The employees were not rude but they were not overly friendly which I understand given the amount of stress they were under. I feel they were doing the best they could and trying not to take that out on the customers. I feel like the problem is most likely a staffing issue. I can't imagine that it would take that long if they were operating with a full staff, even on a Friday night like this. Regardless of that the wait time is insane and a problem that seems to have carried over from when they were open before. Again, the employees were not the problem and I really feel for them because I am sure bad reviews like this one are negatively impacting their morale and probably their treatment from upper management.
