big, really good donut place! The donut was super fresh and delicious. The coffee wasn't too weak. I am delighted to have found this place in our new hood. Quick friendly service, clean and enough room for 50 of your neighbors. I am officially a fan. read more

Came into this shop at 8:30 in the morning asking for a breakfast burrito, they said they no longer have some but the shop close till 2 pm. What kind of shop is this, do they only make enough for 3 hours that the shop is open??? This has happened to me twice already, will not be going back. read more

Overpriced. Rude workers. No gloves when handling donuts, just a piece of parchment paper.

Love that these are homemade! Not every donut looks the same but they all taste delicious. Complaints about them not having donuts...they're so good sometimes they sell out. read more

I like donuts. I'm not a huge fan but when you find the right donut shop you become a bigger fan. This place is the bomb. By far the best cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting I've ever had... The cake donuts are moist...not dry and actually taste really fresh as well. The raised donuts are excellent. We will definitely come here for donuts from now on even though this is 40 min from where I live. Worth it. read more

Old school, small town, straight up goodness! This spot has all the classic donuts made fresh and with classic prices that can't be beat. Not being a huge donut fan, this place totally nails what a donut should be and makes me crave a donut! We walked in today and it was a full house. The line moves quick though so it doesn't take long before you are sinking your teeth into a sugary gem. We got the assorted mix - two dozen - for the MS walk. Before we even got out of the parking lot, I'd eaten the cinnamon cake donut and the hubs snagged two chocolate yeast donuts. Delicious. read more

It was my first time here. The counter lady was super nice and helpful with my selection since I wasn't sure what to get. She even gave me a free coffee. The donuts were delicious and all homemade! Great selection of sweets. So glad I stopped and took a chance. Coffee was a mild- medium blend but they have bottomless coffee. Wow! read more

Love this place. Best donut's I've had in a long time

Kind of expensive but good. Not currently a full service bakery (their baker left and they haven't been able to find a replacement yet).

Wow. Best donuts I've had in a long time. The staff are friendly and donut selection is excellent. Every time I've been there (twice) the place is super clean and workers seem happy. read more

Great bakery. Old fashion bakery. Needs to improve their Apple Fritter though! It didn't have enough apples or cinnamon in it. The rest of their donuts were good. They need to make the Long Johns with the Maple Glaze frosting with the nutty crumb topping and the maple cream filling. read more

Good, high quality donuts. Safe practices :) Love supporting local business. Especially those with great products.

Great donut selection and friendly staff. The kids love their sprinkle donuts and the donut holes are legit. Hubs loves the cram filled one.

So my wife and I won a FREE SPONTANEOUS WEDDING in September. We had $10k to spend, but it was parted out to select vendors. Donut Haus was chosen for the cake (turns out a few other places had turned down the offer because it was needed within 10 days...Donut Haus didnt care). My wife made me deal with the cake. Our original wedding plan was to do a Rock and Roll themed weding at a concert venue...but the venue was chosen (the beautiful Budweiser Biergarten in Fort Collins).... however, we wanted to incorporate our theme as much as possible. I walked into the Donut Haus on an obviously BUSY day and talked to the manager while she made cupcakes. I told her I wanted it to have a rock theme... she asked if we wanted to include some of our ink..I loved my wife's new "trash polka" (google it) tattoo and so we went with that. It came out amazing. Not your typical wedding cake..but we arent the typical couple. And it tasted amazing (the few bites we had a chance to eat). Our topper however got ruined by the heat that day. The wife was bummed cuz she really wanted to do the one year anniversaary thing. A couple days after the wedding I received an email from the Donut Haus saying that they knew we wouldnt see the invoice/receipt, so they wanted to let us know that we get a FREE small round cake for our 1 year anniversary...tragedy averted. My son and I also sampled a donut when we went in to talk to the lady about the cake... delicious! All in all I have zero negatives about this place...they took on a rushed job that other bakeries wouldn't touch, and gave our cake the US feel...as well as made it delicious! TY Donut Haus!! read more

We had a coupon that said buy 3 get 3 free. I called in my order for eight donuts and told the person on the phone that I had a coupon. She said okay and that I would pay for five donuts. My husband went to pick up our order and they would not honor the coupon because a donut "has a hole in the middle". No where on the coupon did it state it had to have "a hole in the middle". They have lost a long time customer. We went to the original Donut Haus is Estes Park before moving to Loveland. When we started going to the Loveland store, the people were great and so were the donuts. No longer. We can get better quality donuts at King Soopers for way cheaper. My family actually knows Dieter, the original owner, and he would be extremely disappointed with the quality of the donuts and the customer service. It is unfortunate that both service and quality had deteriorated. read more
