Okay, what is going on here? Some of these reviews are absolutely ridiculous. I stopped here today and went inside to grab a quick nacho for a snack. There were a few homeless gentleman loitering around the door so I was a little unsure how it would be, but the inside was clean (including the bathroom), the employee was friendly and my food came out quickly and well made. I didn't even bother to read the reviews beforehand because, well, it's a Taco Bell, but all these crazy one star reviews because people are mad that the location is busy seems really strange to me. If it's as terrible as you all say it is then why is it so busy that you're complaining? Make it make sense people. read more

To start off they took about 20 minutes to give me my order when I was the only person waiting no one in drive thru either,and all that wait just for my food to be cold! Also the whole floors were super sticky and the fountain drink was very dirty also which just made the experience worse. read more

I actually have never been into a Taco Bell before, nothing drew me to Taco Bell. Normally if I want Mexican food I'll go to a real Mexican place and get like a burrito. But what drew me here was this Fast Food war pricing special they have here. There a Combo for just $7.00 that includes a drink, Chalupa Supreme (whatever that is), Beefy 5 Layer Burrito, Double stacked Taco, and chips with nacho cheese sauce. That's 4 food items and a drink for $7 bucks sounds like worth a try at least. The inside looks like basically any fast food joint and the staff is at the counter. I placed my order just fine and it was $7.00 + tax. My order got called in maybe 5 minutes. I decided to eat in the dining area ..... why mess up my car? It all came out in this box. The chips looked like normal tortilla chips from a bag. The Double stacked Taco looked like a Taco with a little thicker shell. This chalupa thingy looked like a generic Mexican tortilla wrap thing. The 5 layer burrito was on the smallish side, not a lot of beefy fillings, but for the price whatta expect? All the food items tasted all sort of like generic fast food, but using a tortilla. I guess as long as you're not expecting some authentic Mexican food experience, for the price it does fill you up. 4 stars, but I wouldn't pay much more for what I got. Stopped in for lunch on our drive up to Grants Pass. I ordered the cantina chicken power bowl, and it came out fairly fast and was delicious. The workers were nice. Plenty of seats to sit down inside for lunch. read more

I can't speak for drive-thru orders, as I've only ever ordered by coming and going up to the counter. Drive-thru can get hectic, as I've observed. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews about service. When I've been here, service has been acceptable. The inside of the restaurant is your typical Taco Bell theme. If you've been to one Taco Bell, you've been to them all. That being said, not all are created equal. There are 3 in my hometown of Chico, and the one near Tinseltown is my preferred restaurant. Back to this one, the food has been on par with my expectations. I like to get a couple tacos or a Crunchwrap Supreme, and they are prepared satisfactorily. All in all, not a bad location. read more

The negative reviews surely reflect how disappointing this TB is. The first time I went here passing through was a few months ago and had to wait 20+ minutes for a measly box meal. This time, I went through the drive thru and had two mobile orders. I was behind at least 8 other vehicles in line and it was growing behind me. When I finally made it up to the speaker they told me they could only check in ONE mobile order. I've never experienced this before, in fact it's never been a problem at other locationsNeedless to say, I didn't get one of my orders because I was not about to wait in another 8+ car line again. My two star rating is pretty much because the drive-through line took so long. It seems like it was almost 3 or four minutes for each car when they got up to the window. None of the eight cars in front of me were able to drive up to the window and have their order ready. Everyone had to wait at the window for a minimum of four minutes. I think everyone knows they either like or don't like Taco Bell. But those that are in line and coming to eat at Taco Bell obviously you're good with it. Worst service I have ever received anywhere. A robot would have been more human than what I got. Didn't bother to say "Hi" or "You're Welcome" or reply to any attempt at conversation. Then they didnt give me my card back so I had to call them. It was 12AM and I sat in the front for 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring the card back after being told they would be right over. I started eating Taco Bell back in the late 60's. Then as the years progresses, I aimed for better quality. We had kids and of course, TB at least once a week. This TB is the Only one here in RB.My husband and I decided we would drop in now that during Covid, they upgraded and remodeled We stopped by on a Thursday at 5pm. 1 car in the drive thru. Usually, it wraps around the building. We walked in and at 5pm there was a Hispanic Family looking at the menu. They asked us a few questions and went to order. As I stood for 7-8 minutes in a empty dining room, I saw the very reason why we quit coming 5 years ago. The place is filthy ! Beyond normal FILTH. The windows were opaque with dirty handprints. The tables had used napkins and sauce packets. The flies were loving it ! The family before us, turned and walked out. We were right behind them . Our cars were parked next to each other so... couldn't not say something ‍ They were from San Diego and they hadn't been to that TB. Their reason for leaving was the exactly like ours. FILTH and Flies. Fast food is great for the younger crowd. I don't think they really care about the ambience, they just want fast, good food for cheap. So, I can't even talk about the food. Tried to pay for the person in front of me, who happened to be Red Bluff Police. Called as I was in the drive thru to request to pay, they refused stating the food would have to be paid for before it went out the window. Garbage! Do not waste you money or time visiting this establishment because they do not fulfill your delivery orders correctly and do not try to correct their mistakes. I spoke to the night manager about my issues tonight and "Lilly" was able to provide me with 4 different excuses as to why she wasn't able to follow up with her team to correct the problem before my delivery person returned to pick up my drink that wasn't provided in my order. In addition to the drink there was other items missing and "Lilly" wasn't able to take charge to correct the problem. I would give negative stars if possible. This place has to have the worst management or maybe just the cheapest they are severely understaffed. Only at Taco Bell in red bluff California will you wait in the drive through for 34 minutes for FAST food, if you are in a hurry to eat you might as well drive to one of those neighboring Taco Bell's probably 15 miles away. Okay long post coming. This place has 4 star Taco Bell food, 2 star customer service, and 1 star drive through service. There is always a horribly long line that moves at a snail's pace. What stinks is I can't get myself to pull out of the line and go somewhere else because I love Taco Bell. I have learned that this is a franchise location and not a corporate one. To me there is no incentive for them to improve their drive through times or customer service, since people like myself are going to keep driving through the drive through because we need our Baja Blast fix. Taco Bell hasn't been the same since the 80s or whenever PepsiCo bought them. I eat here so rarely and that's by choice. I don't know what they put in their food but it destroys me. They have messed up my order multiple times. I woke up got out of bed got ready walked across town to get a free lunch combo at Little Caesar's. As soon as i get in the building after waiting in a long line in the heat the workers say that they are no longer serving the free lunch combo. So I walk over to the Dutch bros and got a drink and they forgot to give me my change back which was like 10 dollars. Then i walk to the pet store and they didn't even have any cats and one singular dog and it was a pug terrier. As im eating my twist my girlfriend complains that they gave her the wrong thing and offers it to my brother. After i am done eating my cinnamon twist i go to eat the Gordita and i realize, after my brother is about halfway done eating, i have the chalupa my girlfriend had order and my girlfriend had the gordita i had ordered. Taco Bell's food isn't bad, but the atmosphere gets a grade of F. This store is extremely worn out, fixtures are chipped and worn, the color scheme is incredibally dated--it doesn't look anything like the Taco Bell's we have visited in other areas. It looks like an old grungy hole in the wall. And to top it off the air conditioning is set to a severe low discomfort level unlike experienced in any other Taco Bell. So, it seems fairly evident that the owner is taking in all the profit while at the same time not doing anything to improve the store.
