Both our subs were made correctly. The Reuben was ok. The sauerkraut was strong, probably b/c there was more of it than the corned beef. The veggie sub was good w/ all the grilled veggies. The bread was a bit underbaked since it was a tad chewy/gummy, but my wife was glad since she likes it that way. Smh.

We…read morewalked in to order and you could just tell by the amount of people waiting for food and the attitudes of the employees it was going to be rough. We ordered, paid for our food, couldn't get a receipt because the manager walked away (at least we think she was the closing manager by how she was talking to others), and we sat down and waited. And waited. And other people came in and ordered and got their food and left. And we ended up waiting 30 minutes. 5 minutes or so before ours were ready (only 1 other person in the restaurant at this point, who ordered 5-10 minutes after us) got his food and yes, another CUSTOMER apologized to us for getting his food before us. We ordered 3 sandwiches and an order of fries- nothing crazy. While we were waiting there was a lot of tension between the employees, they were yelling back and forth at each other across the restaurant making us even more uncomfortable. Who I believed the manager was on the grill cooking, and she was listening to music and employees kept having to come up to her to get her attention to ask questions because she was listening to music and couldn't hear them. They were all very focused on doing end of day closing checklist (2 hours before closing) that they weren't paying any attention to customers in there or helping out making food so we could leave. At one point the manager was talking to another employee across the front area about getting her "a** beat" as a kid if she didn't wash dishes correctly, while they were talking about closing and trying to leave early. To say I was uncomfortable the entire time is the understatement of the century and honestly I don't think you could pay me to go back it was that bad. Once they handed us our food, we couldn't leave quick enough. I guess I would say if you don't need/have to go there, I wouldn't. We will not be returning, and if I could give it zero stars I definitely would.

We sat at the bar and was quickly greeted by our bartender. He immediately offered us waters which was nice and provided menus. I wasn't going to get anything but the jalapeño grits and coconut shrimp from the appetizer menu really peeked my interest. I asked the bartender what he recommended and he said both are amazing but if he had to pick one it would be the grits. Boy was he right! The grit cakes were crispy, perfect amount of spice and the sauce was devine! Each cake was topped with some delicious pulled pork too. I ordered a Mojo Old Fashioned which I was skeptical about because it came to be with a lot of sediment at the bottom of it (sugar I'm sure) but it tasted good. I would get it with no ice next time because the small ice chips were annoying to me (I don't like ice in my drinks though). I'll definitely be returning when I have an emptier stomach so I can grab the grits AND shrimp!

Upon arrival, they had a chalk sign outside stating the name of the private event which was a very welcoming touch. The space, table and chairs were all clean. We catered our own food and drinks and the kitchen area was clean and ready to hold everything. We were able to play music through the venue's system and there was a tv (with fire stick access) so you can stream things there as well. The venue is right in downtown Troy. We were able to walk to the brewery and other bars in the area once we ended the reunion. Parking is a breeze as there is plenty of street parking and the place is easy to find. I have no complaints whatsoever! If I had to find a venue for a gathering I would definitely look into using this space again.

If this is the quality of the product they are going to put out, then this building will be for lease again real soon. As far as the ambiance, just a bunch of loud kids that were working there is all you can hear. As I think back I don't believe I saw an adult supervisor around. The floors are clean, the dirty dishes are not precariously stacked up on the receiving area, and the tea seems to never run out. If they did, I would simply ask to have them restocked. The rest rooms needed some TLC, however, all the equipment worked well as there was hot water available. I typically take people from my company here for lunches. I have found the cashiers to be courteous, and if they did not have an answer to a question, they have called over the manager and gotten an answer. I recommend this location and it seems to be popular with the hometown crowd.

We stopped in this morning and were shocked to find no bakery items at all. Not a single pastry. They had a few bagels and some soufflés, but even those were labeled incorrectly. My husband ordered based on the label, only to receive something completely different -- not because the staff made a mistake, but because the signage was wrong. That's a basic operational issue that shouldn't be happening. To make matters worse, they had zero hot coffee. None. At Panera. How does a café run out of hot coffee first thing in the morning? It's one of the core items people come in for. This location used to be reliable, but the decline over the past couple of years has become impossible to ignore. Between the lack of bakery items, mislabeled food, and no hot coffee, it feels like the standards have dropped dramatically. Panera needs to do better. They also need to recognize restaurants don't close due to sales, they close due to poor customer experiences.
