I did not visit in person so I can't give any review of service or ambiance, but I can say that I am not normally a big donut person but that DEFINITELY changes when it's a Mr. Yo's donut. Their glazed old fashioned donut was addictive! Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds and it tastes like it's fresh out of the oven. And I was so pleased to find that the microwave trick had my donuts tasting fresh and delicious even up to 3 days after I got them! Totally worth it! read more

Service great friendly and taste superb filled donuts holes are a must first time trying hooked good thing i don't live closer but a treat for sure!! read more

Arrived at 8am to only 2 selection of donuts and 3 workers sitting down on their phones.. You are open until 12 but only do one batch of donuts? Why stay open until then if you just sit around for hours? Not rewarding a lazy buisness read more

The donuts themselves were decent, but definitely not worth the high prices. What really killed the experience was the customer service -- the staff came off as rude and uninterested, which made the visit uncomfortable. For the cost, I expected a friendlier atmosphere and better value. Probably won't be back. read more

We ordered on two different Saturdays at about 7am. We asked for a dozen of whatever they chose for us. The selection they put in the box was varied and looked great. The first time, the donuts tasted like day old. They were either dry on the inside or crunchy on the outside. We thought we'd give it another try and brought some to a sporting event to share with others. A few people mentioned that the donuts seemed old, when we told them we got them that morning and where they came from, two people said they use to go there but stopped after the quality had gone down. It's great to support local, but a dozen donuts is close to $30.00 and the quality doesn't seem worth that. read more

I got donuts here for the first time this morning, and it'll be my f-ing last. First of all, a half a dozen of pretty basic donuts was $14. Wild. While I was in there, I watched the assumed manager/owner RIP a mother a new one when one of her kids touched one of the donuts on a pastry rack. I have a few things to say about this. One: the rack of donuts was behind a counter but not really, and not behind any sort of partition/gate to stop anyone from touching the donuts. It wasn't the kid's fault. Two: she told the mother to get out after her kid did this, and the mom was clearly embarrassed. Three: she told the mom that she had to throw away the WHOLE TRAY because "health inspectors are very strict with the rules" (which is a boldfaced lie. I asked my boyfriend who is a USDA food inspector and he said that isn't protocol). Four: the mom was VERY embarrassed and offered to buy the whole tray because it was a big f-ing deal to the manager. And the manager LET HER. What the actual hell. I feel SO BAD for this mom, these kids, and the employees that all work for this woman. I am actually upset I didn't say anything, but just so shocked I witnessed this. These donuts better be the best donuts I've ever had in my life. read more

Bought Bavarian donuts look at the pictures below. You can see where they kind of poke the hole. They may have put like a dimes worth of Bavarian cream in. It's not worth the cost. Got ripped off. read more

I arrived around 6am, not a very friendly or helpful woman, Short, wearing glasses, said good morning and that was about the extent of the niceties. As I was looking at the donuts deciding what I wanted after I told her I'd do a half dozen I could tell I was being rushed to make a decision, even though I was the only customer there. That lady you could tell doesn't like her job. I will not return ever. As $14 for half a dozen of donuts is too much, especially when the staff isn't friendly. Not worth it. Go to kings or Safeway save money and get what you pay for. read more

I have to say: if this is your suburban donut shop of choice, you are in great shape. NYC donut connoisseurs or Chicago old fashioned stalwarts will raise their nose at this place, but it's a solid donut with good prices and great donut shop hours (5 AM? That's the spirit). The staff was very friendly during my single visit last week and they have a drive-through. It's not winning a James Beard award, but for a local donut shop, this is great stuff and the locals should be thankful because I've been to a ton of shops that make a worse, more expensive, less interesting donut for sure! read more

Very good donuts and kolaches, (which they name something else.) a little pricy for donuts, but they are really good!

Great donuts! Like the drive through option. Go early. Once they are out, they are out! read more

Most amazing donuts! The croissant donut is the best ever! Get here early, they sell out. They are that good! read more

Glad their business seems to have recovered, post-Covid, but their donuts continue to be just "okay." Got there bright and early Saturday morning and the selection was extensive. At that point I was the only customer. The VERY young girls behind the counter, though nice, didn't seem to know what they were doing and fumbled and bumbled their way through the transaction. As I left a line had formed. I got in the car with my dozen donuts only to realize I had only ten donuts -- not twelve! WHAT?! I went back in and said to Junior Miss at the register: "Count them!" She was properly embarrassed (but no actual apology) and told me to pick two more. I did. I also advised those in line to "beware." Yes, it's hard to find workers . . . but Mr. Yo: please train the people you hire! read more

Best donuts in Colorado. Hands down! The croissant donut and donut holes with Bavarian cream are my FAVE. Definitely recommend getting there early since these donuts are high in demand, there's usually a line already right when they open. Pro Tip: If you're worried they ran out or their closed, call in advance and ask! They won't be able to hold any orders to prevent credit card fraud but they'll let you know how busy it is / how much they have left :) read more

They have the best apple fritters around and the donuts are all amazing. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone's donut fix read more

Donuts- stall and overpriced. Fresh is the farthest adjective to describe the donuts. You're better off going to the gas station and getting the small chocolate or powder donuts. Extremely disappointing. read more

Best donuts in a 100 miles radius. Unbelievable, better than Krispy Kreme, glazed donuts. The cinnamon twist is fantastic. The drive thru is quick and painless. Coffee is robust. My only regret is I couldn't eat a 5th donut! read more

If half a star is what I could give, that's what you'd see. Oh my goodness. Tried to purchase donuts through drive thru and could not locate my debit card, you know it's happened to you before...could not find my card so told the sweet young red head I'd come through main entrance to pay with Apple Pay. She was very patient and polite. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted with hostility at its finest followed by aggressive, loud, and hasty customer service From the not so sweet older, gray, and grumpy woman! My god Retire! Oh and you charged me 29 dollars on a 15 dollar order. Expect a transaction dispute. Not sure what her problem was- maybe the tone in my skin was too melanin for her to deal with at 1030 on a Sunday morning- whatever the reason- I suggest you avoid the place as to avoid her read more

Cheap, friendly staff, delicious donuts. Exactly what a donut place should be! They do sell out quickly, so make sure to go early!

Deep fried croissants- get there early! They are awesome! Everything though is fresh and outstanding

Second time there, they have limited supply. 1st visit they visited they had limited supply but not what we wanted. 2nd visit they had no donuts, won't be coming back a 3rd time. Not the best donut for the ridiculous shortage, want fresh made to order donuts go to Loveland to "Peace Love and Little Donuts" . Peace Love and Little Donuts is about 15 minutes from Mr. YO'S but they have custom donuts, cheaper, made fresh to order, excellent customer service and don't run out of donuts. read more

I have been an avid Mr. Yo's Donut visitor. The service has always been lovely, quick and all of the workers were friendly. However, Emersen the long blonde hair girl recently left for college and since then the service has gone down immensely. She was my favorite worker and always made my day whenever I saw her. Give her a raise if she comes back from college read more

Best donuts ever. Get the cronut or the long Johns. They fill them to order. Always fresh.

It's very sad how the quality of these donuts has really gone down hill. They used to be soft inside and crispy on the outside. The last 2 times I've been here they have been dried out and stale. read more

Amazing donuts. Family friendly. Highly recommended. Make sure you get there early as they sell out fast.

We were in town visiting friends and tried this place on Easter Sunday. The donuts were great! So many choices and flavors! If you are in Windsor you have to try this place! read more

The donuts may be good but the service is horrible. Person working the drive up window was rude.

The apple fritters were over cooked and seemed to be old. A friend thought that they were baked in Windsor and transferred to Fort Collins

I don't like to leave negative reviews for small businesses but was disappointed with our visit here. I came with my kids around 8 on a Monday. The kids were sad to find no frosted/ sprinkled donuts. And the customer service was not very kind. We are from Johnstown and used to a great selection and very kind customer service from our donut shop in downtown Main Street. We'll be sticking to that one from now on, although this one is closer to their school. read more

The very best donuts in town, perhaps NOCO! Super fresh and very delicious! I like the various levels of donuts you can buy by the dozen which gives you a wide selection to choice from and price range. Also, don't miss the Bavarian cream filled maple or chocolate bars. Wow! And if you want to really go all in, you've got to try the apple fritter. But bring your own coffee. read more

Better get here early, because this place is rocking! There isn't a better donut in NOCO and these guys pump out deliciousness daily. My favs are and in no particular order the croissant, old fashion glazed, long John maple with a slice of bacon on top and the apple fritter. The inside is a bit small and can sometimes be hard to find a seat, but I'm not ashamed to eat three donuts in my car. Must try! read more

I'm afraid I've been disappointed the last couple times I've bought donuts here. Quality has declined recently. Perhaps ownership has changed. Regret that I can't get the same wonderful donuts as years past. read more

The donuts are Drunkin Donuts quality--taste pretty good early but later in the day are greasy and makes that film in your mouth, definitely not worth the price. Other reviews must not be familiar with truly good donuts which is unfortunate. As for value, there is none. Of course when you pay more than 3+ front side people to stand around and scream "what can we get you" upon entering the store-- not sure I was actually in the store-- barely making it over the threshold. Never the less, while they were nice in serving, there was no one there and the rush was unnecessary and irritating. Try just "good morning" not "we can't wait for you to give us your money" which I thought was irritating. The price of the donut was more than San Francisco, Krispy Kreme or theme park prices-- which I didn't think possible seeing as how California's min wage is more than double Colorado's. I suppose when you have way more more counter help than you need that happens. As I estimate, the actual product costs less than $.10 to $.20 to make in supplies. You can see this in the price difference between a single ring at $1.29 vs a twist at $1.39 which seems to be twice as much dough. Things that make you (or should make you) say "Hmmmm.. this seems like a rip-off". Try Wenchells or even Safeway for better quality and higher value. I like to support local businesses, but I don't like being ripped off and the cost is soooo not worth the product. 1 star for the subpar donut, discounting 4 for greasy film (indicating cheap ingredients), low value and irritating behavior of help. read more

My girls and I love this place. It's by far the best doughnut shop around. Always good and always fresh. Get there early though because they run out fast! read more

This place is always closed. They never update the schedule properly. It's Friday at 745am and they are closed. Voicemail says closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Last time I went they closed early.
