I'm an Uber Eats driver coming in for an online order. I was poorly greeted by the 2 employees working on 1/11/26 @730pm. They stated out loud, "I wish we didn't have to deal with online orders." Followed by stating, "I'll eventually get the online orders done, oh well." They both were very rude, and very unprofessional from start to finish. As a delivery driver we have expectations of being on time. Not only this order was late, but the remaining of my orders were too. Very disappointed in their appearance while working too, one gal had very short shorts on, with her underwear above her shorts. Needless to say, unprofessional, rude, and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store as a driver, or as a future customer. Everyone be aware! read more

Very disappointed right now, cold stone has long been one of my favorite ice cream places but unfortunately this location has just raised the prices to over 9 dollars for a small cup of ice cream. The service has also been increasingly slow. Therefore I cannot justify or recommend anyone to visit this location ever again. read more

The customer service here sucks! Every time we order something it has to be changed or they are out of it, and when we go in they are so rude and inconsiderate they really need some training and hospitality! And most of the time we have to call for it to be remade and I HAVE TO GO PICK UP MY DoorDash when it was supposed to be DELIVERED because they gave it away. read more

Evyn Mascarenas is an amazing worker. She deserves a raise. She was very patient when waiting for us to make up our minds. She was very respectful and polite when we were taking a bit. She made our ice cream amazingly and tasted so good. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - a woman behind the counter - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

I am torn. The cake we ordered was beautiful and delicious. There is not one bad thing I could ever say about the delicacies sold at ColdStone Creamery. However, someone needs to train some of the staff. I wish I could rave about everything at this store, but only one person was even civil. The person who presented the completed cake was kind. Every other interaction with staff was filled with layers of ignorance, uncivility and ill-mannered-ness with a condescending, counterfeit smile covering it all. I love your layers of cake and ice cream under fabulous frosting... but the whole experience was soured when I had to be the genuinely sweet person to most of the rude staff. read more

5 stars for the employee.....yes, there was just one employee working on Feb 4, and she was rocking it! She was efficient and friendly even though the line was probably about 20 people long. I hope only having one employee isn't the norm 'cause one person shouldn't have to do it all. She sure deserves kudos! The ice cream is always good, so that gets 5 stars too! read more

I love cold stone creamery! This place has delicious ice cream. Also, the staff is very friendly and great at giving suggestions. Ask for a sample if you want to try any of the ice creams. If you are not sure what to get try one of their signature creations or even something simple like sweet cream with fresh strawberries. Be aware of what size you get because this ice cream is very thick and heavy. I usually get a like it or love it size. I would also like to mention this place is always clean. Lastly, their cakes are really good. They are a little on the pricey side but well worth it. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this specific location. Granted, I understand it's Memorial Day.. (the excuse the girls working used) but, I waited outside for 30+ minutes behind another couple. I've only been to Coldstone once before, about 5 years ago so I'm so upset with my experience. The girl working told us that she couldn't serve anyone past 9 PM after stating that fact that she knew we were waiting outside for awhile. I've worked in the restaurant business before so I am well aware of the burden that late night customers may cause. However, knowing the amount of time that your customers have been waiting and explicitly stating so, makes it all the more uncomfortable and rude. I wish we were told right when we got there that we wouldn't have been served so that I was able to waste my time in another line like Dairy Queen to have been serve more efficiently. read more

This facility showed it was supposed to be open until 10 with two employees taking it upon themself to close at 9:30 with no over the phone orders admitting they were closed I asked about the google map saying they were open...I asked for a manager and I guess there wasn't one....yeah no ice cream. I hope the manager or the owner knows that these employees are closing early. In these times when places are doing covid protocols we rely that the information out there be correct on the google maps are correct. If I had another option closer I would go there it seems this place doesn't worry about their customers read more

A little expensive but consistently good. Averages about $5 a person. They have a huge selection of ice cream and toppings too mix in. Join The rewards club to earn free ice cream. The only problem with this location is very busy. Good for them, right? read more

Disappointed choosing this place to make a cake for a party! Called a week in advance to order cake told me it would be done on time. I called them again throughout the week to make changes on cake and they again confirmed it would be done on days needed. Day of party comes no cake no order no explanation !! All I got was it's cake decorators fault and we can't do anything about it but we have cakes in fridge . I asked why cake wasn't done all they said was sorry she's gone for their day like seriously ! It's very disappointing when you planned on having a well done cake for a party and all it took was one person not doing the job they get payed for to do to ruin it ! Go to batter up next time they meet deadlines and actually have the cake made! read more

I was extremely irritated with the kids at child stone today. Last Saturday I came with my mom and daughter for ice cream. She liked up my phone number while we were there and told me I had a free 8"cake. I asked when it expired and she (meg) told me it didn't. So I figured I would come closer to mothers day and get it for my mom and I. When I returned today, I was told I didn't have a cake, only a bogo. We had been looking forward to this all week and they told me she was wrong. Meg was working today. She admitted she had been working then but didn't bother to come discuss what she had previously told us. She just said sorry when we left. I am not amused. I don't think these kids are well trained. read more

This is THE BEST ice cream I've ever tasted. Not only was the selection vast and unique, but the customer service was outstanding. The crew behind the counter were genuinely happy to serve us and gave great suggestions. They were making beautiful waffle cones and I had to add one to my creation for a perfect finishing touch! read more

First off, I'm not too demanding, but one of the three workers should come to the register when there are customers. Waiting almost five minutes for them to finish their conversation and come do their job seems a bit much. Also nutmeg and cinnamon are not the same thing, you cannot spill a bunch in and then scrape it off like it is all good. Then it was dripping everywhere and they didn't even bother to even give any napkins much less clean it up. It tasted awful and dropped everywhere. read more

Super good ice cream, Great customer service. Just a bit pricey. The staff keeps the place pretty clean. I've been here a few times and never had any issues. If you own a nice vehicle and you don't want it dented in the parking lot, be prepared for a long walk to this place. read more
