Looking at the recent reviews for Arby's , it's not a fast food place I'd want to go. Actually, I like fast food burgers and Arby's never offered burgers ... till NOW! The only reason I'm here is to try the brand new Wagyu Steakhouse Bacon CheeseBurger! I fell for all the advertisements and decided to give it a try. Other reviews said it's great, so I hope so. I already tried the Deluxe version which is a dollar cheaper and no bacon. First off I notice the price is higher than what Arby's advertised. It's supposed to be $6.99, but really it's $8.99! Pisses me off they do that even though fine print says prices may vary .... say what the damn price is and keep it there! No one else in line so I order a Deluxe Wagyu Bacon Steakhouse Burger. Just to see what it's like. I hope this fast food burger is worth $9 bucks! Almost $10 with tax. First, let me say, Arby's is not set up to do burgers, meaning no flame broiler or flat top griddle to fry the burgers on. So, what they came up with is to pre cook the burgers at some central kitchen factory, by vacuum sealing the raw meat and cooking them in hot water to a still medium pink. Then they are shipped to the restaurants to be unsealed and heated. Get this, by DEEP FRYING the pre-cooked patties to get a crisp on the outside and bring them up to cooked temp to be served. About 90 seconds I hear. Hey, I got nothing against deep frying, I love most things deep fried! First time for a burger though. I get the burger and bring it to the table. Hmmm... it is pretty hefty, heavier than a Double Double at In N out. Unwrapping, I can tell this is gonna be messy, lots of sauce oozing out the sides. OK, first bite .... first bites are like first kisses, you never know what to expect, but hope for the best! Well, YUMMERS, this thing is pretty good. This is a decent thick patty and a more meat centric experience, say compared to a Double Double where the meat ratio is less but works well with all the other ingredients. This bad boy is all about the meat! This cheeseburger bacon version is definitely better and worth a buck more than the standard Deluxe version. The taste of the smoky bacon really comes through more than I thought it might. It was not over cooked, still slightly pink and moist. I though it could have used a little more lettuce or maybe less sauce. I gotta say, this Wagyu Steakhouse Bacon Cheeseburger is a keeper! Get down to your local Arby's and give it a try. The only downside to me anyways, is the price, over $9.00 inc. tax for a fast food burger, add some fries and it's a $12 or $13 lunch, maybe that's just the prices these days. I usually only do fast food with coupons ... 2 Jr. Whoppers and 2 fries for $4 bucks! I'm gonna say the price for what it is is a little high, just for what I feel you get. Employees here are hacking your cards. Most likely using skimmers or some sort of device. Beware ! Pay cash or risk it. Manager was informed and doesn't think it's possible. Two people out of our group got hacked here. read more

To the Management, update your Drive Thru Menu with the correct prices. It might not seem like a lot money which it isn't but the deception causes irritation. On your Lemonades you should state that a large lemonade is equal to a small drink, again more deception that causes mistrust. So when you ask for a large Lemonade, and you get a small, then notice afterwards you paid more than you agreed to. That's when you find yourself writing a Yelp review. LOL. Its nice to see an Arby's around. We stopped by here to grab a quick bite to eat. I really love the sliders for about $1.5 each. Pizza slider - cheese with pepperoni and salami mixed with marinara sauce. This was delicious. Buffalo chicken slider - spicy chicken tender inside a small bun. This was really tasty. I recommend ordering the potato cakes instead of the fries. The potato cakes are like huge hash browns, and they are really crispy. Overall, the food and service was great here. I worked for Arbys 50 years ago in Mountain View, California. It was a surprise to find one in Red Bluff and we couldn't resist. The classic French Dip was perfect and I think they should sell the au jus. Jalapeno poppers were excellent and curly fries rounded out the meal. Fast, hot and tasty food, and a milk shake made Arby's a good choice. read more

Quite possibly, the greatest meal I have ever had. The beef, roasted to perfection. the chicken? So good I ejaculated in my pants. We were on our way home from a road trip last week and passed through Red Bluff, CA for food. There was an Arby's, and since none of us had stopped at an Arby's in years, we did. We were surprised how clean it was, lobby and restrooms. The food came quickly and was hot and tasted very good. The staff was all friendly. This would normally be a 4-star, but the guy that took our order and brought us our food and stuff was very friendly and polite; his demeanor made this visit a 5-star. I can only review their BBQ brisket sandwich as that is what we ordered and split. Neither of us were happy with it. It needs more meat and I'd prefer that the dill pickles were removed and replaced with a slaw. For the price, it was a ripoff. read more

The staff here was so friendly! The cashier was extremely polite to us. The interior is updated and food was available quickly as usual.

I would have given this place at least 3 stars for the food and service before seeing how they treat their employees. First of all, training is an important part of any job and this place is seriously lacking. To make things worse they allow management to degrade, belittle, and harass the employees. To the point of getting in another employees face and screaming at them. If any part of your management is cursing, and unable to keep their cool in front of customers, they should not be in customer service, and you have a serious problem on your hands if someone like that is the best you have. Managers are a representation of the company. They should be there to help fix problems that arise and to be a team leader, doing the most and setting the best example. Not cause the problems, and sit around making employees miserable. If you continue to allow this kind of behavior, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I will no longer do business here. read more

Had lunch here during the week. I like Arby's and rely on their consistency. This location was busy but the counter staff and meal prep staff were attentive about recognizing me and polite about it. Once I got my food I was promptly thanked and asked if I needed anything else. I eat all over the state and this was a great experience. read more

Bad, just bad. We love Arbys, just not this one in Red Bluff. Sometimes, they cheat you on the meat and you get an overpriced bread sandwich, they send orders out incomplete so always check your to go orders before you leave. We've tried this one a few times, never fails to disappoint. read more

I ordered a turkey salad. Okay, so I know most people don't come here for salad, but it was not good at all. Some of the lettuce was really wilted, the turkey was sparce, a couple tiny pieces of bacon, and old tomato. The dressing packet does not cover the salad. They gave my husband the wrong order. When he got the right one (Smokehouse BRISQUET) it came with sparse meat and absolutely no flavor. I swear, the meat tastes like it comes out of a can. I will never go back there. I'm impressed with how much this location has improved over the last year or so. I used to love Arby's back in the day, but this and other locations let me down as far as quality and cleanliness over the years, so I basically stopped going. I gave the Main st location another try about a year ago, and even since, it's gotten so good. Remodel is a huge improvement, very clean, food is fresh, and the employees are great. Always wonder how a particular Arby's is going to turn out; the quality varies from place to place. This one, however, is excellent. Food quality was among the best. I got two classic roast beef sandwiches and was a very happy camper with both the meat and the bun. I will definitely go back when I pass through Red Bluff. read more

We spent a few days in Redbluff and stopped by Arby's. One employee set out in the dinning room talking to a friend while the two other employees were left to take care of the counter and drive thru. We ordered and took close to 30 minutes to get our food. Our sandwiches were made and left under a heat lamp for a while. Then they realized they had no fries. So they put are food on a table while the fries cooked. By the time we got our food it was Luke warm at best. People from the drive thru were walking in complaining they did not get there complete order. Maybe it's time for new management. We won't be back. read more
