I didn't want to further inconvenience the people waiting behind me. I ordered two chicken sandwich combos, an apple pie, and two biscuits and I received an order that included a 4 piece with a biscuit, a two piece, a shrimp and chicken basket with a biscuit, and some mashed potatoes. As I said before my drinks were correct and I received my apple pie but the rest of my food was not there and what I got was not even close to what I ordered. I did eat the chicken strips and biscuits and the food was phenomenal but it was more than I paid for and not what I wanted. On top of that someone else was inconvenienced in the same way as me because they got my order instead of their own. The employees were not rude but they were not overly friendly which I understand given the amount of stress they were under. I feel they were doing the best they could and trying not to take that out on the customers. I feel like the problem is most likely a staffing issue. I can't imagine that it would take that long if they were operating with a full staff, even on a Friday night like this. Regardless of that the wait time is insane and a problem that seems to have carried over from when they were open before. Again, the employees were not the problem and I really feel for them because I am sure bad reviews like this one are negatively impacting their morale and probably their treatment from upper management. I also think it is ridiculous that they expect me to go back to the store and probably wait another hour to redeem the coupon they gave me for filling out the survey (which took another half an hour by the way).
