The cashier immediately rolled her eyes at us as we entered, which was already unwelcoming and unnecessary. Our children were excited about getting ice cream, like most kids would be, and while they were a little loud, they were not out of control. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager came out visibly angry and told us, "Alright, keep it down, we can't hear the people ordering on the drive thru." The tone and approach were rude, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. There are respectful ways to speak to customers, especially families with children, and this was not one of them. We left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service and management professionalism clearly need improvement at this location.
