I will NEVER patronize this company again. I placed an order from here on March 12,2026. I bought a single Snickerdoodle which was dry and hard and a 4 pack of 2 Chocolate Chip cookies and 2 brownie batter cookies of which they were subpar. I never got my loyalty points and was told customer care would give them. I call customer care and was given every excuse as to why they will not give me the points. So I then call the store back and was told oh sorry not my pay grade and was hung up on. So never again!!!!! Every week they change up their flavors, so if you see one you like for the week it's best to get it then. The only consistent flavor they serve weekly is the chocolate chip. They have also started incorporating a cake of the week. Inside the store you order via tablet and typically your cookies don't take too long to prepare. It's neat to see the set up and watch the employees work their magic. They also have options for milk and ice cream if that's something you like with your cookies. Bought the chocolate chip pecan cookie today and the pecans were rancid, horrible experience. Someone should be in charge of quality control and should have taste tested those nuts. All oils will go rancid, but also consider shelf life and proper storage will contribute to that problem of rancidity. Did not want to call and voice my concern so I'm sure there are plenty of customers in Greeley, Colorado, who are or have eaten a rancid pecan nut chocolate chip cookies from the store. read more

I went yesterday and they got my order wrong. Plus I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. The pink cookie was too hot so the icing melted off. The mellow cookie didn't even look like the advertisement. My granddaughter was so upset because they gave 2 pink cookies instead of the peanut butter that she really wanted to try. read more

The counter was not clean, no one said a word to us while we were in the store. Our box of cookies had black smudges on it like grease from the machines or something. No smiles, no thank you. The three people working could not have cared less that we were there. read more

It smells heavenly in there! It was my first time ever walking into that bakery and wow did it smell amazing!!! Made my mouth start to water! The store had safety measures in place because of COVID. The monitor showed what cookies they were offering today. My sister told me we should get a four pack of associated cookies. We got to the front and saw they had an extra flavor!! M&M!!!! We had to get one!They placed our cookies in their adorable box and asked, "are these your cookies?" We said yes and were excited!! The cookies were soft and savory! I have always loved Crumbl. Except this time (4/6/2024). I ordered 2 cookies the oatmeal skillet cookie (serve warm) and the key lime pie (serve cold). The key lime pie was awesome. The skillet cookie was cold, and had obviously been sitting out for some time because it was far colder than room temperature and the caramel on the cookie was dried on, obviously not fresh. So I went back thru the drive through to ask for a replacement because I want my cookie warm and fresh. I was denied a replacement cookie and told over and over "that is what I get". I personally owe 2 small businesses and I know if that's how I treated my clients I would have no business at all. To be told "that's what you get"...I honestly couldn't believe it. My cookie seemed to be lacking some frosting I asked for more and was refused, also asked for a side of frosting and again was refused. This is why I don't frequent this place often anymore. We love Crumbl. We have gotten cookies from Crumbl several times but we have always taken them to go. Tonight we decided to order in for a movie night and while the flavor of the cookies were outstanding as usual, the were delivered in less than outstanding condition. Honestly this picture is after we sorted out the 4 different cookies. We understand that accidents happen and that fine but this box honestly looks like it was tossed in the back seat of someone's car. The whole point of a variety box is to taste each flavor offered that week. I will be back to Crumbl but my delivery experience left a lot to be desired. read more

I think this is an awesome concept, and so great to see something unique to come to Greeley. They were relatively busy, line out the door around 7:30pm, but it moved pretty quickly. You get to watch the whole cookie process as you wait, so that might have helped. It was fun to watch. They sell individual cookies or boxes of 4 and 12. We wanted to try all 6 of the weekly flavors, so ended up getting 2 boxes of 4. (chocolate peanut butter, sugar, smores, circus, chocolate chip, cookies and cream). It was also free chocolate chip cookie night, so we'll have cookies for days. All of that plus a bottle of water (milk is an option) was just under $30. There is no place to sit, but with the quick rotation it was OK. Maybe they will have tables outside in the summer? The cookies are really gorgeous and come boxed. Even if you just get one. The boxes are really nice and would make a cute gift. The cookies are very generously portioned. Three people can get a decent sample out of one cookie. They also offer a smaller size cookies for catering orders. The cookies themselves are OK. The cookie part didn't seem to have a whole lot of flavor. The frosting on the sugar cookie has almond extract, which I liked, but not all may enjoy. The chocolate peanut butter really only tasted of the peanut butter, which was good, but missing the chocolate element. The others were kind of the same - tasty frosting, bland cookie. It was a fun visit, but I'm hoping we will enjoy some other flavors more if we go back. read more

Customer service is in need of severe improvement. I tried to pick up an online order at the drive thru window and was told I could not do that and I had to go inside to pick it up. Keep in mind it is much easier for a person in a wheelchair to use the drive through. Their excuse..."we are just super busy and your order was for curbside not drive through." So..isn't it easier to hand a box out the window instead of having an employee walk it out to a vehicle? I thought it would be saving you time. My sister recommended this place to me saying the cookies were delicious and they change every week. Curious I tried it out, my mistake was getting several milk chocolate chip cookies since it was very sweet, it was good but too sweet. I had forgot about it for a month till my sister brought it up again, reminding me they change flavors every month so I decided to try them out again. I'm so glad I did because they were delicious! Once a week I come here to get cookies for me and my family. The cookies are always fresh and delicious, it's always clean, markers on the floor for 6ft apart, masks are required for you to enter, staff is friendly and helpful.
