I'm really disappointed by the experience my family had at this Dairy Queen. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt hostile. The cashier immediately rolled her eyes at us as we entered, which was already unwelcoming and unnecessary. Our children were excited about getting ice cream, like most kids would be, and while they were a little loud, they were not out of control. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager came out visibly angry and told us, "Alright, keep it down, we can't hear the people ordering on the drive thru." The tone and approach were rude, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. There are respectful ways to speak to customers, especially families with children, and this was not one of them. We left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service and management professionalism clearly need improvement at this location. read more

As a long time patron of the store I can't tell you how disappointed I was after visiting on 2.3.26 to celebrate my grandson's 2nd birthday.... our family group of 13 (9 adults, 4 kids) arrived at 7pm to celebrate a birthday tradition with ice cream desserts from DQ... the staff seemed annoyed that we had walked through the front door and had the audacity to order anything and then OMG! stay and eat in the dining room! For 30 minutes we were the ONLY group inside, and there were less than 6 people who came through the front door during that time.... we left zero mess at the tables, and when we were leaving we kindly asked one of the staff if they could take a group photo of us with the birthday boy... only to be told when the staff (of 4) was done with their closing chores and finished cleaning would someone have the time to take a 15 second photo....REALLY??? This is what customer service is after 13 people ordered over priced ice cream?? I will be looking to spend my ice cream money elsewhere as the summer days arrive. read more

I want to like this place because I love DQ but the customer service here is mediocre at best. The teenagers who work here are not very friendly and give attitude to me almost every time I come. I'm sorry but I worked in the food service industry when I was a teen and I never gave that kind of attitude to those who ate at my restaurant. Hit or miss with this place, sometimes you get a nice frozen blizzard and sometimes you are served soup. Bought this and came right home, maybe a 5 minute drive. Not very appealing. This Dairy Queen obviously needs some adult supervision. The teens working don't seem to care what you order or how they deliver it to you. Poor attitude and no pride in their work. My husband ordered a hot fudge sundae, pretty simple right? What he got was a cup of vanilla ice cream. How do you not notice there is no topping on the ice cream? Does this place even have a Manager? I've never seen anyone over the age of 16 working here. The place is never clean, the employees act like they hate their job, can't get a smile, hello, thank you or see you next time from any of them. They've completely missed my order at least 3 times. When I've asked the same cashier who took my order, I get a blank stare and have to tell them what I ordered. The only reason this shop stays in business is the lack of good ice cream shops in the area. I only go there when I have a coupon now. read more

Typical DQ except they don't have a full grill menu, just hot dogs and sandwiches (no hamburgers or fried food). They do have a drive thru and the staff are friendly. Great place to go for ice cream and those b-day cakes. read more

Rudest employees ever. I asked for a parfait with no nuts, they gave me a damn ice cream cone. When I told her that wasn't what I had ordered she took it back and I could see all the kids working there laughing at me and my wife. I'm only giving it one star because I have to star it. First off the young gal that works the front counter had the worst personality and is horribly rude. She messed up our order and when she fixed it she basically threw the new wrap at my daughter. We walked in not realizing that the counter closed at 9. The staff watch us walk in and don't say a word until we ask. Then the not so nice teens made snarky comments. We get in the drive up line that closes at 9:30. At 9:24 we get to the intercom and they turn off the drive through light and let us sit there. When we say hello, they rudely respond that they will help us in a minute. The person comes on and says order when ready. We order 2 blizzards and an ice cream when they very rudely tell us that they can't make anything but blizzards. What?!?! 6-28-11 5:00 PM When I entered the store there were no customers in line. There were 5 or 6 teenage girls behind the counter (only a few in uniform) cackling and laughing very loudly and ignoring me. I finally got their attention and got what I ordered. One of the girls was in tiny shorts and a small top with everything hanging out. Not very appetizing. She was also rude to me for breaking up her cackling session. After i got my order to go, I asked to see the manager (the one who actually served me) and told her I almost walked out and if it was my business, they would all be gone. Also, when i got home with the banana split for my wife, the banana was not ripe and we had to throw it away. Please improve your quality and customer service or I will not go back and mention it to others. read more

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughters birthday on a Tuesday for Friday, at 4pm. They assured me that was plenty of time to make it. On Friday at 4:30 they not only didn't have my little girls' cake ready, they hadn't even started it! NO explanation from the manager other than 'sorry' and NO offers of any way to fix the situation such as comping a different cake, coupons, NOTHING. This is basic customer service 101. My daughter was in tears, thinking that she would have no birthday cake tonite, but luckily King Soopers FIrestone has beautiful ice cream cakes and saved the day for us. read more

I have only used the drive threw here, all the food smoothies and ice cream have tasted great and I love how convenient it is. However last time my husband and I went the lady at the drive threw window was refilling the plastic spoons into the spoon holder and she dropped a few spoons on the ground...She picked them up and put them right into the spoon cup holder.Yuck. I think they should go over their sanitation practices more thoroughly. read more
