The menu items are thoughtfully put together, balanced, and full of flavor. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, prices are very fair, and honestly, I think they may even be low compared to the value you get. The staff is always helpful, and the girl at the counter has been there as long as I've been going -- I believe she's family -- which says a lot about the heart behind this place. Don't skip the market, either. They carry some of the best Italian ingredients, and it adds even more to the experience. The manager interrupted me while speaking, but was upset when I reciprocated that behavior. The owner told me to look up DoorDash and how they are a third party and why I need to deal with them. Which I don't need to look up as that is common sense. But I am putting this here so the manager can see he could look up on how to turn off DoorDash when they randomly close or are out of the country etc. I am very disappointed. All of this over 2 sandwiches. If I was called or the approach was different I wouldn't be leaving this review.
