The Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Meal with curly fries were tasty. The bottled water was perfect. The chicken nuggets I ordered for the next day were just okay. Service was good. read more

Yesterday afternoon, I stopped in for a meal, and it was one of the advertise sandwiches. The bacon brisket bbq sandwich sounds good but only came with one piece of bacon and one half piece of brisket and about a pound of bbq sauce. For the price you could go to a bbq restaurant and get more meat for your money. Will never be back and telling everyone I know never to go to this one again. Also got potatoe cakes, they were under cooked, and cold. Got a 4 piece mozzarella stick that was cold. Also, they didn't give any Marinera sauce with the order. read more

Today i made the grave error of stopping at store 05313 in North Salisbury. FOr months i have bee hearing from other reviewers how good their cheese burgers were so i finally got the chance to try one today. What a disaster that was. First the cost was high for a fast food burger. Second the burger i received had been cooked a long time ago and sat in the warmer i guess because it was just barely warm and tough and ****. And on top of that the curly fries were just as old. They were almost warm and also sort of tough. The only thing i really enjoyed was my friends error. He ordered a double beef and cheddar. Then when he tried to eat it was fussing about how messy it was. I had to remind him that double meant double everything. And at least his crinkle fries were hot. But i am darn sure done with burgers from that joint. I hope others have a better experience read more

There is a reason this place has 1.5 stars. I have been coming to get the chicken sandwiches while they are on sale every now and again. This experience was the final time I will be back. You order through drive-through and say thanks. The person taking the order is too preoccupied to say you are welcome. I get to the drive-through, and I see a car parked, and I'm like, here we go. The girl takes my card, hands me my drink....and I'm waiting, and I'm waiting. Comes to the window without my food and asks me to pull to the door. I ask how long....she tells me 2 mins for chicken. I know that chicken is heated up and not cooked fresh, but I say ok. I wait 2 mins, 4 mins, and finally, at 6 mins, I go in. I stand at the counter another 5 mins. Finally I say can you give me my order please and the girl ask me what it was and hands it to me off the counter. This is the reason why I stopped parking when asked to do so in drive throughs. Just when I say that, I'm not going to be that guy today... something like this happens. Just stay away from this place or at least go inside to get your order. Customer service is a major issue. The product they are serving is underwhelming! It's just not worth it!! read more

We stopped from driving from Berlin to home. I wanted to try the pork belly sandwich. It was delicious for pork belly coming from a fast food restaurant. The establishment was very clean. The service wasn't the best. But overall for what we paid and what the type of restaurant, it's definitely worth four stars. If I lived in the area I would come back. read more

This location has been really well ran with great management. But now they got sucked in to the arbys promo 5 for 5 coupon regular roast beef. This is a FRUAD scam. You go to the app to order it and it will not go thru due to an error by website. They never had any intentions of honoring this deal. App conveniently stops working. Asst manager at this location very rude belligerent and to the point, is not his issue and could care less. Good help sure tough to find at this location. Do not go there and beware of arbys offers. They will not honor it and a scam to get you into the building. Save ur time and gas and stay far away. This place was well ran at one time but good help suddenly don't apply there now like they used to have. This assistant on duty last week is a JOKE and disgrace to this well ran business. He doesn't need to be working at a well ran business with this attitude. Save urmoney and go where they try to help the customer, not acting belligerent and could care less. read more

I started tonight's dinner expectation at 5-stars, but wound up at 1-star 25 minutes after walking in the door. This is a long review, but it needs to be. The storyline ties together and a complete understanding won't be achieved until the end of the review. First stop: Bathroom. Everything was in working condition and cleanliness was par. So far so good. Second stop: Ordering. Crew staffing seemed sufficient for our 5:15pm arrival. We were the only ones in the building until we were joined a few minutes later by two other families. Two workers handled the front, one worked the frier, one handled the drive through, one worked the back slicing meat, one appeared to be a runner (probably drinks and dining room) and one black-shirted manager, who looked disheveled in appearance but nevertheless appeared to be satisfactorily coordinating things, alternated from front to back of the house. The young lady who took our order was both pleasant and efficient. So far so good. Third stop: Food arrival. Things start breaking down here. A cacophony of events transpire over the next ten or so minutes that overlap each other, so I'll describe them all in no particular order. The person at the meat slicer has difficulty getting the machine to properly slice the meat. The machine goes back and forth with no visible results. I see the frier guy filling several containers with curly fries and to his credit, he's wearing gloves as he picks up some stray fries and places them into a new container before filling it the rest of the way with new fries. At this point he stops because there are at least eight full containers of fries waiting for customers to order them. Three of them are ours. He turns around and grabs the broom and dustpan to tidy up his station. Good on him for his cleanliness; not so good on him for NOT removing his food gloves or at least putting on a new pair before remanning his station. More on this in a moment. The manager makes his appearance for the first time and heads straight for the meat slicer and assists the lady with proper meat placement. Afterwards he proceeds to the front where there is a realization that the chicken needed to fulfill our order had not yet been cooked. The frier guy receives the word to cook the chicken, so he reaches in the freezer, pulls out our chicken and puts them in the frier basket ... same gloves. Lost a star here. At this point, I'm alternating my gaze between our fries that are quickly becoming room temperature and the digital drive-thru timer/efficiency readout that's mounted in the ceiling visible to customer and crew member alike. I watched it count up to 11 minutes with an 8% efficiency score. My wait time all started to make sense; my fries grew colder. Lost another star. After a conservative ten minutes pass, we received our order and an apology for our wait. I actually appreciate it when businesses acknowledge inordinate delays. Three-star rating maintained. Fourth stop: Food consumption. My chicken cordon blue was on point. Melted cheese, chicken, sliced ham, soft bun. Perfect. The fries? Not so much. Not only were they a degree above room temperature, they were overcooked. Not even ketchup could save them. Lost a star. My daughter's chicken sandwich suffered a similar fate. Apparently the chicken used on my sandwich was one of the freshly cooked ones, but my daughter's was (over) cooked earlier, plucked out of a warmer and served to her as is. Lost another star. Being hungry, she ate through half the sandwich before she had me take a look at the hair that was between her chicken and the bun. That observation ended her meal for the evening, and another star followed the rest of her sandwich into the trash. Hair photo attached. Final stop: Epilogue. Management would do well to hold internal comms training related to order processing and reenforcement of food handling and preparation standards. And for the shift manager: At least tuck in your t-shirt so that it doesn't hang down past your outer shirt. How a business looks on the outside is a good indication of how it's being run on the inside. As the manager, you *are* the business during your shift. You can recover from this, Arby's. Sooo... it took me a while to post this! smh! On last Sunday after church, On my way to a second service; it was 90* plus outside. I stopped to Arbys North Salisbury, the closest place to me, i was dehydrated and meds. I stand in line and get to the counter, i take out my money, only had a $50, just coming from vacation. I order a cup of water, the cashier "Joe" says - it's .27 cents. I proceeded to give him the $50. He says"i'm not taking $50 for .27 cents", I said "this is all i have". He says "oh well!" I said "do you have a free courtesy cup of water?". He begins to go on a rant and says "No, you are not getting nothing for free!". I said "I'm trying to pay but you won't take my money" He says "I'm not giving you nothing, you won't get nothing free here". I said "So, you won't let me pay for the water or give me a cup of water?". He says "I'm not giving you nothing for free, you didn't pay!". Joe was rude, mean and condescending. The whole restaurant was watching. I left...Ive experienced my share of racism and I know what it looks like and feels like and here I was in a racist situation.
