The staff is always friendly and patient, even when there's a long line. I love that it's in the middle of old town and that it's a stand alone. If you're indecisive, they'll let you try the flavors and they will even mix and match flavors on any size. I don't live in Fort Collins anymore, but I do think about this place often and make sure I stop by anytime I'm in town, regardless of the weather outside!

Afterwards they answered any questions we had on their products as we browsed. We ended up getting their chocolate pops, chocolate covered marsh mallows, giant candy canes, and candy apple. The candy apple was delicious! And no mold in the middle which I notice happens every time we get a caramel apple from the other fudge and candy place in town. Their sweets were also a great value in comparison to the other popular candy pop up store we frequent during the holidays. We usually avoid old town bc of the traffic but we'll have to make Kilwin's one of our main stops in the future.
