Today I discovered that my HVAC wire outside was smoking. I immediately cut the power and called…read moreAbsolute Electric because they've done wonderful work for me in the past. It was after hours, but they came to my rescue anyway. Harrison did an incredible job figuring out the wire was torn up by my idiot dogs and provided me with a list of options for how to go about remedying the situation. I opted for the best choice which was encasing a new wire in PVC pipe and securing it a couple feet up the foundation so the dogs won't risk injury nor my wallet again. This poor guy got here around dinner time and worked away until the job was done, just after midnight. His work looks spectacular and my Heat Pump is back up and running again. This is a company you can depend on in an emergency, and Harrison is a knowledgeable and dependable electrician.

We have hired Huntington Electric several times to work on various electrical projects. We have a running project list with them that we plan to knock out over the next couple years. As far as pricing, I believe it's fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They were extremely polite, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I will always use Huntington from now on.

Experienced very poor customer service with Graham Electric, as many others have. Originally…read morereached out because it seemed like he was a skilled electrician. After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior. I encourage everyone to read the past reviews from Tom C., Alex O., Ana B., Lori F., and Lema Y (those are just under the recommended reviews). You should scroll down to the end of the recommended reviews and click on the "other reviews that are not currently recommended". Jim and Caleb did a magnificent job of installing two new bathroom light fixtures where only one had existed previously. They also put in new smoke and CO detectors throughout the house, installed a new upgraded exhaust fan in another bathroom including a light fixture and GFI. We planned for a whole day but were amazed when they accomplished everything in under 3.5 hours. Not only that, the work they did was flawless! We have used different electricians in the past, but these guys are the cream of the crop! Thanks to Jake for the spot-on and fair estimate and for answering all of our many questions. Five Stars Just Ain't Enough for Cedar Electrical Services!…read more If you're hunting for an electrical crew that actually shows up, does the job right, treats your home with respect, and even manages to be genuinely good humans while doing it--look no further than Cedar Electrical Services. We had them install a new EV charging circuit for my wife's Lucid (which, if you don't know, is basically a spaceship pretending to be a car), and from start to finish, this crew was absolutely first class. Sam, the boss, deserves his own cape. The man was ridiculously patient with us--like, saint-level patient. Explained everything, gave us options without the upsell nonsense, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You could tell he runs his crew with respect, and it shows. Now let me brag on the dream team: Cole, William, Charlie, and Steven. These guys rolled up like pros, handled everything with care, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every one of them was polite, professional, and just downright pleasant to have around. Not one grumbled, cut corners, or acted like they were doing us a favor. Instead, they knocked it out with skill and smiles--even cracked a few jokes that weren't half bad. We've had plenty of contractors over the years, but this crew? Best in the business. If Cedar Electrical Services were a band, I'd buy front-row tickets. Twice. Highly, highly recommend. You want it done right? Call Sam and the crew. Just make sure you have some coffee ready--they earn it. --Mickey A.
