I LOVE, I repeat, LOVE the Meat Mountain. I consider it to be of the upmost quality, and the Rod Wave takeover was also very fun to watch. It may be the death of many, but to me its heaven. The atmosphere was heavy with the scent of BO and Ecoli. If only 2Slimey would have sung more before projectile vomiting. I was sad the deodorant was allowed, but fortunately nobody used it.

Classic Roast Beef, Apple Turnover and Curly Fries (Small)

I wish there were more Arbys locations throughout the bay area but they have long since been replaced by other chains like Starbucks (which was the case at my former local Arbys). You can't find a roast beef sandwich at any other fast food restaurant - nor could you find an apple turnover or curly fries that arent greasy. Guess I'll have to make my way to Sunnyvale if I have another craving. I don't mind.

Almost last of the Mohican...haven't been to an Arby's in a long time so stopped in for a visit. Did a quick order online and three minutes later had food in hand. Restaurant was clean and we were happily welcomed. We had a coupon for BOGO so got a double meat and saved $8.49. It really was too much for one, but delicious with horsey sauce. The Mac n Cheese was on fire along with the orange cream shake. Potato Cakes are back if you like regurgitated spuds. All in all it's as we remembered.

First time trying Arby's and it was decent. Totally empty on a Friday at 9, it was clean and not unsettling to be there but a little old. Service was very quick and polite. My gyro wrap was seasoned a bit weird but veggies were fresh. Also tried the roast beef sandwich and it's very interesting, like tender japanese sukiyaki beef with no bite and a brioche bun. I would recommend trying it but I wouldn't come back.

Fun fact: This is the only Arby's located in the Bay Area. So when we found ourselves in the area, we just had to stop by. Not sure why the low ratings, but our experience here was seamless. We ordered at the counter and before we could even seat ourselves, our order was ready. My go-to has always been the curly fries and we got two of the classic roast beef sandwiches with the horsea sauce. Quick, efficient, and definitely satisfied the craving. They had hand sanitizer too, which every fast food place should have in my opinion. Definitely rang that bell afterwards!

I literally traveled all this way because of their special $2 anniversary menu and it still wasn't worth it, LOL. It's not Arby's that's the problem, it's how they cook things here. Their curly fries were hella cold. With all the foot traffic here you'd think they'd be hot! I asked them for warm fries and I think they just gave me the same fries back. Their roast beef sandwiches don't have a lot of meat and the meat was ok the cold side. The saving grace was the hot mozzarella sticks. They need to focus on quality or else they just might shut down in the future. Arby's is becoming harder and harder to find!

Am I supposed to eat thus brisket sandwich with extra thick slices of fatty meat? Disgusting. I'm going to puke.

It's Arby's friendly efficient staff, clean operation. Classic Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches Singkes and Doubles, Curly Fries, Crinkle Cut Fries. Nice sized portions on the meat, messed up should have ordered the orange milk shake. Some will find this place outdated it is buts it cool.

Fun fact: My husband first job was working at Arby's. He first worked at the Southland Mall location and then at the San Leaandro location. It was owned by the same lady, Mindy. We were just bf/gf when he worked there so I had my share of the Jamocha shake, curly fries and roast beef sandwiches back in our day. I'm sure it's been over 30 years since I've had Arby's but my husband drives all the way to Sunnyvale to get his nostalgia on. So on this one Saturday afternoon, we were in the area and decided to try this Arby's as it's the one and only one we have here in the area. I got my husband to finally try something else as he always orders the same roast beef sandwiches whenever he goes here on his own. As a little tiny move from his old favorite, he got the roast beef gyro while I got the Greek Gyro. Son ordered a huge double cheeseburger. We also got 2 large crinkle fries. The food came fast and hot. We ate in the dining room. We saw a lot of people going in and out with many taking their meal to go but this place was busy! We enjoyed our meal a lot. We would probably be regulars if this place wasn't so far from us and we didn't have to pay a toll (Dumbarton Bridge) to come through. I recommend you install their app as there are awesome offers on there. FYI, the restroom is outside, like a gas station style, where you have to get a key to use it.

*Limited Time Only* Wagyu Steakhouse Burger | $7.49 burger only, $11.49 for meal

***Steakhouse Wagyu Burger Review*** So...on May 23rd, Arby's rolled out a Limited-Time Only Steakhouse Wagyu Burger claiming "it's the highest quality burger the market has seen yet." "We're taking a stance on high-quality meat that deserves to be cooked properly." "Overdone burgers are over and done." Arby's claims to have spent over 2 years of R&D to create a "juicy burger with a crispy outer edge and slightly pink center". (The patty is a blend of 48% ground beef and 52% American Wagyu that's sous-vide then deep fried.) Hmmm, sounds waaaaay too good to be true (I know "wagyu" is just a marketing buzzword). BUT, these were some of the online reviews: "A+" "10/10" "A thing of beauty" "Worth the hype" And, my FAV one: "10x tastier than In-N-Out" Straight fighting words. Damn, what are these people smokin'?! Give ya girl some! I do believe Arby's *may* serve a decent fast food "wagyu" burger at other locations but not here...and not on the day I visited. BTW, this is the last of two Bay Area Arby's locations (if you count Fairfield). There's two Wagyu Burgers: Deluxe - $7.49 burger only, $11.49 for meal, and Bacon Ranch - $7.99 burger only, $11.99 for meal. Our order was ready in less than a minute and when I looked behind the counter, I knew why. There were two lines of premade burgers chillin' under warmers. The store was completely dead at 6 pm so who knows how long those burgers been sitting there. D E L U X E W A G Y U B U R G E R ***Link to pic: https://bit.ly/3a3DdkI. The "wagyu" patty was hella dry, dense, and tough with a greyish-brown center (no pink at all). Like a freezer burnt patty that's been nuked several times in the microwave (zoom into the pic and look how dark it is). It was so overcooked and dried out, that it didn't even taste like beef at this point. I can hear the beer wasted cows crying all the way in Japan. After one bite, it ended up in the trash. The crinkle cut fries were soft and lukewarm. At least, they were edible. Overall, I didn't expect a great burger from a corporate fast food chain like Arby's but I didn't expect this hyped up burger to taste like punishment either. Even though it may have been an off day, it's a one and done for me. 1.5 stars rounded up because I didn't get the Hershey squirts.

It was now Winter in the Bay Area, and this particular late afternoon (05JAN2026) it was ¡WET!…read more I had stowed our HPVs (her upright and my "FrankenBike") under a stout tarp and we were motoring from our most favorite #1 grandchildren in the pouring rain (I even put the wipers on low) when I felt the hankering for chicken. A week before, I had cycled to this eatery and found it full of customers enjoying, to my surprise, cooked chicken. I didn't have time to queue up for a meal, but resolved to return in the future. It was in this downpour that seemed a good thing to do--the torrential weather would reduce the wait time. Parking in the small lot was good--plenty of open spaces. I (gimp)walked up the ramp and entered the nearly vacant super clean space, pleased to not be in a queue. Sure enough, I was the only person inside other than the cashier & chef. Now my concern was deciding upon the specific dish; finally choosing the Starbird 2.0 sandwich only--not the meal that included fries and a drink. The pleasant cashier quickly had my selection bagged and ready to go, and my credit card completed the transaction. After collecting numerous napkins, I returned to our (motor)vehicle and my much better half, who had patiently waited for me. Once back at our apartment, I finally got a look at my purchase. It was exactly as promised, crispy chicken slices between two buns, along with a small pile of veggies & sauce. I devoured it rather quickly, washing it all down with iced 0% milk. ¿Maybe I should have gotten the meal; I could've eaten more of the delicious food! Anyway, I was glad to have had my first ever experience with this lovely chicken eatery on this drizzling late afternoon, and look forward to returning in the future. It has my coveted "iWheel of Approval!"

I love chicken sandwiches and I wanted to try their classic chicken sandwich :)…read more The sandwich was surprisingly really TASTY!! They put a massive tender into the sandwich with fresh tomatoes and a slaw with a really good dressing. To be honest, the dressing was the best part of the slaw, and it carried a lot of the flavor in the sandwich. The chicken was juicy, tender, and crispy!! I really enjoyed it! You can order on their mobile kiosks to the side, and they will ask you for your phone number to let you know when the order is ready. The seating area was both indoors and outdoors. I would imagine it would be nice in the summer when it is much warmer to sit outside!

It's by far the best chicken sandwich in the Bay Area and it's all of our favorites. One thing to note is even their mild option chicken is still slightly spicy. I have NO spice tolerance so I can feel it but it's not spicy to the point where I am unpleasant. Most people shouldn't worry about it being spicy. I tried ordering 1 piece of dark meat just to try it, I end up buying the 4 pcs, because they charge $10 only for one pcs. Yup you heard that right. I asked the cashier if I was hearing that right and he verified. Maybe he was new and did not know what he was doing but I end up spending about $31.00 for 4 pieces with drinks and fry's and also sauces. Definitely a disappointment! The chicken is heavily battered, crispy but bland, chicken has a flavor but it just doesn't taste like a fried chicken should be. I think I should have just had the chicken sandwich which would have been better, if you're coming to this place don't order any bone in chicken, complete waste of money. Just order the tenders and chicken sandwich

Parking is ample in this plaza but the spaces near Nijiya have many new and popular vendors so you might have to park on the west side and hike. The Deli is on the LHS of the market and consists of a dining area, large grab and go cold Deli case with both sushi and cooked (cold) selections, a small "hot" item station and a pay station. This must have been a good time because the case was fully stocked with many choices. I've come at much later times and had slim pickings. After some short window shopping, I picked up the 6 pcs Tuna Roll consisting of 6 generous slices of fresh Ahi or Bluefin wrapped over a Nori, cucumber and faux crab salad rice roll. It was a tasty, satisfying $10.49 value. The variety of choices you will have depends on when you go, earlier the better. It's a great value grab and go sushi place. Have and will repeat.

The Bay Area is filled with sandwich shops and delis. There are traditional sandwich shops and…read morespecialty sandwiches. There are some that pride themselves on being "gourmet." Some are good. Some are amazing. Most are just...so-so. Thankfully, this Jersey Mike's location is, well, amazing. A few years ago, I discovered Jersey Mike's. It was located in Mountain View near the corner of El Camino Real and San Antonio Rd. It was a very good and consistent restaurant. That location was one of those "let's eat there" when we weren't sure what we wanted to eat. It was never disappointing. Unfortunately, that location closed. So, every once in a while, we would get a craving for Jersey Mike's. So, we stopped by a few other locations. They weren't as good as the one that was in Mountain View. So, for a while, we basically stopped eating at any Jersey Mike's. On my birthday, I discovered that I had a free sub from Jersey Mike's. So, on my way home, I stopped by and picked it up. It was fantastic. This led us to revisit the restaurant....again and again. Each time, the staff was patient, attentive and, well, interested in making our sandwiches correctly. In other sandwich shops (including a few other Jersey Mike's locations), this isn't the case. When those shops get busy, the quality is sometimes a casualty of the chaos. That's not the case with the Jersey Mike's in Sunnyvale. I guess that is the stand-out quality of this store. It's consistent. Even when it is very busy, the restaurant staff is still individually attentive and our sandwiches have been made correctly. This is what has kept us coming back. It's a bit of a drive from our home in Palo Alto; but, it's worth the drive. Although this shopping center is very busy, there is still ample parking near the Jersey Mike's. The store is consistently clean. The ingredients and bread are always fresh too. It's kind of odd to speak so highly of Jersey Mike's sandwich shop in an area with so many gourmet delis and sandwich shops. Yet, it's the consistency that is so amazing here that keeps us coming back. It's something that you often only find at local Mom & Pop restaurants. Yet, it's very present here. Well done!
