So I ordered a half and half pizza, pizza bowl, and some chicken on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from their app, I gave a $4 tip and rounded up to help the charity they help. My total was $50. When I got there, they added 2 large Hawaiian pizza's and 2 Calzones to my order. I told them that I didn't order all of that. I even told the lady at the cash register that I will need a refund because I didn't order that much food. I was standing there and when I looked at the app, it said I did and it cost me $106 and some change. When I got home, I looked at my bank account, apparently Marco's didn't like my first order and refunded me the $50 but charged me the $106. I called corporate to get this right and nobody answered, go figure. So I left a voicemail explaining what happened and that I needed my $56 and some change refund because I didn't order the extra stuff. The manager called me and I was at work. When I got off, I called and all they were going to do was give me $25 credit? I don't want a $25 credit! I want my $56 and some change that YOUR app caused me to overpay. There's a possibility they are getting back to "normal". We've ordered two times in a row with little issues. We stopped for a few months after the 4th time of either not getting the food, it being wrong or showing up an hour late. The driver was nice both times & the pizza was ok. The manager and employees are rude. They talk shit about people when you're trying to fix a mistake. I wouldn't spend a penny hear again.

We were in town on business. We order from our local Marcos regularly and felt this was a fairly safe bet. WRONG! They don't use the tracking system correctly so you don't know if the food has been completed when it's left. It was late arriving. The delivery person had no personality. We were excited to hear Marco's was coming to Vidalia; we were familiar with them from visiting other locations. I don't get the comparisons to Pizza Inn. It's apples and oranges, really. Pizza Inn is buffet pizza... not even close. But the crust and toppings at Marco's have yet to disappoint. We like the ham and pineapple. They also have a really good double pepperoni pizza (I forget what they actually call it) that you can get with their garlic crust. This is our new favorite pizza place! read more

This is a great contender to Pizza Inn (the hometown favorite). I prefer the personal pizzas here. They are pretty good sized and always delicious. My job has used this business to cater and they have yet to disappoint. All the workers are very pleasant and extremely helpful. Since this place opened about a month ago it has been buzzing with business every time I have stopped in. I have tried the pizza, subs, wings, and even brownies with no complaints. read more

Delicious and authentic. We are on a dirt road and Dominos refused to deliver in a heavy rain, while Marco's did. Always very courteous. Had some heartburn problems with the tomato sauce, but they suggested cheese sauce and it got rid of the problem. I recommend Marco's highly. read more

I observed the female pick up the phone she asked me if I minded holding on a sec. I replied sure, and observed her walk to a table sit down and start talking. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this place. It's a nondescript little pizza shop in the Belk shopping center. From the looks of it, you wouldn't think much of it. But we ordered a pizza from Marco's last night and it was REALLY good. I actually live in Southern California now, where pizza parlors are a dime a dozen, and for the past several years have tried many different places in search of the best pizza. Much even to my surprise, Marco's probably comes in 2nd or 3rd place so far, of all the places where I've eaten in the country (behind only Filippi's Pizza Grotto in San Diego and maaaaybe deep dish pizza in Chicago). the sauce and cheese are extremely flavorful, and the toppings are delicious. On this trip, I took a chance and didn't order pepperoni. Instead, we opted for a large pizza with sausage and green peppers on one half and Hawaiian (ham, pineapple, mushroom) on the other. The sausage was the best. It's not the typical sliced sausage like you get at Domino's or Papa John's. They use a ground sausage which is much more tender and, if you ask me, has better flavor. The ham was also very tender. If i had to fine-tune anything, it would probably be the crust -- Not because it's bad (it's actually very good), but because I'm spoiled by the aforementioned Filippi's Pizza Grotto in San Diego, which uses an amazing sourdough-type crust where you can still taste the yeast (In Marco's defense, no one else has been able to rival the crust of Filippi's). The price is more expensive than the fast food chains, but the flavor and quality are worth the few extra dollars. I highly recommend this place. read more
